Had an inspection. I used to be a licensed inspector and just thought it d be cool to watch them inspect my vehicle. I checked light operation before my inspections and other stuff to kinda see what they d pick up on. They didn t even bother to pick up and inspect my wipers, but failed it for parking lights, headlights, AND taillights and when I asked they said it s your brake or reverse light are out sum like that and it completely baffled me because he was the one to DO my inspection. I know my lights are good. I checked them. And on top of that if it s only a brake light or reverse light then why are you failing 3 whole sections of the inspections like 1. Parking light, 2. Headlight, 3. Taillight. On top of that I thought I would ve passed since I was in the middle of swiping my payment until the cashier tells me oh yeah it failed and that s when he let me know and all that. He didn t even attempt to ask if I wanted it fixed (even though I know my lights are good) and I just walked off after paying. Truly absurd.

In & out quickly. 4 stars not five stars because when I was checking out I asked will they be resetting my oil change alert. The guy was somewhat incredulous I was asking that & "absolutely they would be doing that". Guess what, they didn't!! 3 out of 4 times at jiffy lube they don't do this simple last step.

I came from Walmart's auto care department an emotional wreck because they told me they couldn't get the filter off to do my oil change and was worried I would have to spend a lot on repairs because it was too tight or broken or whatever. The mechanics at Jiffy lube helped put my mind at ease and assured me they could get the filter off, and they did, and performed the oil change quickly and without incident. I left feeling relieved and fully taken care of. Trust me, Jiffy Lube is the place to go for car maintenance.

Don t leave your car out of your eye site. Someone stole a QSC RMX 1450a power amp out of my trunk at the spot that I got my oil changed, and they had no reason to go in my trunk at all. I ve filed a police report and called corporate. I pray they all get fired.

Eric and his team on Monroe Road did a phenomenal job. I live all the way on the other side of town but will be sure to travel back to that specific location for my next servicing.

Place is scammy. If you do have to go here make sure you check everything they want you to buy before paying because half the stuff isn't necessary they just add it to get more money from you. But realistically there are plenty of other places you can go to so you shouldn't have to go here.

Kinda pricy for the service but great customer service and the service performed. You can probably find a cheaper service but if you are in a situation where you just need it now then this is a great place to go.

Terrible Place. I was here for an hour for a simple inspection, and when I tried to get an employee s attention I was ignored by two different people. One employee walked away and another was too busy flirting with a customer. After I picked up my voice and got mad they mocked me and said it was on the computer . I was openly mocked for saying i had been here for 40 minutes. Last time I was here, when there was an entirely different crew, the inspection took 10 or 15 minutes total.Edit: I read another review mentioning Eric s inappropriate behavior. This is the same employee who was extremely rude and unprofessional to me while flirting with a customer and doing no work. This store is managed by lazy unprofessional people who scam people so they can scroll on their phones while barely seeming like they re doing work.If this is the image you want people to have of your company, then that s great.

I gave you a 4 because it's good conversation. And it looks like you have some top-notch mechanics. But you got to finish the job, no washer fluid. No clean windows are the gave me a 5 if I all that was done.

I went for inspection and was told I needed headlight cleaning. 50 buck to pass inspection. I went home and googled how to clean headlights. Their cleaning didn't last a year. I get businesses trying to maximize revenue but they need to understand that when their customer base understands they can easily Google and find out they are getting outrageously overcharged, they don't come back. Pulled in around 30 minutes before closing and was told they were closing soon and wasn't performing any other oil changes. No one waiting.

Went in for an oil change and inspection, let me just say... The whole experience was amazing! Now don't get me wrong there are a couple young cats who work there but everyone was extremely professional and paid close attention to details. I can't vouch for the bad reviews but I honestly believe they we're just having a bad day because my experience was top notch. Quick, efficient and professional. Thank you to everyone who worked on my vehicle! I will tell my circle of friends and family to come here as well :) p.s. the cashier Remi was a very knowledgeable young lady and impressed me!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Ive been going here for 10 years or so, right down street from me. Mostly oil changes and state inspection.I got few 5 star and few 1 star service at different times, so 3 is an average. I only do reviews unless I need to disclose terrible service. Eric was rude and unprofessional. He keeps trying to upsell service and gave me inconsistent pricing. He was very aggressive and was verbally abusive. If you can avoid this place at all costs.

Wish I had read the reviews before I took my car to this Jiffy Lube for an inspection today. Like others here have reported, I was told the car would not pass because of the headlights and that to "fix" the problem would cost an extra $50. When I got home and read the invoice, I realized all they did was "clean" the headlights - for $50. Called to complain. They were extremely rude. So I will post here and wherever else I can to steer people clear of this unethical location. I completed a feedback form on the Jiffy Lube website and intend to contact NC DOT and BBB.

Monroe Rd- Charlotte. Eric E was very friendly and helpful, and all the guys did well to get me in and out quickly. Eric also recommended both differentials be serviced. This place need to do customer service training again. They don't know how to talk someone without getting attitude. I didn't tell you to get this job. Your choose!!! If you don't like the opponent of other you should work in a environment that people have opponent right or wrong. I would not be referring no one to this location.

I first went to the Jeep dealership around the corner for a new battery. They indicated it would be a 3 hr wait without an appointment. As I was driving by this Jiffy Lube, I decided to stop in and just check and see. Sure enough they had my battery and after 15 min, I was all set. This is my go to location for oil changes since they seem to be much quicker than other locations, but I was pleasantly surprised they could help me out with a battery! I was very unsatisfied with the price of the oil change service and the level of slyness in charges from this location. I was charged $146 up front for a full synthetic oil change, which is extremely high for this type of service. As I questioned these charges even further, I found out that the oil filter change was not included as part of the oil change service, and this was a separate charge. Normally, this is included within the charge of the oil change service. I was able to get this extra charge removed, but regardless, this price is extremely high for an oil change in comparison to companies like Valvoline and others. I would not recommend getting your oil changed here, as their prices are way higher than other companies, and they refused to price match to what Valvoline offers for a full synthetic oil change.Service: Oil change

Do not get a battery here! 1 month ago I got a battery installed here. Turns out they installed an old battery and soon enough, it started to intermittently fail starting the car, not enough old cranking amps as my mechanic informed me. Called them and they said we DO NOT offer warranty on batteries! You have to be kidding! Terrible and they know it!Services: Battery, Oil change

I have used my type of oil in my car since it was bought brand new. The company I deal with where we live in Southport North Carolina, but we were in North Carolina visiting and I took it to jiffy lube to get oil changed in a refused to put my type of oil into my car saying they wouldn't do it. I thought we lived in America and not Russia or China where we had choices.
