Speechless, the level of professionalism here is absolutely astounding. I trusted this company with my custom built BMW X7, 2024. Services included the following; application of a full body paint protection film, two layers of Ceramic Pro coating, all around window tinting (including windshield), & a full interior leather coating. The images attached don t do justice to the level of detail that was carried out. PPF was executed flawlessly. Every corner and overlay was exceptional. This is the second car I bring these folks and each time I am left in awe. You re doing yourself and your vehicle a disservice if you use any other company in the Charlotte area. Respect and take care of your vehicle, take it to Chris and Lasting Impressions Auto Detailing. They will have your truck towed away at 6pm on a Sunday. That is problem. If I own a company on game night, I would not hire someone to charge people to park their vehicles and still have them towed away. This company and the tow company made plenty of money tonight. I m from out of town and very disappointed.

Had Chris and his team powder coat my tires, delete some chrome, and tint the window on my E350. It completely changed the look of the car and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and communication from the business. I own a newer (2020) car with fabric seats. Our 2 dogs had totally ruined the upholstery (my fault, buying dog covers as we speak) with mud and there were multiple coffee stains etc that have been baked into the seat over a year and half. While their services are pricy, you get what you paid for. I was shocked when I saw the results. The fabric upholstery looked like the day I got It! I highly recommend this business for any detailing needs.Service: Auto detailing

Great experience and full detail with Lasting Impressions. I had to get my 2017 Acura RDX ready to be shipped to Hawaii (military car shipping companies are very strict with how clean the vehicle is at turn in). The staff are really quick to get you in within a few days for a full detail. I dropped my car off at 9:30am and it was ready (and DRY) the same day by 6pm. They were able to make my 6 year old car that had never had a detail in its lifetime look brand new and ready to be shipped. Can t thank them enough for their amazing customer service and detail! They charged $500 to detail my car. After they finished cleaning my car, there were two vehicle warning indicators lit up on the dashboard. Due to my being in a rush, I accepted a $75 discount for the lights and left with my car. I took my car to get looked at by a mechanic, the mechanic said he would not touch the car, as someone had been behind the steering wheel, messing with the wiring, and the car must be taken to the Nissan dealership to be corrected. I called Lasting Impressions to ask why they were disturbing the wiring, and their reason was because, they could not figure out why the car wouldn't start. They later figured out, it was due to them letting it run out of gas during the detail. Therefore, never needing to mess with the wiring behind the dash. Due to this, the car detailing is going to cost me close to $1,000 to correct the issues. Long story short, you can get a car detailed on Park Road for $175 and won't have someone wrongfully messing with the wires behind your steering wheel.Update the repair that was a result of the cleaning will cost me $1,096. Do not go here.

We are incredibly impressed with the service we received from Lasting Impressions. We brought my dad s vehicle in to be tidied up so that we could sell it for him. When we picked up the car, it honestly looked brand new. From start to finish, our experience couldn t have been better. The location is easy to get to and Urriah and Chris were incredibly professional and thorough. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. My car looks brand new, couldn t be happier! I have cloth seats that had stains from everyday wear (light spills, sweat, etc.) and they re spotless. Couldn t have asked for more!

Lasting impressions is the place to go! They are very friendly and professional! I knew there was A LOT to be done with my car so I was prepared to pay. I was quoted over the phone but once they seen my car I knew it would be more based on the quality of work they do. I am very pleased with everything and I feel like I m riding in a new whip! 10 STARS! Dropped my mom s 2010 Lexus off a couple days ago. I was going to get her car a detail for hair birthday, and as an owner of three dogs her car was trashed. Lasting Impressions were professional, and their work was outstanding! Her car looked brand new after and I will forever keep them in mind when anyone I know needs a detail.

Urriah is AMAZING! My car has not been washed for months and now it looks completely new inside and out! He is very meticulous and knowledgeable about cars and how each should receive the proper treatment. Definitely will be coming here again!

Exceptional level of detail and the best customer service! These guys know exactly what they are doing. I came in right before a weekend trip to get my Ducati ceramic coated and they had my bike ready to go the moment I got back. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

When I came to Urriah I didn t think anyone could clean my car the way he did in the condition it was in. Corrected scratches, swirls, stained carpet, and left my car smelling so great! He pays attention to detail and so efficient with his work! I would recommend everyone to go to him for all car detailing needs! He a 6 star in my book!
