Thank you Matt Smith and Melissa Miller for an exceptional experience buying a 2024 Range Rover Velar certified pre-owned in Verasine blue. The Velar only had 3800 miles on it so it is practically brand new. Matt helped pull the deal together in one day and I traveled from Atlanta to pick it up the next day. Prices were much better than Atlanta by far. I wholly recommend Matt and Melissa to help you buy your first or your next Range Rover. Matt is a true professional who has decades of experience and Melissa was super helpful explaining how the vehicle worked so I could return to Atlanta in one piece. You can t go wrong keeping this dealership on your radar and buying from them if you are out of state or local. Thank you again.

We can't say enough about the kindness of everyone at Jaguar Charlotte. Will Smith, the sales specialist we were lucky to work with on 2 recent purchases is a fantastic person to work with. Great experience. I made a reservation by internet for a test drive. The car I wanted was actually on the showroom floor! They opened some doors and carefully got it outside. Being an electric vehicle I was shown the car throughly and explained the unique features of electric vehicles. The test drive was good. I said yes and was out the door about an hour later with paperwork and financing complete. Riaan Engelbrecht was the best sales person ever. He was knowledgeable and just showed us the car and chatted in a relaxed and fun test drive. Riaan is a sales person with no pressure. I would recommend this dealership in Charlotte and ask for Riaan. The car is awesome!. Jaguar I-Pace all electric, 398 hp, 532 ft. /lbs tourqe. 0 - 60 in 4.8 seconds! Lots of tech and quality materials. Adding to this review after driving the I-Pace a bit, I can say it's the coolest thing on the planet! I know all new models are rolling out all electric in 2025. I'm sure they'll have longer range and other cool features, but if you want EV performance right now! An I-Pace may be for you. Way too go Jaguar of Charlotte!I yes I will update my review every time I have an interaction with Charlotte Jaguar. This time my IP stopped completely would not restart. Fortunately it was in my driveway. I called Jaguar service. Tow truck driver did difficulty giving the car in neutral because that is a little bit unique with electric vehicles, but eventually it got towed to the service department day later they had the problem serviced wash the car and had it ready for me to go. They also sent an Uber to pick me up when the car is ready to go service department!

Matt is really good. We walked in not planning on buying a car just looking and doing research and he showed us a car that we really liked that had everything we wanted. It was a price that eventually was quite reasonable of anybody who encounters Matt should believe what he says, and look at the cars closely because they re nice cars. The Jaguar I-Pace was ahead of its time and has held up well.Also Samantha taught us how to use the features of the car. She was kind, clear, and efficient. I feel like I had a six week course compressed into just over an hour. Brava!

Dana Barge with Jaguar-Land Rover at Hendricks in Charlotte is the best. Knowledgeable and well spoken and kind. We bought our first Jaguar from him in 2021 and bought our second from him this past Friday (12/22/23). We trust Jaguar and we trust Dana. He is our sales person from now on! Even if we have to drive two hours each way to purchase a car. Thanks Dana!

I have a Jaguar that had a chipped rim, and it needed servicing. John Bareli went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. He had a car waiting for me when I dropped mine off, he had my rim fixed at no charge, he sent me a video of my vehicle being serviced with recommendations, and was honest about what I really needed to have done to my vehicle. I cannot express my appreciation enough for John and his team. They went above and beyond for my wife and I. I highly recommend this dealership when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, and getting your vehicle serviced. It was more than service with a smile. It was PERFECT service with a smile.

From simply browsing the site to almost a year after the purchase, Hendrick Jaguar-Charlotte has surpassed my expectations. Matthew was wonderful to work with before, during and after my purchase. Great people, a no pressure dealership that does not add to the MSRP!!, the people I dealt with are respectful, knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell, and really show they appreciate your business, I have purchased two F-TYPE R coupes from this dealership since 2022 because of the great atmosphere and respectful salesmen. clean showroom, I had a minor issue with my car, and the salesman came to SC from NC and picked up my car the same day I called him about the issue, and left me a very nice loaner, I cant say enough good things about their service after the sale and my experience purchasing my vehicles, Ill be back.........

Bought a Jaguar F-Pace. Riaan was simply amazing. We had multiple hurdles and a long wait but he was supportive through out and patient and got the deal done after 45 days. I recently purchased a Jaguar F-Pace from this dealership. I live in the neighboring state and wasn t able to go see the car. I saw it online and fell in love. Riaan was super to work with. He sent me videos of the interior and exterior of the car, answered all of my questions and we were able to do the paperwork electronically and he even brought the car to me! I purchased my Jaguar a few months ago with the help and assistance of Greg who is extremely knowledgeable. Greg has followed up with me through out the months to make sure I'm enjoying the vehicle. I told him I am but one of the keys did not work and Greg advised me to come back in and get the battery changed out. While I was there I went to Servicing to see why my coolant was low and was greeted by Kathrine who was friendly and professional. I told her my next stop was to get my car washed and before I knew it my car was being washed at the dealership. Team work make the dream work from me walking in with a warm helpful smile from Lashunda to leaving out. Thank you for a great experience customer service is still alive

Listen y all I had the best time today at Charlotte Jaguar with Matt Smith (sales), Mike Bernstein and John Barrile (service). Hands down, each of them made my day! Matt was incredibly helpful answering my 2000 questions about my new car (that will be delivered soon) He actually gave me information that settled my and as it has been quite a long wait. Matt is legit. I WISH he was my salesman when I put my deposit down back in March 2022. I will certainly call him EVERY TIME I need ANYTHING!!My reason for the visit was to have my vehicle serviced. When we arrived, Mike greeted us with a big ole smile. He was very detailed about the work that would be done and how long it would take. His side-kick John who sat next to Mike chimed into the conversation and was Amazing! These guys are A+++. Service guys are hit or miss These guys are a hit!! Thank you for exceptional service!!

From the most courteous and informative salesman Neil, to Melissa and Samantha that made sure I properly knew how to operate my vehicle and what everything did. I m very happy with Preston and the service technician who worked on my Jaguar. They did all the required service and noticed I needed an alignment and suggested a tire rotation (I bought it used in April). Although I thought it drove fine before, after it steers better - less effort and feels even more fun. The wait time was as expected. Even the coffee was great! Update: I came back for another service in Jan24. Happy again. Particularly pleased with how patient they were with my questions.
