I would avoid ,130 $ for synthetic oil changeLobby is small with 8 chairsNot very good service overall 45 min-1hr wait timeTried to upsell hard on filtersWatch out for the filter stuff they make their $ here. Look at their board it says 45$ .Go to store 12$ for most filters and 10 min to put in(I know from experience)Will try to sell you any way they can just say I want an oil change nothing else period. Also go to other stores . Been to their competitors and most synthetic oil change range from 70-90 not 130.Look elsewhere

I had an easy and wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube. The customer service was great and it did not take long at all for my oil and filter change to be completed. I will be returning there for my next oil change.

I agree with Omar I had a similar experience at the same location at 216 Eastway Drive, Charlotte NC, 28213. I came in for an inspection for my Granddaughters car, in which I had just put new rotors and brake pads on all tires back in March. My Granddaughter only drives to work and school so there has not been a lot of driving that she s done.On my work order #3492 the names listed are Calvin M and Brandon R. Once the inspection was done I was told that that the Foot Brake failed. When I asked what that meant I was told that I needed brakes. I specifically asked what brakes? He told me all brakes, and we can take care of that for you for $137.00. I told him that I have a mechanic that can do that and bring it back.He then began to act as if he demanded that I get it done there, saying that if I was to take it elsewhere I would be wasting my time and then immediately said so are you going to get it done here or not? I was furious. That is not the way you treat a paying customer. Once my mechanic did the job we discovered that the brakes are nowhere near run down.I have had to pay $70 for brake pads for the front and back in which I have receipts for. I am disgusted at the fact that I was basically forced into work that I could have done without paying an excessive amount of money that was asked from me when times are hard as they are. That employee is trying to force a service on customers just as Omar stated in his review. That employee represents Jiffy Lube and to be snobby and obnoxious just because a customer declines a service is absurd. He needs to be held accountable and I will be back Thursday 11/2/2023 with my receipt for NEW brake pads when the ones that were already on the car were absolutely fine. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Worst customer I ve ever experienced in my life. The manager Shane got mad at me because I didn t want to put synthetic oil in my 4 cylinder 39k mile Honda Civic. When I asked him for synthetic blend option he told me they don t offer that at HIS store and if I m broke just say that. Never going to any jiffy lube again.

It was a terrible experience. Being yelled at and approached in my face like they wanted to fight me. Jiffy lube eastway dr. Charlotte NC. I just want a oil change and he got angry when I didn't want other services. I'm done with jiffy Lube and plan on spreading my experience. I want to file a complaint. You shouldn't have employees threatening customers and being bossy. That person should let go. Not the young black male he was excellent. It was the other individual working there October 28th 2023 at 9:30 am.Service: Battery

My experience was absolutely wonderful!! From the time I pulled up until the time I left, the staff treated us with such kindness and with the utmost professionalism. Once my car was serviced, I went to get into my car...1st of all, my door and my grandson's door was already open for us. Upon entering my vehicle, I noticed they had vacuumed!!! I was TOTALLY ELATED!!! My grandsons also noticed. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!!Service: Oil change

The place was fast but I wonder if they even changed the oil.I paid $92.23 for just an oil change which I don't mine but I expect to see a brand name filter and individual synthetic oil bottles being opened.Instead I got oil from a bulk container synthetic blend, generic oil filter, charged for an extra quart, charged for shop supply, told my engine was 1qt low to begin, windows smeared with a dirty rag.

This one came through in the clutch for me. Needed an oil change bad, and as many times as I had ridden by there, I never knew they were there. I was in and out in a matter of minutes so it was perfect as I was already in a hurry. Will probably be my go to spot because of its convenient location between home and work

RUINED ENGINE AFTER OIL CHANGE! Received an oil change at the end of January which I deeply regret. Right after the oil change, the skid plate underneath the car was dragging so I took it back the next day, which they did fix. That's not the big issue, two weeks later the oil engine light comes back on, so I take it back to Jiffy Lube where they have no idea what's going on and what the problem of the car is. The repair person said the sensor should turn off and if is still have issues to come back, not even 3 minutes after leaving my car shuts off while driving, luckily it turned back on to take back to Jiffy Lube which they suggested. They still can't figure out what the problem is with the car. So I decide to take it to the dealership for service which they said there was no oil before dropping it off and internal damage to the engine. I contacted corporate/franchise to explain the problem but of course Jiffy lube wants to take no responsibility for the damages. Said I had several leaks before oil change. Does it make sense to do an oil change on a car if it's leaking oil. That's like putting water in a bag with holes in it. Also why was this not mentioned before services were rendered not in the invoice after services was done. The repair man tried to sell me on so many other services besides what was important., like an engine flush. If several oil leaks that I supposedly had was the problem, why when I took it back that wasn't mentioned? They didn't know what the problem was, and suggested I take it somewhere else that could help better, which I did. That somewhere else explained the problem, now they don't want to accept responsibility, for the engine. You had me basically driving the car after oil change, knowing that oil was leaking. When asking corporate these important questions they don't even know the answer or I get the run around. I contacted BBB and Consumer complaints, and the response was the same message below as which they copy and pasted because they still don't know the answers to those questions. Now this will have have to be taken to higher up. I don't suggest anyone get their oil changed or any services at any Jiffy Lube locations, read the news on people's engines being messed up after people have took their car here for just a simple oil change, and Jiffy Lube not taken any accountability and blaming customers. I wish I looked into this more and took it to the dealership for the oil change because the price was the same. Never had any problems with my car until after service here.

The gentlemen there are awesome! If you're a repeat customer they recognize you and send you discount coupons. They greet, open your car door (ladies), and escort you to the waiting area. They don't try to cheat you or address you as if you're ignorant b/c you're a woman! Their waiting area and restroom are clean! Their customers are pleasant and respectful. I 've never had a problem with the services provided; they do their work efficiently and proficiently! I believe there prices to be competitive with others in this market. Highly recommend!

The assistant manager failed my car inspection for a wiper blade that worked perfectly, then tried to sell me their $40 wiper blades. I went to another place and the wiper blades passed. I called the very next day and spoke with the general manager who did nothing.

I promise you one thing if the guy would have told me a 45 minute wait instead of telling me that there was only one person in front of me I would have left without bothering anybody.45 minutes AFTER checking me in there are now two people ahead of me!. Somehow a little black car slid in, I think the manager for his efforts and took off. Thanks for letting me use your restroom that's about it.

I have been coming to this location for several years and with a few different vehicles. I usually have a good experience but this last time in September was disappointing. Here I am 2 months later and randomly checked my oil to discover there was no oil there! I had a mechanic check for a leak, no leak. Not to mention we checked my other fluids to discover there was water in my coolant tank! Not antifreeze, but pure water! This is what I got for an $110 oil change . I will never go here again!Service: Oil change

10/10 excellent customer service!! Exceeded my expectations (way better than take 5, that s where I went last time). I honestly really hate getting oil changes done but S/O to Rynell & Daryl. The only 2 employees working today. They were amazing, answered all my questions, respectful, kind and really informative and knowledgeable!!

Its been a few years since I've been to a Jiffy Lube and now i remember why. They overburden their technicians with inspections and services that no one asked for. You come for an oil change and they spend an hour on your car, spending only about 5% of the time changing the filter and oil.I get it, you want to gain some additional revenue by grabbing the low hanging fruit, but when you have people getting out of line, or turning around when they see the line of cars at your facility you are losing more money than you are gaining, but Jiffy Lube and their owners dont seem to grasp that. Also, this is absolutely not a reflection of your workers there. There were 2 techs (maybe one more downstairs) who were working nonstop, much harder than I've seen techs work in other places, but you weigh them down by making them spend so much time doing pointless stuff. The two vehicles in front of me (one in each bay) all declined the random stuff you had them look for, then i had to jump out of line because it had already been an hour despite the fact the vehicle that was in the bay when i got there already had a tech working on it. So you spent an hour per car, to have them decline everything, then lost my revenue for an oil change, plus the people that pulled in and left.Corporate recommendations and greedy ownership will be the death of these franchise locations.Edit: i should mention that i acknowledge they weren't hunting for low hanging fruit 100% of the time, they were also washing the windows inside and out, vacuuming floors and whatnot. But again, when you are backed up, short staffed, or just in a rush period (lunch hours) its just causing people to leave/get frustrated. I'm more likely to come back if you get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time as opposed to spending 30 extra minutes in the waiting room for you to wash my windows.

I really hate writing bad reviews (and avoid doing so), because I understand that running a business is hard. However, I consider this a PSA and if I can prevent others from having a bad experience I ll take the risk. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. 1. They will try to sell you multiple services without being able to explain why you need them (it was almost comical). 2. The prices aren t competitive with other shops in the area and the service doesn t make up for the gap. 3. In our case, the car was leaking oil after the visit and we had to bring it back for a more experienced and helpful technician to clean up the mess the original guy made. While I appreciated that, it doesn t make up for the quality control issues that exist in the first place. 4. While you wait, you have to sit through endless blaring advertisements from Jiffy Lube corporate about synthetic oil.
