We had just bought a new car and were out of town with it. The person we bought it from didnt hookup all the exhaust hangers. So after driving out of town, it started making a really awful loud noise. We were worried we could get it fixed and get it back home that day. Within 25 minutes of pulling in, they welded a hanger on and and got it hooked up properly and the sound was gone, and for cheap! Best experience i have ever had at a repair shop!

Pedro and the team here are AMAZING! I highly recommend them. They do honest fast reliable work and I am so grateful to God for them. I was given a $3000 estimate yesterday for a service they did for less then $250. I am in complete shock. I pray many any blessing upon this place!! They are worthy of the support!

I went there because my muffler was hanging due to a bump. Cuba helped me so much by keeping my cost as low as possible! I highly recommend this place and will be back if exhaust issues arise again!!

Great service. Very knowledgeable and expedient. Explained that the other check engine codes had nothing to do with my catalytic converter problems. I have been working with them for 5 years. Thank you.

Resonator was replaced which if done properly he would notice flange loosened along with the fact broke the smaller one (at the end of video). Went back four days later. Quoted me $340. Three days afterwards called to inform them of transmission fluid leak caused by them damaging the pipe and he yelled and screamed " bring it back, I'll fix it "!! Well, I CAN'T, IT'S LEAKING TRANSMISSION FLUID WHICH WAS NOTICABLE BEFORE YOU ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE OFF!!!!Video is when I took it back and got the ridiculous quote. Small claims hear we come!!!

I brought my 1986 C10 to get a full exhaust. I bought 500 dollar mufflers off line and brought them to the guys. He told me 420. And I got no 02 sensor the exhaust is even straight and the worst welds I ve seen. They should be embarrassed honestly. Don t use the guys!!!!!

Top notch customer service and great work, highly recommend! Searched for a local place on Google to put a muffler on my car and found Multi Muffler. Called ahead to see how busy they were and they said they could do it for me pretty quick. Quoted me a fair price that was lower than Muffler Masters. I headed that way and pulled right in the bay. Renny lifted the car and dived in. They did a awesome job. Very satisfied with the work and their customer service was top notch! Will definitely return with my wife's SUV to have a chrome exhaust tip added.

These guys make your dreams come true. My 6.2L V8 c63 AMG sounded a million times better and for an insanely low price. Highly recommend this shop.

I was here a month ago and a month later it has been on my mind to type this review !!! This place is extremely fast and accurate in all they do with reasonable pricing . I ve gotten a muffler delete , I was informed and shown where the delete would take place and kind of what to expect . These guys looked out for me making sure I was not only happy with the results but also not damaging my current warranty . My car was already fun to drive but with the new delete and exhaust tip it s even more fun !! I will be bringing my car for more work and definitely telling everyone to come to this place !!

I was pleased he gave me what I wanted and did what he said. The hardest part was his broken English but I did hand signs LOL we worked out... They did a good job I'm going back again in 6 months

Yall people need to leave charlotte go to gastonia to mufflers shops like randys or buddys this place is charging way to much $100.00 job thzy wanted to charge me $280.00 growed up around muffler shop and worked there this place is a joke!

Always satisfied with the work and they are honest with what needs to be replaced regarding exhaust work. Other places will try to have you replace everything costing you more money than needed to fix a leak, at multi muffler they have always kept the bill the same as what was quoted. I've used their services three times now and their welds are flawless.

I don't know how they have at least 4 stars, I called this business on Saturday morning about 11 o'clock he told me to come on in they closed at 2pm. When I got there about 12:30 he told me I am not gonna be able to get you today without even looking at the job, he then proceeded to say I can check it out but won't be able to do it until Monday morning. He advised that it was a 20 minute job and he had my car in the air at 1:15 not sure why he couldn't have done it then. I showed up to the shop at 8:45 AM for him to arrive at 9:10 AM to only tell me that I will have to wait because hes not sure when his workers will be in. I waited until about 9:30 then I decided to leave he is very unprofessional he will not let you talk it's his way or no way I will never use this business based upon customer serviceService: Exhaust

Always an amazing job! I came here desperate after two other shops charged me way too much for the job. Peter gave me the best option and it was reasonable price!Update: I just came here a second time because my check engine came on and they were able to help me quickly and resolve the issue!! Great experience. Walked in to get my exhaust fixed. They found a few rusted pipes with holes and recommended to change them.Very decent price and fast turn-around.Staff was very friendly and easy going.Highly recommended!

Brought in my truck to have a flomaster exhaust put in. Not knowing what to expect the base model exhaust was very loud inside the cab when I was assured it wouldn t be. They also installed an exhaust tip which after I showed them how I wanted it placed it still came out crooked & not centered. While my original muffler was being put back on I was told by the mgr that he didn t recommend this muffler for my truck. I feel that if I was informed prior I would have respected their opinion & not gone ahead with the installation. They in-turn would have made & kept a customer. I was taken for $320 for labor, 3 of pipe & an exhaust tip. While the staff did appear friendly I feel this practice was unscrupulous to say the least. Had the exhaust tip adjusted by another shop. The Mgr @ this shop said he would not have recommended this muffler for my truck. I appreciate this honest business model & now he has my future business. Make sure what you want is appropriate for your application/vehicle prior to having work done @ Multi muffler. Lesson learned.

I took my car out to get some exhaust modification on Benz ML350z They did a awesome job for a reasonable price. I did not have to wait for long time. Professional finishing and installation. I recommend them for exhaust and car repair.

After having driven to and calling numerous muffler shops i was losing hope. No one was able to help me with my issue(my flange from my headers to downpipe broke off and i needed it fixed)...i called multi muffler and was told they would be able to work on my car, but they need to see it first! I drove my 97 suburban down from concord and they put it on the lift not even five minutes after i arrived. Gave me a reasonable price and said they could work on it as soon as i gave the ok....i consulted with my husband and told them to work on my car. They fixed my car!!! It wasnt loud anymore!!! Plus a 3 month warranty!!! Im very happy with their service and will definitely be a returning customer!Service: Exhaust

I have really gone through with this car for my son. It was a bad deal from the start from a bad dealer. After countless of repair trips for different problems, Multi Muffler was by far the best repair shop that I have been to with this vehicle. Pedro, "P" was a really nice guy and did not seem to be there to rip me off. He was very reasonable. He was very honest an upfront. I also got a warranty on the work done, which quite frankly is not a norm for some repair shops. He was truly a gem and I don't usually post right after work has been done, because you never know. But I am confident that if I had a problem with any work he did he would tend to it.

Couldn't tell you how there work is because I left 2 mins after arriving for an appointment for a job that was quoted $80 over the phone. After I got there without even looking at my car he said it would be $160. I immediately left and went to my regular shop muffler masters and they did it for $80 as it should have been done. I can understand a over the phone quote not being 100% but this was just simply shady. Stay away.
