Just left from getting my car inspectioned which fail because of REAR window tint to dark per tech. I've gotten same car inspectioned with same tint there before and never was told that. What is crazy is they charged me for an inspectioned but failed for back windows. I would think they should be able to tell if the windows are dark before pulling the car in causing me to pay for nothing. This is the world we leave in now. No integrity..

I like using this place, but it is always hard to make an appointment. I always try to make them my first call, and I'm always told no appointments are available right now, so I take my car elsewhere. The owner is very nice.

I replaced the new battery here more than a month ago, and it has been out of power twice in just over a month. They say there is a two-three-year warranty. Got the car back today and asked them to check. They said the battery was fine, I waited here for a long time and they checked the new guests first. Keep telling me to wait, and tell me you can come back another day. The service attitude is really bad. I don't recommend everyone to come here.

I've been going there for years and usually don't have a problem. I have recommended people to go there. This time my brake light came on so I took it in and dropped it off. Scott usually calls before he does work to let me know how much it cost. if it's something he just looks at he doesn't usually charge. I got back to pick up my car and he charged me $100 to say my module needs to be changed and he doesn't fix it.. I could've took it to a shop and had them do the same but at least the money would have came off the price of fixing it. It wasn't right for being a long time customer. I was totally surprised

Overpriced and horrible communication, never again will our family use this location.Stay away!!!EDIT: Yes it was at the location you indicate. We chose not to use this location after having our car towed to it because of the cost and awful communication.

Any problem and all maintenance on our vehicles, we come to the Mr. Inspection. They are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, fast and friendly. We have been coming here for years. When you find a good trustworthy mechanic, you stick with them.Update:Still a great bunch of guys. I trust them with all my families cars.

I rushed from work to make it there because they re one of the few that stays opened past 5 to get my car inspected, I got there @5:46 and he said they take last customer @5:45. Like you saw me parking and walking in so I was technically on the premises before 5:45 and he still refused to take me and stated the machines are already shut down which was a lie because a customer was paying as I walked in and just had her car done. People have jobs and have to do things after they get off so 6pm close time was convenient and nowhere on the website did it say last customer is 5:45. He could have taken me but simply DID NOT choose to. I get my car inspected here every year but will no longer utilize this company as clearly customers are not valued

I've been going here for my inspection for over 10+ years. They are fast and professional. I've also bought my vehicle here when it needed some work. I always feel like I'm getting a fair price and not gouged like other mechanic shops I've been to.

Scott and Andy at Mr. Inspection are always on it. They always get you in within a few days, fair on prices, and can diagnose and repair just about any problem and have you back on the road quickly! Save yourself the time, money, and hassle of visiting a dealership and take your car over to one of the Mr. Inspection locations nearby!

I came on a Saturday at 915a and my car was fully inspected by 930a. The pricing here is reasonable and the work was great! Thanks will recommend to my friends

I was greeted promptly and courteously. They have a comfortable waiting area with current magazines if you'd like to read. Service was quick and payment was easy. This is a convenient and accessible location. I recommend Mr. Inspection.

I let them change my battery. Which they did a good job of.But things were stolen from my car while they had possession of my vehicle. Zero accountabilityDon t read their comment below.They are in fault. When you get your car towed to their shop, you expect them to lock your car before they tend to it. They did not. very bad service the workers have bad attitude and do a bad job take my car to inspection and the front windows are not tinted they say they don't pass I don't recommend it don't waste your time or money in that workshop very bad service

Have used repair services for several years for three cars, two of them foreign. ( I no longer use car dealer for routine service checks) The auto repair arm of this business is excellent. The mechanics are well trained and pay attention to details and prioritize needed repairs for discussion so that I can make an informed decision to keep my vehicles in a safe operating condition. i strongly recommend repair and maintenance service and feel that when I leave I am driving a safe vehicle. Scott and Andy both offer great customer service including good communication.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We originally went for inspections but started having them fix things because they were more convenient to our new address than our previous trusted mechanic. When a dealer gave a laundry list of stuff to repair, we asked Scott first and he couldn't find there was a problem. That confirmed to me their trustworthiness!! That is so important to someone who has no idea about funny sounds and symptoms that cars may give. Integrity and fair pricing!!

I've had my car for 3 years. Just LAST year (2021) I decided to try a new state inspection location and decide on Mr. Inspection. I was charged the fee for tint (which was on my rear window when I bought the car). It PASSED! I come this year (2022) and magically it doesn't pass. I haven't changed anything but all of a sudden it doesn't pass. Oh and they don't keep records past 60 days! Absolutely ridiculous!1 hour update: I found my receipt from last year. The SAME mechanic that passed me last year (turns out he did NOT properly inspect my car because I was actually not charged for the tint), is the one who failed me this year. So due to his negligence last year I now have to pay to have tint (that has been on the car since I bought it) removed AND a re-inspection.

Went here to an Inspection and Oil Change on a Friday around 10am. The wait wasn t long. Had to end up getting a new battery .. Being a woman I never know if they re telling me the truth or trying to get over on me .. but I bought it anyway .. $200 Nice waiting area w/ a tv. Had to go back a few days later to get air out in my tires. After spending $300 I would ve thought they checked my tire pressure but I guess not. They charged me $10 extra for tint, first time being charged for it honestly but it wasn t a big deal.They charge $20 for tire repairs . The front desk gentleman was very direct but did answer my questions. I would go back for an oil change .
