I picked up a bolt in my tire on the way to work and managed to make it to the Mavis Tire on Independence Blvd. The tire was not able to be plugged, and they didn't have my size tire on-hand - so Sidney offered to go pick up the tires my car needed so I wouldn't have to keep driving on the damaged tire. Since the car needed new tires anyway, I decided to replace all four. Within a couple of hours they had replaced the tires, performed an alignment, and I was on my way. The service was excellent and the pricing was good. I highly recommend Mavis to anyone looking for good tires, good prices, and great service.

Can I say 20-star service? Sydney is definitely a great Manager. I needed a change of tire and rim put on and called ahead to let the business know I was having my car towed. Brandy was very nice and said, "Bring it in". Sydney greeted me and took his time to see what I needed. He knew I needed the car and went out of his way to make sure I got the work done I needed. My nut lug key was cracked so he called me and waited for me to arrive back with the proper key. It was close to time of close but Sydney made sure that he did what he could so we could have the car back. I am really impressed with how gracious and accommodating he was. Definitely a true leader. I will come back when in the area if I ever need work, they will be my go-to shop. Keep up the great work.

I was impressed from the moment I entered the lobby. There were customers at the desk, but I was greeted and helped immediately. This is rare, as most businesses are understaffed and long wait times are common. I was early for my appointment, it wasn t a problem. Within a few minutes they diagnosed the issue with my car and took me to see what was needed and told me why. It is rare to experienced this level of customer service, professionalism and knowledge. The entire team works well together and communicates effectively. I wasn t familiar with this business and decided to try them after a Google search. I m grateful I did. They also worked with me to make the needed repairs affordable. They understand that people need their automobiles and are on a tight budget. This is extraordinary, as automobile repairs are notoriously expensive. I m very pleased with my experience and I m now a loyal customer.

Mavis is hands down the best place to get the best tire prices. They will also work with you on the price to get you great deals. The customer service here is top tier and my car was done in a hour. They work extremely fast!

I had the best experience at this location today. I originally went in for only one replacement tire, and luckily I did because Carmen was able to let me know I actually needed two replaced. They also found a nail in one of the tires, so I'm so thankful I went today because who knows what could have happened? I was waiting for almost fifteen minutes at another tire shop and was literally serviced within seconds of entering this shop. Thank you to the entire team that helped with getting my Honda a new pair of shoes! I will definitely be returning and recommending this shop in the future.

Customer service is out of this world! Morris was so helpful and kind. I ordered my tires online and had them shipped to the shop, once they were delivered I showed up with no appointment and was seen immediately. Usually car shops make me feel intimidated but this place was so friendly and easy. highly recommend.

I visited the Independence location and I received quick and courtesy customer service. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend to family and friends. The teamwork was superb!!!

I was in town for the weekend and experienced a flat. The entire staff was professional and great with assisting me even after I arrived just before closing hours. Carmen & Morris went above and beyond to help me to get back to SC. Thank you guys!

These guys are awesome. Just got my tires back right and did it for a fair price. They had me in and out quickly, were professional on the phone and even got the pesky sensor light to go off when no one else could. LADIES: They re also very handsome! (But you don t get a discount for telling them that, I tried it.)

Brought in my car with a flat tire and the team at Mavis was excellent. Morris got the car on the lift immediately; he and Carmen cracked jokes with me to pass the time. The techs doing the repairs were great as well (and efficient).

Horrible experience. They replaced the brakes on my F150 and the brake still squealed. I took it back. They fixed it a second time and the brake still squeal. I do not drive this truck much and it s been sitting in the shop by the time I got to drive it the brakes are still squealing. I called the one 800 number and they referred me to Mark Vanughn he was a real jerk. Told me to call the 1-800 number again and they will direct me back to him. He telling me there no higher up and everything stop at him so he ll just have his way with you so be prepared for an agreement he s good at no. Absolutely no customer service what so ever. The doer swindler is gonna constantly try to get money out of you. You ll been worn. To stay away. This 4.8 star review they have his phony I m sure they probably paid off a lot of money to get some bad reviews removed.

My tire was going down and I pulled in to see about getting it plugged. Morris was extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly. They couldn't plug the tire because my tire was too worn but they hooked me up with a new tire at a great price. I will definitely be back to purchase tires here in the future. I was very grateful that they were open late this evening. Thanks, Mavis Tires!

I went in on a busy Saturday, I was completely understanding of that. It was gonna take a little longer than anticipated, but they communicated with me the whole time. We all laughed and joked and they explained every little bit that is going to be happening to my car. I love bringing my car here to get fixed or just a small maintenance things because they do not hassle me or make me feel incompetent.I do advise calling ahead if you have trouble on the website, they are completely understanding if you call to clarify anything.

Carmen and Sidney were both so wonderful to work with at the Mavis on Independence Blvd. I had a flat tire and needed to purchase 4 new tires for my vehicle. Carmen and Sidney both assisted me with finding great tires within the price point I needed to stay within and they made sure that I was protected with a good warranty. In addition, they stayed late (until 9pm) so that I could have the tires and alignment completed on the same day. They went above and beyond to assist. I am so grateful to them and the mavis staff for helping me with my car. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I came to Mavis on Independence Blvd this morning after waking up to a flat tire. I called before arriving letting them know about the condition of my vehicle! When I arrived I was recognized and greeted immediately which made me feel very relieved! The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about my tire. They got me in ASAP and found the problem within 5 minutes! They are very affordable and a great team! I would recommend this location to anybody in need of tire services!

In and out! Love it! They did not disappoint AT ALL! Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend coming here. I've been to other places and haven't had this fast service in Charlotte.

I have a last minute emergency with my tires and most place around me at that time was closed. I was worry, and really anxious because it was dark out where I was at. I googled tire shop near me and Mavis was the only place that s open. I called and I had Matt on the phone sounding all cheerful. I told him about my situation and he told me cometo the shop and he is able to help me out. I kinda questioned it and everything because it s a drive that can be risky. He was confident that he is able to take care of mycar and that I should not be worried. I drove down there, he took my car, and I was out like a light. HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE MOST PROFFESIONAL AND FAST PACE WORKING PERSON YET. Again, THANK YOU MATT. So, I only have this service because I was lucky to have Matt. Make sure to ask for Matt. I m pretty sure everybody there is amazing like the front desk female w. African earring at that time. She was also attentive and welcoming.

I happened upon this place after the dealership I purchased my car from attempted to charge me $172 to replace 1 tire. I had the pleasure of meeting Sidney who was very professional, assertive and took his time to educate me on service options and pricing. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone needing new/used tires or brake repairs.

I ve been coming to this shop for years and they never disappoint!! The staff is wonderful, Sidney has been amazing to work with every time I come in. This truly is the only place I feel comfortable taking my car whenever I need new tires, brakes etc. Highly recommended in my book!!

Rob provided incendiary customer service. Everyone in the place was happy with the work done and prices. I had a laundry list of things to do on my car and they had it done quickly roters, struts, breaks, alignment and oil change. They showed me around so I would be comfortable with my wait. Although we were not the same race as mentioned in another review, they treated me like a family member. Also I don t know why people complain about not being able to wAtch the cars inside the shop. Giant picture window into the mechanics shop where you get a great view. Quick, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Definitely coming here from now on!!!!

NEVER patronize this business!!! If I could post a review with ZERO stars, that would be most appropriate. My husband brought his vehicle here for tire installation. They BROKE a bolt and the control arm during the alignment process and ended up keeping his vehicle for two weeks! POOR communication, as it was almost always initiated by my husband. There was no apology. No offer for a rental. The only reason he didn't raise a raucous during this ordeal was because he was concerned about them doing further damage intentionally.

After calling 5 different places for the name brand tire that I needed , this location had it! My girl Carmen was very nice and sweet and she help the whole process be smooth! Highly recommend!!

Came in without an appointment. Was seen right away and what do you know a nail in my tire. Needed a full set as it has been a while since they have been on a long time. Fast, and friendly service with no long wait time.
