Had my positive post wire fixed as I was told. I saw the mechanic not replacing the wire with new wires but using the same damn wire. I called back up there the same day the owner was already gone. Called today and explained the situation. The owner said drop it off and they will fix it. But wants me to pay some more money for what his mechanic messed up. The job was not done professional he used black Tape on my wires. The wire wasn t new and it s still a shortage. I love to support local businesses but please don t take your vehicle here.

These guys did a great job. I have always had a quick and reliable experience with Intermind Automotive. I take my wife s Jeep and just took my Cadillac and have always had a pleasant experience.

This shop has been awesome! They've been respectful, honest and affordable. They fixed my daughter's car and they were the ONLY one that didn't charge me a ridiculous price because my car is a bmw and I'm a woman. I did my research first, so I knew parts n labor would be $300 or so. Other shops quoted me $600 and $880, trying to take advantage, but not intermind. They were fair and fast. I highly recommend them.

This business needs to update their hours according to their schedule. Google business says 9am to 6:30 pm. I arrived at 5:55 & a fat light skin guy was sitting in the office when I arrived. I asked to get my car inspected and he said we re closed . I informed him that the hours on Google said 6:30 pm is the closing time! His response was I m sorry ma am but I don t get paid overtime remind you that a bay was wide open with someone inside working on a SUVI was referred here but my services wasn t granted. I won t be returning back

Great place to do business! Very professional & efficient! They had cars lined up and were super busy, but the shop owner Mel managed to get his guys on my car right away and I had it back good & running in less than 24 hours! As a single mother with one income, car troubles can be very tough & stressful, but Intermind made this experience painless for me! Highly Highly Highly Recommended!

I would only recommend getting an inspection here. The communication and customer service is by far the worst I ve ever endured. I called about getting my car serviced and was advised I only needed an oil change given the amount of miles on my vehicle. When I returned to my car, my service due indicator was still on. After following up, none of my fluids or anything was checked, but the owner insisted on just having the service indicator reset. I m sorry, but no. I paid entirely too much money for my vehicle to not have the proper service performed. Any other shop would have checked the fluids and provided the customer with a report of the vehicles condition. I m not even sure if I have adequate water levels in the car. Smh Highly dissatisfied is an understatement.

Call spoke to Jerzey on the phone, Told him my problem, First off he answered the phone! he was professional and looked up my repair and gave me the exact cost and time frame over the phone. I dropped of my car again he was professional, he completed the repair in the exact time frame that he estimated over the phone. EXCELLENT SERVICE FAST!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I've been getting my inspections done here the last couple years for my cars and motorcycles and these guys are always friendly and professional. My bike wouldn't start after this years inspection and they helped me with a jump at no extra cost. I highly recommend going here

These guys ripped me off and I was trying to support my own. They did a transmission flush and a radiator replacement which I asked for. They charged me 4 times every thing. When I looked at the breakdown of the charges they charged $100.00 for 2 Maxlife D-1 Tranmission Fluid which should be no more than $34.00. The Radiator which is a $100.00 on a late model Nissan, I was charged $308.46 and 3 hours labor. Spent $800 plus on a job that should clearly cost around $300.

Ripoffs! Charged me almost $80 for an oil change and insisted that my Kia needs some special high cost oil like a Mercedes. Yea right! Funny that no where else has ever stated that or charged something so ridiculous! Very rude and unprofessional when I called to complain!** Be aware that this business is not BBB accredited and has a D rating with them!

I dropped a car off here, & got to view their customer interactions. These guys were very accomodating to one of their customers! It wasn't a 'we'll see you tmrrw'... They were very pleased to know that their customer arrived safely!

This is the first review I have ever written, however, I feel the public should BE WARNED about this business. The owner is dishonest and a thief. I was solicited a car to purchase from him and told that I was only going to need an O2 sensor and that everything else was good, being that it had a new motor and transmission in it. I purchased the car under this assumption. The same day the car started driving poorly. I took it back multiple times (10+) to look at but he would not give me any help insisting that the trouble was due to me and my ability to drive.I then took it to 3 other mechanics who agreed that the transmission was having problems. The car had a rebuilt transmission put in it the day before I bought it apparently, and could have been replaced under warranty. Instead the owner Mel told me he was going to do nothing. My mistake for trusting.Not only did it have a bad transmission, but oil and transmission fluid leakage, busted engine mounts (on top of other issues).THIS OWNER IS A THIEF AND LIAR. STAY AWAY! BE WARNED!

Great place to have your car worked on. Specializing in foreign cars, but also works on domestic. Good mechanics and great owner operator. Overall great shop. Need work done on your car see these guys.

This is not for intermind but for a mechanic that works there don t go to Mechanic named Marvin ! I had my engine replaced by him but it was a lack of effort and some shady work.1. Didn t bother to change out my good motor mount and left a crushed motor mount but tightened down a busted mount on to the car so my engine was rocking when it shifts gears .2. He didn t bother to replace my oil filter with a new one he took the old oil filter off the old engine and put on the new engine.3. When I got my car back my AC did not work because both AC lines were disconnected and the condenser was loose didn t bother to reconnect everything.4. My oil and transmission dipsticks were missing.5. Broke the timing belt compartment.6. With everything else wrong I do not believe he would change the water pump that I bought he may have just taken it back to the store.I have pictures of everything and I may post ! Never go to MARVIN.

The shop rips you off and drives your car around while they say it s being fixed. They tried to sell me weed the whole place smalls like weed the guy Jamel or Mel will act like he is giving you a deal but he s really just pocketing his money. The shop has no tools or supplies I would never go there. It s a hole in the wall shady shop

These guys are crooks, i had my car towed to this shop and it came out with more problems than it originally had. Don't trust this shop.

Place is highly suspicious. Had my diesel truck towed there and my catalytic converter ended up missing and they couldn't even perform my repairs.

terrible company brought my vehicle up to shop told them what I already knew what was wrong they told me it was something else and when I get that fix it would help got the car finally and the vehicle still basically doing the same thing I wouldn't recommend this company at all they should be shut down.
