Alley (or Ally) had the best customer service and made me feel right at home. They had me in and out the same day when replacing my passenger side window after my car was broken into! They also have GREAT PRICES!! I called multiple places and they had the best rates and time frame as well! Highly recommend! :)

My company sent me here to get my Volvo semi's windshield replaced. I can't say enough about this place. The customer service by the girl at the front desk was top notch. (I didn't get her name) THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO FOR YOU AUTO GLASS NEEDS. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

I was referred to Mikes auto glass today. They were the only place that had my window in stock and able to repair the same day. Unfortunately, my car was broken into and glass had my door jammed so they weren t able to repair as expected. The customer service was so good that the lady helping me went out and taped my window (knowing I wasn t spending any money with them) for me so I wouldn t be cold while I drove to the auto body repair place. She was so helpful and made such a bad morning way better. 100% recommend just based off customer service alone! Thank you to that angel who helped me this morning.

Fast service! Job really well done. My rear windshield was entirely busted out by a rock from a passing truck. Within 3 hours, I was driving away with a new rear windshield! I highly recommend!

Absolutely great... BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!! And I shopped around before coming across this blessing! Customer service is excellent there prompt. Had a little issue were I needed extra clips, they went pick them up didn't charge me extra or anything. And I would have gladly paid. Especially for the price they were already charging me. Couldn't beat it, but they insisted I was good. Definitely a hidden gem!!! And did I say ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN!!! PLUS it's a B.O.B!!! Support your folk!!! Wonderful service! I called the shop and explained that I needed a front windshield replacement since we had a crack the size of a dollar bill on the driver side. The young lady was friendly and quickly gave us a quote over the phone based off of our vehicle make and model.We made an appointment the next day and the process to replace our front window took about 2 hours. Best price in town! Made my appointment at 9am and they got right to work. Very professional and friendly with great time management. I asked how long it would take for my passenger side window, they told me 1hr and I was literally out and on my way in less then a hour. Highly recommend!

The customer service there is great. They work quickly and they accept appointments. I couldn't have asked for a better bargain on the price of my glass plus installation. 10/10 would recommend

Poor services , rush through their job need to slow down so they can properly do their job. I had went to Mike s because my car were broken into I have a Dodge Charger , Mike s replaced my rear vent window then I noticed my door couldn t open no more after they repaired my busted window, so I had to go back to Mike s 3 times total because my door had just stop opening and closing after they service my window, so eventually the 3rd time I went the lady who answers the phone and take your cash forTheir service s finally stated I have to take my car to dodge because it s nothing else they can do but give me my money back and take back their window they replaced I was confused , I called another glass repair company they told me to pull up and took apart my door panel and saw all the glass that Mike s services did not vacuum out correctly. My door is back opening and closing now . I recommend Mike s services to slow down and get their job done correctly please !Service: Auto side window replacement

Mikes Auto gave me the best price but what I didn t expect was the exceptional service. They finished the job faster than predicted and the customer service was outstanding. Alley the service administrator was an absolute delight. They were great! I had a rear passenger window completely smashed in and they were able to fit me in quickly and fixed it in about an hour and a half. Good prices too, they were slightly cheaper than the quote I got from Safelite. It s easiest if you call ahead and make an appointment, they were pretty busy (I had an appointment) and that way they knew ahead of time which window they needed to order to have ready. I had a great experience. The lady at the desk was super friendly and nice. She told me to come in at 9:00 and they took my car in 5 minutes and my windshield was done in 45 minutes. No frills, but MUCH less expensive than Safe Lite. Got me in within hours and waited a reasonable amount of time for the whole thing. The woman behind the desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. They are only doing windshields right now. Definitely recommend!

Just go with your insurance. Whatever company your insurance tell you to go thru. Go with that! My insurance did not cover there cost and I had a 0 deductible all of a sudden I had to pay out of pocket bc my insurance wouldn't cover the work. Due to me being over charged. Never again

I came here based on a recommendation to have a windshield replacement done on my '16 Mazda SUV.Let me start by saying this experience honestly exceeded my expectations.TLDR: Excellent customer service, best price in the area, faster service time than quoted.The phone call: I called for a quote, the young lady on the phone was polite and let me know my out the door cost and it was over $100 less than anyone else had quoted me. I scheduled my appointment for the very next morning and she made sure I had the correct address and told me it's a yellow and red building (a helppful description, as the building is a little hidden from view from the main street depending which direction you come from).The visit: When I came in for my appointment, my car was taken back within 10 minutes of me arriving (I was 1 of 3 customers there as soon as they opened, so the vehicles were taken back by order of checkin). The young lady, Allie, got everyone checked in, let me know I could stay there and work on my laptop and provided the wifi info. I was originally quoted about 2-3 hours, but they had my car done in an hour and 15 minutes. Allie checked with all of us that were waiting a couple times to give status updates and make a bit of conversation. She had one of the best customer service personalities I've seen in quite some time. We took care of payment just before she pulled my car out for me, and my out the door price was exactly what was quoted on the phone the day prior.The windshield: So far, I see no cracks or signs of leaking. Allie advised that it shouldn't be pressure washed for a few days, so as long as the windshield holds up, this review stays 5 star.

Very friendly people! We were traveling with a 43' fifth wheel, and needed a repair, it was Sunday, they let us spend the night on their lot, and fixed the glass as soon as they opened. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Very reasonable price. Quite a bit cheaper than the other glass places! It's also a family run business.It was a pleasure doing business with yall.! I visited to see about getting a nick in my windshield fixed. They looked at the nick and suggested I just watch and wait, rather than trying to fix it. I appreciated that she was willing to give up potential business to give me the right advice. That says a lot. My husbands truck passenger windows were smashed in last night. A popular national train couldn t fit be in for over 2 weeks. I called Mikes Auto Glass at 6:45am, had an appointment for 8:45am, and had new windows installed by 10:30!!!! Office manager Allie was very commutative! I don t wish anyone to be in a situation where they need their windows repaired but I would 10/10 recommend to my friends and family!Services: Auto power window repair, Auto rear window replacement, Window repair

Called several times last night and this morning. No answers from either calls made. The website made it seem like they were open 24 hours! I even called the emergency line many times last night and this morning and still no pick up! Someone finally answers at 9am and now they're fully booked.Very displeased! Should definitely update the business schedule if they are in fact not open 24/7 as they claim.

Been here twice. Once for a cracked windshield in my Toyota Camry and again for another cracked windshield on my Toyota Tacoma. Both times the job was done with exceptional speed and quality. And they were reasonably priced. I was told by another company that to get my windshield replaced on the Tacoma, to include the calibrations required for the sensors, would cost $1500. These guys were able to give the same level of work and necessary calibrations for much, much, much less. In regards to windshield replacements, you can t beat these guys.

I called 8 different glass replacement places here in Charlotte and they quoted me the cheapest. They were able to schedule me in before the end of the day. They said it would take an hour and a half and it took exactly that long. So far so good, no wind noises or water leakage. Staff was also kind and well versed.Edit: Ive had the same windshield for well over a year now and have had no complaints whatsoever.
