If I could give a 0 I would. My husband just called about replacing seats in his 99' Toyota Tacoma Prerunner and the guy just said no and hung up on us. Without even a conversation, just hung up on. I was standing right there and heard it for myself. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will not ever call back. I was given a reference to this company from a friend who sends these guys a lot of business. I'll make sure my friend knows how rotten we were treated. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and hopefully so will my friend.

Two stars only because a different sales representative promised my transmission would be here by Friday. Still no transmission! They have my 4k and I Sill do not gave my transmission! The original sakes rep never shipped my transmission! Even though I gave him all the imfomation he asked for to get the right one. At thus point I may want a refund! You can not speak to a manager you get the run around! I should only leave one srar only because someone answered the phone!!!

I don t care how cheap the part is it s not worth it your time is way more valuable than standing in there for an hour for a pick up. Even if you do order over the phone . The two guys are doing the best they can. They have to place orders run to the back refunds do everything.All the boss has to do is just hire at least one more person this person can be just for PICK UPS.

I don t care what you going to do but put a hour to the side when you go here. I only went for a pick and end up there for 45 minutes the worst experience ever.

Tracking number provided is always fake through this company and I'm unsure how to feel about it.Says it's UPS but doesn't resemble a UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking number.
