I was purchasing a pair of wheels/rims online from Facebook Marketplace and recently met the seller at this Mavis location. I figured I would be safe using a national chain like Mavis to verify that the rims I was buying were straight and balanced properly. I asked the Mavis technician to check out the wheels before installing them and paying the seller. I was told they were good. However, 5 minutes into my drive home on the highway, my steering wheel started shaking uncontrollably. Of course, they were closed by the time I circled back around, and by then the seller had taken my money, as had Mavis for installing what were obviously bent rims. I took the wheels to a Discount Tire near me, and they were able to tell in 30 seconds that the wheels were indeed bent. I will never trust Mavis again. If you want an expert opinion and someone reliable on your side to give you advice about tires and wheels, use another chain.

This Mavis has been such a great help! Tyler is very knowledgeable and offers top tier customer service! They re amazing with their turn around time and if it is longer than what the service would generally take they let you know before hand which helps with arranging your day. Standard or even luxury cars they get the job done. If you re in a pinch with your luxe vehicle and can t make it to the dealer, they re well informed and experienced so they will take good care!I highly recommend this place if you re in the area! Tyler was extremely helpful diagnosing the reason for my flat tire. I understood why it could not be repaired. Fortunately, I was already prepared for the possibility that I may need to have my tires replaced, and they had my preferred tires available in the store. They had me on my way within one hour despite me showing up without an appointment this Thursday evening. Thank you, Tyler and the Highland Creek Mavis team! I ll be seeing you all again.

One of my tires was going flat so I brought it in to Mavis Tires to get it looked at. I got there at 30 minutes before close and was greeted by Jordan and her manager Ryan who were willing to take my car in and correct the issue. 20 minutes later my tire was patched and I was out the door. Quick and Reliable service, I couldn't have asked for better.

I got my car towed here overnight to fix a flat tire I got. I made an appointment at 8 am the next morning and Keaton and Tyler helped me out. They were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Helped me out quickly and efficiently. Will Definitely go back for any car maintenance in the future

Keaton and Tyler did an amazing job with their customer service. I popped my tire during the storm and they were able to make an appointment for me and have my tire changed immediately. Jessica was outstanding, she changed the tire in less than 15 mins. I am highly satisfied. Thank you guys!!

This place was great! Super friendly and helpful service. Ask for Keaton and Tyler, they ll take great car if you! Julio is one of the mechanics, he took care of my brakes overall great experience. I recommend to anyone in the area for quality service.

Today (12/31/23) had a nail go through my tire right as I was pulling into work. I needed the repair done the same day because no shops would be open on New Year s Day. I called and spoke to Ryan, who assured me he could have the tire fixed rather quickly and have me back on my way.I left work as soon as we hung up and when I got there Julio was already waiting and ready to get to work. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Absolutely no hassle and lifted tons of stress off my shoulders. I can t thank Ryan and Julio enough for getting me in and getting the repairs done and getting me back on the road.

Jordan and her managers were awesome. I really appreciate how they help me especially when my sister s car had been there for a few hours. I had to go get my son and Jordan drove me to get my son while we waiting for my sister s car to finished getting repaired.

Came to get my brakes and rotors done on all four tires at around 5:00. I had all four breaks and all four rotors already in my car so we were only going to be paying for labor. We had called beforehand to make sure that we would still be able to get it done today and that they could take us. They told us yes so we show up about 5:10 and watch them stand around for about 30 minutes talking amongst themselves arguing on who was going to do it. One individual told us he would stay late to get them finished so that we could get our car back by the end of the day only to have them pull it into the garage and then right back out after changing their mind. This place is just super unprofessional and has pretty poor customer service apart from the one individual in the office who was very kind and apologetic however the actual technicians are anything but. I don't recommend and I will never be coming back to a Mavis Tire.

Had a wonder experience at this location...had a minor issue to deal with and it was close to time for them to close...I stopped by with the mindset I can bring it back the next day...but they quickly pulled my car in the shop and proceeded to address my minor issue. Customer service was great and they went over and beyond...special thanks to Jessica, Chris and Devin

The store was exceptionally clean and the staff was prompt informative and knowledgeable. The pricing was comparable and the product line included most of your more popular brands. On this day, I stopped by because I needed to have my tire patched. The staff and all the customers were all wearing their mask and practicing the recommended social distancing policies. This location has eight bays that all appeared too also be ready for whatever automotive need. Matt and James met me with a good morning and a friendly smile.

Best service ever!! The second I walked in the door the store manager Tyler went above and beyond to help me with my car. He immediately got the mechanic Julio working on my car, and he was finished in no time! Seriously, if you ever have any car service needs, go here!

The employees and staff are polite and professional, BUT I did not receive the required work. I had two tires to be installed on rims and they were unable to get the tires on. I had to take them to another business where I was able to watch the installation, and they easily installed them. I requested a refund for the installation fee that I paid, yet was told that I would have to contact Amazon. I only used the service because I bought the tires from Amazon and Mavis was their recommended business where they shipped the tires. I have used them once before and they knocked an air pressure sensor off of one rim and it remains off to this day. From now on I will have my tires delivered to my home and take them to another tire installation establishment or purchase them elsewhere.

UPDATE: Drove the car for the first time today after the whole ordeal below and there are scratches all over the center of both rear rims from the alignment sensors where they said they were slipping and that s why it was taking longer. I would have expected to be some protection between these sensors and customer rims. If this was curb rash it would have been on the exterior of the rim not in the middle, the only thing that only touched the middle of these rims were the alignment sensors. Also there was more than enough information for Mavis to proactively reach out to me from contact information they had in their system instead of having me to reach out but regardless I did and am expecting a call from the regional manager Daniel with a promised within 24 hours .Knocking from 2 stars down to 1.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Ordered tires online which said they had in stock so scheduled an appointment to come in on 7/9. I printed off the appointment sheet per the website instructions but when I showed up they told me that the tires weren't there and my appointment was scheduled for 7/10 at 1:00pm but they could install some other tires they had in stock instead, which I declined. I showed back up at 1 the following day for my appointment to get the new tires put on and agreed to an alignment as well when I checked in. They didn't pull my car around to even start until nearly 2:00pm. Finally after nearly 3.5 hours there they told me the tires were on and the alignment was done. I paid and drove about 2 miles only to turn around because my steering wheel was now 5-10 degrees to the right for the car to go straight. Came back and made them re-do the alignment TWICE so I could get a print off confirming it was done correctly only to have the left camber still off because I was sitting in the car to hold the steering wheel straight... I will always be sitting in the car to drive it so the excuse of it being off didn't make sense but by this point I'd been dealing with this for nearly 4.5 hours so I just left as good enough. Then on 7/11, I get an automated email from Mavis saying I'd missed my appointment?! This was the first time I'd gone to them because they had the tires I wanted in stock and most certainly will be the last.

These guys are amazing at what they do came in for a alignment & Keatons customer service skills were great says he just started but I couldn t tell because of his exceptional ability to get me exactly what I wanted I d recommend anybody that lives within 10 miles of this store to come here hell I recommend the entire Charlotte to come here! I ll definitely be back for more car service!!!!!!!!! Thank you guys

I had an appointment for service with the provider. Installing 2 tires should take no more than 20 minutes.I was there on time and after waiting for hour and a half, they had not even taken the car into the shop.They said that the appointment time is for them to receive the car. If that is the case, they should say so at the time of setting the appointment. I asked them to give me the tires. I wasted hour and a half there plus the time to get there and back.

I pulled in to get a tire plugged rear passenger (nail in tire)...It went south quick... they wanted to sell 2 tires instead! I guess their logical thinking was that a repair compared to a sell is not worth the effort/time! Cool... I went down the street and they fixed it with NO problem or forced sell! Mavis tires- have several seats!!!!:(

Keatons customer service was immaculate, helped me with everything I needed. I high recommend this location . If you are in the 10 mile radius of this store , I recommend this one. Free air , tires put on for free if you have you own tire and discounts .

From the moment I pulled up to the business, I received exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Tyrese Caldwell, the employee, and the manager made certain that I was aware about the services I required and that they were swift and efficient. My car received all it required, and I will undoubtedly return. 10/10 for professionalism, 10/10 for customer service, and 10/10 for service.

One of the worst shops in town.Went in for rear brakes at noon. They kept my truck overnight without calling. No update, nothing. Got front brakes on another vehicle I own and it s already making a sound after 6 months. Just went in for an alignment, their computer couldn t work. Can t seem to go in an actually receive quality or any service. Never coming back.
