I ve taken my car to him twice and he s fixed the issue each time within a timely manner. He s a kind man and I ll definitely be back if I need any other work done to my vehicle.

Great body shop, highly recommend. My car had a big dent and broken rocker piece. The owner took care of me. I initiated the insurance claim process, but the owner took care of the supplemental things and the additional claim part. The car looked like new and he even cleaned the interior of the car. Very professional.

I had a little body issue with my car and Van (I think that was his name) fixed it without any issues. I showed up without an appointment is why I am not sure what his name is. He gave me the most southern gentleman hospitality and honesty I have seen in a long time. He is a rare gem. Call them or swing by their shop first when shopping for a good price. The customer service is A-1. I highly recommend you go see for yourself.

I had a fantastic experience with Moores Body Shop. Van and his team were great at communication on timing/process and did an amazing job fixing the bumper on my car. After a lot of calling around other shops in the area, I learned that Moores offers OEM, after market, and used parts for those that are paying out of pocket for body work (which is awesome because some places won t even look at your car if it s not through insurance) as well as the best value for your dollar. I am extremely thankful of their flexibility and willingness to work with my unique situation. Could not recommend this team enough!

I never saw this shop on Graham Street, but now I will bring them my business and recommend them to others. I called for an estimate on some damage to my car, and Van offered to look at it the same day. I stopped in and in about 3 minutes, Van was able to get my driver's side door open which means no more climbing over the seats for me. Van was very professional and very courteous, along with plently of knowledge that he passed along to me.Service: Body & Trim

While visiting Charlotte, I backed into a yellow cement cylinders in a parking garage. Unfortunately it damaged my left taillight to the point that I couldn't drive home to NJ. After a quick Google search, I found this body shop. They were amazing!!! I walked in an hour before they closed, they took a look at it, ordered the part, and told me to come back the next day. My car was there less than 2 hours and it was ready to drive home! I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am that they were able to squeeze me in on only 12 hours notice so I could get back safely. Family owned/operated, reasonable pricing, and the friendliest staff (and office dog!). I would recommend them to anyone.

I was attempting to find a reputable body shop to have repairs performed to the body of my daughters 2015 Honda Accord an adorable car, driven by my adorable daughter. She s an inexperienced driver and I expected a bump or two but nothing requiring 3500.00 in repairs so soon. I looked at reviews for Moore s Body Shop. One thing that I noticed was that there were no recent reviews. All of them were over a year old, red flag. Maybe.We met and he required half the money upfront . weird but I agreed. He said that IIt would take a approx. 2 weeks and the car would be done. Well 1 month went by, no car. Not only no car, but no contact. Seriously I started to wonder as I could never reach anyone by phone if he was legit and still had my car, I drove over to verify. It was there but nowhere near ready. After my visit to check on the car he had it ready for me approx 5 days later. Well not really ready because let me tell you, the repairs were incomplete. After I paid in full I drove away confident after listening to him sobbing about not having any help and that he did most of the work that because of how long he had my car it was perfect. Not. A small hole remains in the back next to the bumper that wasn t fixed. I was suspicious in that he called me the next day to check on things, wondering I think, whether I noticed. Yes I noticed and called him to resolve and again sobbing about not having help but to bring it back at the beginning of the year and he would offer me a competitive price, What? I already paid for services that weren t rendered. I m disappointed and embarrassed that I chose this body shop. I will not take it back as he s lost my trust and my forever business.Service: Body & Trim

Van Moore is a good man.The world needs more people like Van Moore.I scratched/dented my new work vehicle on a concrete column in a parking garage in Uptown. I took it to two auto body shops in the Charlotte metro area in hopes someone could bang the dents out for me before I attempted to polish the scratches and inform my company of the incident... The first two places I went to insisted they could not work the dents out, and instead offered me panel replacement quotes for $4,500 and $7,000 respectively. Outrageous prices to pay for the size of the blemish... simply not worth it.In a last-ditch effort, I swung by Moore's Body Shop. Van was so incredibly nice, helpful, and understanding. He welcomed me with kindness, offered to take a look at my vehicle, and quickly devised an action plan. While he explained they typically only deal with larger collision repairs, he could tell I was in a panic, and very generously agreed to try and work out some of the indentation. For free!30-40 minutes later, I was back in my vehicle with a significantly less noticeable blemish, and a quote for a full panel replacement for only $1,700... By far some of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive care industry.I HIGHLY recommend Moore's Body Shop to anyone in the Charlotte area looking to get body work done!Thanks again, Van!!

I took my Mercedes GLC 300 to get repaired at this body shop and they were hands-down the most wonderful accommodating repair shop that I ve ever done business with. Van, who I believe is the owner was very professional and very transparent with the entire process. He was very communicative on timelines and so kind. I was hit by a crazy person after having my brand new Mercedes for only one month, due to supply chain limits it was challenging getting my car into a repair shop in a reasonable time. Van was super helpful and supportive and started on my car within the next week. If you need a trustworthy and professional repair shop, I highly recommend Moore s auto body. Moore's body shop repaired my Volkswagen after it was damaged in the front end. I dropped it off with them and had the car back in less than a week looking brand new. Their customer service is absolutely top notch and the friendly staff will take care of you. They truly care about their customers and will make sure that your car comes back looking great and your wallet stays full as possible.

Moore's Body Shop is wonderful! I called around to a few shops but Moore's by far and away had the best customer service and the best price of all the places I talked to. My passenger side mirror broke off and they replaced my mirror in about 15 minutes with an original manufacturer part. They did a wonderful job! The whole thing cost about $200 less than the dealer quoted me for the same project. I enjoyed chatting with Dalton while my mirror was being replaced. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again.

When I first started looking for body shops I was reading reviews. After finding the review for Moore's I thought it had to be to good to be true. I went and got a few estimates around town and went to Moore's last. After stopping in I knew that all of the reviews had to be true! I got a great price compared to the other shops I visited and my car turned out great. My car was done in less than a week and because of the time of year I was thinking it was going to take much longer! I highly recommend Moore's!

Moore s is awesome! I had hit a curb, which bent my front fender out of shape so it was scraping the door. They fixed in in literally five minutes and saved me from a potentially expensive repair someplace else. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Amazing, professional service from a good honest man. Mr. Moore will have you fixed up in no time and will do it the right way. The missionaries have a soft spot for him and will always bring our cars to mores body shop first.

Moore's does good work. But, if you drop off your vehicle and there's something inside that's not bolted down remove it beforehand. Can't prove it but after I picked up my vehicle from having exterior body work done I discovered a day later the high-tech flashlight I had in the glove box was gone. There was no damage to the interior so there was no reason for anyone to go into the glove box and nobody else had access to my vehicle after I picked it up. - Thieves

Shortly after purchasing, the front fender of my Rav4 was damaged by an apartment gate. I called around town and decided to take my car to Moore's due to close location a quick turn around time. My experience was extremely positive and they helped soften the blow of an unexpected car expense by being accomodating of my schedule and providing amazing customer service. They even went above and beyond and coordinated rides for me to and from the shop.I highly recommend taking your business to this local, family-run business. They are extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and did a great job reparing my car. Thanks again!

I was referred to this place by a friend of mine after a car accident. The body work looks good. HOWEVER, they had my car for over a month and did not communicate with me on what was going on. I had to continually call them, on 4 different times they said my car would be ready on a certain day and it wasn't. I understand they had to get parts from another country but they didn't keep me updated on anything and didn't appear to be concerned about my concerns because nothing was done to accommodate me for the frustrations I have with them. Also, on the front bumper there was a place to put my license plate and now there isn't so I will need to send it back but I'm so frustrated I don't want them to do the work. Outside of this repair, I WILL NOT be going back or recommending this place to anyone I know, trust me, folks ask me for recommendations often. They also need someone else to handle the front desk, because the older gentlemen couldn't seem to get it together with our paperwork and final total.

We were recently introduced by our trusted mechanic to Dolan Moore and Moore's Body Shop. We were in need of assistance with a vehicle that needed very minor body work. It was impressive that Mr. Moore handled the small repair job that couldn't have been very profitable with the attention that you would think a larger (and more profitable) job would normally command. Having to bring a vehicle to a body shop will never an enjoyable experience but it is good to know someone with whom we are comfortable to make the process more bearable.

Moore's did a great job on my car and for a fair price. They even went "above and beyond" and cleaned the car before I picked it up. I hope I won't need a body shop again, but if I do, I'm going to Moore's!

Came up here to get my door sealed tight because My door was pried open. He fixed in less than 4 minutes perfectly. He was professional with me Personable great personality. Im a young woman and I know Im beautiful he didn't hit on me and I know hes married.... Well I enjoyed my experience. Im going back nobody else in charlotte can tell me nothing.

I originally found this place when i got in an accident and needed a new door. they did an amazing job and I've been recommend this place to all my family to get body work done since.Not only did he save me $200 on a window fix, the manager drove me to the hospital so I could visit my grandma.These guys will treat you right!

Dolan and his team do quality work at very reasonable prices. I've taken cars to them for years, and they are both good and honest. It's a low overhead operation, and they keep their prices low.

Apparently they don't repair old cars (was denied to be looked at my Chrysler 2007). They were pretty rude about it too. If they are not confident in repairing a relatively old car, not sure I would trust them with new one.

Moore's body shop was fantastic!! Great customer service and did an awesome job quickly. Minor or major work I definitely would recommend them!!
