Great experience from start to finish. I use them for maintenance on my Ford Transit 350 XLT passenger van. They always take really good care of me and tend to get my service done faster than expected. Plus it's family-owned which I love to support family businesses.

These folks have worked with me for years to keep my truck on the road. They work with me to stage my maintenance so I can spread the cost out over time. That's a real plus on an aging truck. They are honest and very competent. They honor their warranties, use first class parts, and I can trust them. I greatly appreciate this place, and recommend them.

This guy's are disappointing. They stole my 5000.00 cash on a 1999 dodge 3500. They charged me 508.00 just to remove my diesel tank. They only change ball joints and brakes pads for 5000.00. Cooks!!!! They charged me and didn't remove the tank. These guy are cooks that will steal your money . Take your business somewhere else. Not here!!! Steve is a lier.. I have file legal paperwork on this company....

Slimy business practices, and please avoid at all costs - In summary, they charged $200 for a diagnostic that took 30 mins. There was no communication on the fee prior to dropping it off. SUMMARY BELOW:My sister-in-law had car issues, and we dropped it off for a quote of repair. The quote was $750 to change out spark plugs and ignition coils. Naturally, we called around to verify the rate was a good one, and to see if there were other options. We found 2 reputable shops that quoted quite less. One for $495, and the other for $512. At that point we decided to take it elsewhere due to the significant difference.Upon arriving, they informed us of the fee, using their policy on the wall that they have the right to charge what they want. Of course we fought it, but Steve just kept pointing to the sign in a condescending way. Out of principal, my wife and sister-in law paid the fee and took the car to another mechanic.To be clear, a reasonable diagnostic fee is one thing, but paying $400/hr for a diagnostic is another. Standing behind the "right to charge" what they want is slimy, and brings their integrity into question.My recommendation would be to stay away, but if you do choose to use Joey's, either be clear in asking what the fee is up front if there is a possibility you won't use them, or know that you're using them 100% before dropping off your car.

Only place I'll take my cars and work vehicles. They use the best parts and have the best knowledgeable crew, that a truly honest about what your vehicle needs.

Joe is amazing. One of the few, honest and reliable guys one hardly ever encounters. Mywife and daughters ran out of gas (we suspected) on their way through South Hill at night. Joe promptly responded to a call. Gave honest advice. Wasready to help them immediately but suggested letting AAA come out first and provide some gas to save the expense. Said he would meet them at their hotel if anything else was wrong. Waited for me to update him to make sure everything was all right and refused to let me give him anything for his assistance. Needed a good reliable shop that isn't scared of a diesel dually work truck. They did a great job inspecting another shops work and repairing what needed to be done. Fair prices, honest and very thorough. Every visit comes with a full diagnostic (with pictures), which is great. I have 2 trucks that I trust to have Joey's work on. They came highly recommended and I will continue that trend. Took the survey from Napa after my 2nd visit. Ended up today receiving a $100 visa gift card for a quick 2 minute survey.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Joey s Truck and Auto Repair are pretty darn unique and pretty darn fantastic. I was referred to them by my Appliance Repair guy (another fair, honest tradesperson who s opinion I respect) I used them and felt very comfortable I was treated fairly and the work was done right. Recently My check engine light came on and was an emergency because I had no time to waste due to a very busy work schedule. Because they are so good they were booked a week out which did not work for me. Good for them though, they are that good to be booked, I understood why. However, Jenny, the service manager took time out of her very busy day to help me find someone that did have the capacity to take care of me. I am even more impressed. Many shops wouldn t even think to help you. I sincerely recommend Joey s for your automotive needs. Thank you Jenny!

I have never been to a vehicle service center that has treated me so well. These guys and lady are the real deal. They genuinely care for you and your vehicle. There prices are incredibly fair coupled with the experience they have. They even called me a couple of days after to make sure that the vehicle was performing great, and of course it was. I will recommend them to anyone anywhere all day long.

I came into Joey's with a nail in my tire. I was worried I would have to get a new tire a few days before Christmas. Joey met me at the door and immediately helped me out. Everyone I encountered there was knowledgeable and, even better, so kind! They fixed my tire for me for free and quoted me on the price of new tires that I plan on coming back to get. Best customer service I have had IN YEARS!

I drove 30 miles based off a referral to have them work on my 96 Ford F-150. I was greeted with a friendly smile and positive attitude, both of which are increasingly difficult to find in the automotive service industry. Since this isn't my daily driver, I asked to leave it with them for a comprehensive estimate on what needs to be done to it. This truck was my grandfather's, and it's important for me to have the work done, and done right the first time. I was given a thorough estimate, and was honestly a little overwhelmed with the estimate. Joey's team broke down the estimate and told me what NEEDED to be done immediately, what they recommended be done along with the immediate needs, and what could be done down the road. I NEVER felt pressured or pushed into doing any work. They've provided me updates along the way, hurdles and high points. I can't say enough good things about them in an age when people only leave reviews for negative reasons. GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!

Took my vehicle in for service - had a wrong diagnostics, parts were replaced twice and the symptoms were still present. Had to take the vehicle elsewhere to have it fixed correct. Joey s also told me that the vehicle needed the new exhaust, $500+, when all it needed was a $15 part/clamp. I have also paid for the false diagnostics , I have made a video showing that they were wrong with the diagnostics - emailed it to them and no response back, would have uploaded the video here if it allowed me to, and paid for the work that needed to be redone elsewhere.

Called to get an estimate on a clutch replacement on a 2013 peterbilt, was told need to bring it in for an estimate. Not gonna drive the truck all over the place just for an estimate when the clutch is out. Must not work on class 8 trucks much if they can't give you a ballpark estimate without seeing the truck.

Best shop in Charlotte hands down!! The entire experience from drop off it pick up was exceptional. This is the most honest shop in town! I highly recommend for anyone with a car or truck!!

They recommended a repair to the front end on our box truck that was not only unnecessary but overpriced on the estimate. I took the truck elsewhere and literally saved $1000. Never again.

After a large dealership tried to sell me a $5k turbo Joey's repaired the disconnected intercooler that was the real problem. I'm glad to have found Joey's, an honest shop.
