After going from tire place to tire place all morning, arriving to only find closed shops where no one showed up on time, we came to Mr. Tire in hopes of finding what we need. They were open, which was a first big victory. We were greeted with a smile by Tanner, who asked us and LISTENED to what we needed, and said no worries, I can get it done now . In just 5 minutes I saw him pull our vehicle into the garage, got the work done, and we left. He got done what we had been trying to do at multiple nearby tire locations in no time. We got a great service, a great rate, and got it done fast. Thank you Tanner and thank you Mr.Tire!

Outstanding service at the Monroe Road location in Charlotte NC. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and made certain we understood all aspects of the repair work required. They explained how they would complete the tire repair and explained the materials required to complete the job. Work was completed very quickly and the finished result was beyond our expectations. Just a great experience all around!! Highly recommended this location!

I like most of the team that works there, but the problem is that during a tire repair they damaged my car and it cost me over $600 to repair. They have been unwilling to reimburse for repairs and I keep getting the run around from their corporate offices and Jon Graham, the regional manager. I recommend against using Mr. Tire at any location due to this.

The thing about a flat tire is, you never know when it s going to happen. By that fact alone Mr Tire has an edge on the competition by being open on a Sunday. But that s not the only reason we re a dedicated Mr Tire family now. The service we got from Jaden was top notch. As a young woman with only the most rudimentary car knowledge I felt respected and ended up with a great deal. Jaden explained my options clearly and he was thoroughly professional and efficient.

Awesome customer service from this location both times I've been here. Jaden was fantastic. Mr. Tire is lucky to have him working for them. There was no shady mechanic practices like you sometimes get at other places trying to sell you something that isn't needed to increase shop hours. I was in and out in less than 15 min. Will definitely be back because of him.

The Custumer service here is amazing, Tanner went above and beyond. He was very genuine and made sure I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the way he was so respectful. He didn't hesitate to help me get my spare tire on, and that truly was a blessing. Thank you Tanner for blessing me with above and beyond service! Would definitely come back again.

MR Tire at Monroe Road charlotte NC gives fantastic service with very good customer service. On 03/01/24 I took my car for tire service and from the time I got into the shop, the tech and front customer service gave me very good service. They find easily my car s tire problem and fixed it with out any delay.I love the service overall.

I ve brought my car here twice since I ve moved to Charlotte and they are so nice and they took care of my oil change and a nail in my tire. I m so grateful I found this shop.

I DO NOT recommend this place. I was told the tire had no concert, last year I fixed a bigger hole than that with a $5 patch from Walmart. Surely if it was someone without knowledge they would have scared me and would have to compost another new tire without need. They charged me $47 to fix a tire with a screw. Time-consuming and expensive. Anyway, I must say that the staff were polite to my person.

Mr Tire is the best! They are professional and courteous. The mechanic was incredibly helpful in helping me with a cracked wheel dilemma. Told me where I could find one off market. Assisted me in placing the order! Then put air in the leaking tire to get me by until the wheel arrived. No charge!!!When the wheel was delivered they changed out the good for bad and would not let me pay them for the service. I have purchased tires and had flats repaired at Mr Tire before as well. Always the best customer service. Highly recommend

Jaden and his team at the Monroe Road Mr. Tire were friendly, helpful, and very efficient in helping get a new tire installed for me during an emergency situation right at the store's closing time. I'm a longtime customer of this store, and have always had been provided great service, but Jaden and his crew certainly went above and beyond in this instance. Thanks, guys!

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Tire! I will never go anywhere else in Charlotte. These guys are always so nice, helpful, and great at explaining things without being condescending or trying to upsell me, which is a rare experience at a car repair shop as a 30-something woman. My most recent experience with Tanner specifically was amazing! I had an issue with my Volkswagen that required hours of work on two different days and having to reorder a part when AutoZone sold me the wrong one and that only became a parent after hours of taking the car apart. I m a single mom and he went above and beyond to help me out when it was difficult to get to different locations without a car with my son, including looking up the type of part I needed from the AutoZone website and ordering it for me. He constantly kept me updated and at the end of the whole process, he explained to me what he had done, but that they were still some other issues that were coming up. He told me that he could fix them, but he didn t want to just pour a bunch of money into the car when it still could have issues and recommended that I take it to the dealership for a more specific diagnosis. On top of all that, he did not charge me AT ALL even though the services should have been around $1200 total with having to do the job twice, because the car was still not driving right and as he said If I don t fix it, I don t charge. Needless to say I Highly recommend this place!

This is the best service ever, Monroe Rd Location, they were polite and kind and they checked my tires pressure in seconds, after came along this awesome dude explaining me the reason why the lights signal was on, it felt so good to know that nice and kind people exist, thank you I ll be a regular client for now on .

Came in around closing time tonight for a slow leak/ tire patch. Tanner was super helpful and had it done in less than 15 mins. Would definitely come back for all my future tire needs!

Tanner and his team were amazing! So helpful in resolving some mechanical issues I was having after my car had been in an auto body shop for a couple weeks and I hadn t been comfortable taking it back to the body shop due to issue after issue once I got my car back.

My cousin came into town to visit and we found a nail in her tire after it started making a weird sound. Mr.tire let us swing in right before closing and helped us out. So grateful for them!

The first few times I came here I had great service. Not the case recently. I was lied to about them rotating my tires. One tire's pressure was lower than the rest when I brought it in (back driver's side). Tire in the same location was also the lowest after they assured me multiple times they rotated them. Since it was my first bad experience I would have let it go...but we brought my girlfriend's car in for service soon after and had an even worse situation. They charged her $300+ and fixed nothing. Her light came on 2 weeks later and we decided to go to a different shop. The new shop told us her car was "not safe to drive". When we called Mr. Tire to ask what they fixed, they had no record other than "miscellaneous charge". Outrageous. Either highly incompetent people work here or they scam. Or both.

Never gotten serviced here but they told me they don t do thermostat housing and that s disappointing for an auto service shop. I m sure he just didn t want to service my vehicle. I ll keep looking around for another shop.

I would highly recomend this place, very helpful staff and always willing to go the extra mile. There are alot of people who are very rude to the staff and make their life very difficult. I would always recomend coming here. Wether its a tire, an engine, the staff here will always help you.

I had a minor issue with my engine splash guard on my Toyota Camry. Earlier today I had unhinged the guard from underneath the car .. The manager and the team got me in as soon as I drove up, fixed the issue in 5 quick minutes. Polite and professional. I will continue to give them my business
