Took my car to get an oil change last Tuesday, went to crank it Wednesday for work and it wouldn t start. Had it towed to the dealership they said the issue was too much oil. The guys that serviced my car didn t change my oil they just added oil to my car and that cause it to overflow my coils. Thank god it didn't blow my engine. Called to speak to manager she couldn t come to the phone so I asked the guy who answered could he look my receipt up he was not friendly at all as if I was bothering him, a few seconds later the manager got on the phone (she was worst) i let her know the issue she then began to look for my receipt she claimed she couldn't find. I gave her my phone number she couldn't find it (which its on the receipt )I asked could she do it with a card number she said no i then gave her my VIN number and she found it. I asked her would they refund me because they messed my car up and costed me money and repairs she cut me off and said no i need to email the store and its above her pay grade. I said could you at least look at the pictures and damage they caused she said no again it above my pay grade and then she asked why i didn't bring my car back right when i found out which i told her before my car wouldn't start, i had to get it towed to my dealership. she was extremelyrude and nonchalant and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I will NEVER return to you all and i will spread then word for bad business because it cost me money and time!

Amber & Rick were extremely friendly and helpful. So was the other gentleman, I'm sorry I forgot his name. I've recently moved a couple streets down and will definitely bring my car back because they explained what I needed thoroughly without making me feel dumb and they didn't pressure me into things I didn't need. They were fast and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

I didn't look at my paperwork until I got home on it she stated that I had multiple or leaks that was not true she talked to me about filling my brake fluid as well as wanting to do some things that I didn't need done but I think they should be honest with their findings because I had no leaks whatsoever not to mention it makes it hard when you question it because in their system they've entered what they put on the paperwork right wrong or indifferent and usually that's what they stand on what they put in their system so I should have read my paperwork before I left that way I could have corrected it then. Sunday they were closed and Monday was a holiday so I just corrected the paperwork

I was VERY impressed with my service at Jiffy Lube from the moment I pulled up, till I left. Technician and staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient really just all around wonderful. I had no idea jiffy lube at this location was this fantastic.

Just got done with my state inspection. Not only did it take an hour someone left a rag next to my battery under the hood. Good thing I checked. Heaven forbid I went down the highway it could have done someSerious damage. I ll go anywhere else to do my inspection next year.

The employees are nice but every single time I go there for a state inspection either no one is there that can do the inspection or they have some other excuses as to why they can't do it. I also got my oil changed there a few times and they put a crush washer that was too large and RTV on my drain plug, causing it to leak oil.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I started a move on 9/01/23. While on the road the wrench and oil light came on in my vehicle, so, I headed for Jiffy Lube on WT HARRIS. While waiting in the car line the battery light came on and the car wouldn t start. Amber Stuart and her lead technician ( I didn t get his name) did a series of things to try and help my vehicle. They allowed me time to get not one, but two AAA techs to evaluate the problem and subsequently tow my vehicle. While I was waiting I happened to mention that I couldn t get a car rental due to it being Labor Day weekend, Ms. Stuart came up with the idea of renting a U-Haul for the weekend. I was so stressed, but what a idea! I still have that rental and am mobile thanks to Ms. Stuart and the crew. I was charged nothing. The kindness and help they rendered me was priceless! That s one of the reasons I go there first. They deserve five stars for kindness. Great team!

Today's experience was the worst. To take your car to get a basic oil change and to come out paying over 150.00 is a rip off. The air filter which they call carbin air filter they billed for $45.99 is crazy. The detail of the product wasn't explained nor was the prices given until it was completed. As a business that has technicians working they need to be more clear on pricing and explain the benefits of the product. We know air filters are normally replaced during oil change but to pay that price is a rip off. The front desk Amber was rude and nonchalant about my complaint, When asked for the corporate office phone number she told me to look at my receipt. She provided after i requested her to give to me which to me was very poor customer service. If a customer ask for a phone number you should not direct them to look at their receipt. My first and last time going to this establishment and will not recommend this companyService: Oil change

Customer service is awful! A brake fluid tool was left under my hood, oil was all over my engine, the plastic cover underneath my car was left hanging and the washer fluid was empty that I was told was filled. They lied and said the fluid on my engine was cleaning fluid. I had to have the engine cleaned and the plastic cover underneath my car rebolted by another shop. I had always taken my vehicles to a Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and inspections. That relationship is definitely over!!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I went to jiffy Lube for a oil change, when it was time for another oil change I went to my mechanic, he couldn't get the oil drainage plug off because of something called lock tight that they used, I believe that they stripped something and used the lock tight to close it. The first call I made to the store for a Manager, a young man with an attitude argued me up and down and was very rude, with an I don't care attitude. Didn't offer any resolution, coupon or anything, very young and UNPROFESSIONAL, and so is the store Manager AMBER!!! Very nonchalant, will argue to their defense. I will be reaching out to BBB to file a complaint also. Do Not Take Your Vehicle Here. Close this UNPROFESSIONAL, Don't give a care about their customers store down ASAP. I don't see this store standing much longer, with all of the complaints, they'll be closed down soon.Service: Oil change

Not too long of a wait- they got you in and out as quick as they could. Went in for an oil change and they explained the options available and the benefits of each without pressuring an option. They did additional checks for me without charge and brought back in 2 disgusting filters from my car and helped me to replace those at a reasonable cost. Yes it was additional but that s just smart selling and even tacked on a discount for me so I d say they went above and beyond!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have been a customer here for many years for all my cars. I have seen that the owner and employees don't care about this business anymore. There used to be water, Coffee, clean bathroom, clean waiting area. Now all that is gone, no water, no Coffee, smelly bathroom, and dirty waiting area. The person working this morning had a horrible attitude and obviously didn't want to be there. He said in the paperwork that he vacummed the floors, NO HE DIDN"T NOT! The prices keep going up and Quality service goind down. I'm not going back there anymore. They just lost a long time customer.Service: Oil change

My daughter came to this location. They tried to charge her $130 plus tax for an oil change. She has a 4 cylinder Cobalt. Dealership prices are cheaper than theirs. Stay away from here if your young and female.

First time here ,I came to get an oil change. SERVICE WAS SUPER FAST!!!! The staff here is so FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. Most places will try taking advantage and convince me to have services done that s not even needed In my opinion because1.)I am woman2.)I m by myself3.) they wanna make more money.......That s DEFINITELY NOT the case here . They are honest about what needs to be done and what can and cannot wait. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. Oh and the energy Brittany has is AMAZING Wish I could give more than 5 stars Service: Oil change

I wanted to do an inspection on the van, the call center said that they would do it and gave the address. When I arrived, manager Amber said she wouldn't do it and started yelling for me to take the car and to get out of here. Amber can't be allowed to talk to customers!

I felt extremely discriminated against and purposely embarrassed by an employee/manager by the nameAmber K.store #2632 7024 e. wt Harris blvd. on 7/25/22 10:48am.Due to the nature of my method of paying, which were gift cards. My employer gives me different types of bonuses and some of those gifts/bonuses are e-gift cards which I have kept for a while. That day I decided to use them. I specifically informed Amber K I have multiple egift cards, the numbers have to be entered in manually. After the 2nd gift card number was entered, I received very uncomfortable aggression, I felt rushed. I was told I don t have all day, I was told to step a side so she could help someone else pay that did not have a gift card. I was having an issue with entering the numbers as I was not familiar with the system. She refused to offer any help, but gave a stare at me with anger. Until she finally got so upset she left and told another employee to deal with me. I was then forced to just pay with my debit card because Amber hollering in the background telling me to pay and leave. I was unable to expect the work that was done or ask any questions. She lied and said I (I was purchasing gift cards) what would be the point of that? I felt discriminated against, embarrassed, fearful due to her sending in another gentleman to escort me out of the store. I never said 1 curse word, I never called anyone a bad name. I was treated unfair because I was paying with gift cards. She felt like the customer behind me was more important because she was paying without a gift card. I also recorded her hollering at me demanding me to leave. I will contact whoever I can to ensure the city of Charlotte knows how customer service and business is conducted at this location. For Amber K. a manager to conduct customer service and business in this manner is highly disappointing. Money is money, gift card, cash, debit or credit jiffy lube still gets paid.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
