I ve found my new go-to mechanic shop. Guy Macias is an incredible auto mechanic and an incredible, honest man. He doesn t try to upsell you or manipulate you into services that you don t need. He is a fair man who genuinely cares about your needs and will consult with you to and do his best to make sure you re not stranded without a vehicle. His prices are very fair and competitive and his work is of the utmost quality. I m very lucky to have found this shop, and such an honest and amazing man and mechanic as Guy Macias.

This mechanic doesn't know find out my car running noise. They can't find out the problem and charge my money

I am so grateful to have honest reasonably priced mechanics. They did not try to price gouge me and gave me an honest assessment of my car. The check engine light was on it was completely off by the time it was done. Other mechanics tried to jack up the prices because they heard a female voice. Not these wonderful people. Honest, friendly affordable and get the job done. Thank you

Great shop that does it all! Super professional and speedy with their service. I was recommended this shop my a neighbor and I see why. I will always come here for my needs. Run from this place! We brought our truck in to see why it had a smoky smell to it. They never called to give us an estimate that day and they NEVER answer the phone. I tried calling multiple times but no answer. The next day they called me and said it was fixed and gave me the total but that is against NC law and they should have given us a price first. I paid the bill and was just happy our truck was fixed. They claimed to have fixed it by replacing the oil pump but after we left the lot, the truck still smelled of smoke and actually started smoking. We took the truck back and they claimed they would fix again but ended up telling us 3 different reasons for the smoke. They settled on the brake pad being so low that it was rubbing and causing smoke. Once we left the lot, our truck sounded even worse than before and like it is about to break down. The owner is not willing to help at this point. I am having it towed to another auto repair shop and have been unable to use my work truck for the past few weeks. This shop does not answer their phone, does work without providing an estimate, and does not take any responsibility when they do not find the actual problem and make your vehicle even worse.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Just want to give a HUGE THANK YOU TO RAY!!! He gave a GREAT price on my repairs and finished way earlier than expected!! I really appreciate his honesty and making sure to not tell me certain things had to be replaced when they really didn't like other body shops did. I definitely recommend their services. I will never use these guys again they wasted my time and was very unprofessional. They misplaced parts they took off my car, didn t properly bolt down the dumper, had my car for 1 month and and a week, overcharged and couldn t complete job. Rey was a good guy but I think he s over extend himself and isn t able to see through.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had problem with my tire and they were able to evaluate it and find the cause of the problem; They also noticed that I had to replace two of my tires which they did. I am very pleased with their prices and their services. Overall they provided excellent customer services to me and my family. I have more work that needs to be done to my vehicle and I will definitely return.

Mec�as checked out my car before I bought it. Guy was an honest mechanic. Told me what was wrong. Did not try to sell me. Recommend them to anyone looking for decent people

I was having trouble with my Chevy Malibu and took it to AAA Car Care just because I had a membership there from being a State Trooper.... BIG MISTAKE. They charged my over $200 and never diagnosed the issues! I took my care to Mecias Auto Service after that and Gustavo diagnosed and fixed all the issues in 1 day! He saved me so much money as I thought I was going to have to just buy a new car! I will continue taking my car to Gustavo! Thanks

My family and friends have given all one star to these people but for some mysterious reason NONE of our reviews are showing. The same on the Towing website...Do NOT go to these people and DEFINITELY DO NOT ASK FOR TOWING SERVICE. The guy for the towing part of this business LITERALLY said he s too lazy to help and if he can t get his way they hang up on you. Again.. NO NO NO ZERO STAR if it was possible. And all these 5 star ratings yeah I can get family and friends to give reviews too.

I have used this place for many years for my oil changes and inspections. Quick, friendly, experienced mechanics and reasonable prices.Just need to keep the ladies room clean. Not for the froo froo...lol, but I can overlook that part for solid services and prices!

My dad s been coming here to get his truck serviced, but one day I went without him to get my headlights changed and some joker (who was not someone I ve seen here before) tried to charge me $250 to change my headlight bulbs! And when I was walking away he had the nerve to say, okay I can do it for $180. I took it to the dealership (which is what I was trying to avoid) and they did it for $80. $250?? You played yourself I ll never bring either car here again.
