Clifford Sr and staff were very gracious on a Holiday weekend in h we helping fix our vehicle. We were from out of town and first thought was we were going to get way over charged. They had great rates and were very friendly. I highly recommend. The service performed was excellent at a decent price. Thanks Cliff Sr.

Had my the windshield wiper motor on my wife s car repaired. After the repair it took 43 seconds before they would move on the intermittent setting. Spoke to Cliff, the owner about it and he claimed that this was the way they were designed and he did nothing to correct the issue. Had to take it to the dealership to get it corrected. Ultimately had to pay someone else to repair his repair. Would not recommend this shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My family has been taking our cars here for over 20 years, a family owned and operated shop.Clifford will never steer you wrong and does his best to get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. Extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, even for the smallest of maintenance.

IRM has been my go to spot for maintenance or repairs for over 12 years, Clifford the owner and Clifford Jr have been great never had any issues and they are fair in price and will never try to up sale you something that you don't need,And any woman that's looking for a honest mechanic this is your place I have sent quite a few and they were happy with the work.

I've been bringing my cars here for over 12 years. They are great for maintenance and repairs...willing to diagnose a problem and give an accurate estimate of how much money it will cost for the repair. They always give a thorough explanation of what needs to be done to my car and why.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Integrity since we moved to Charlotte in 2000. We have never been less than thrilled about the service and repair work that our cars get.Clifford listens to you, and he explains his recommendations for repair thoroughly. I trust Clifford's opinion completely.We now live in South Charlotte but still will not take our cars to anyone but Integrity Maintenance.

I have always been happy with their service and Clifford is a man you can trust and he knows his stuff when it comes to servicing your vehicle. Plus he does not try to rip you off in any way or shape, like some other places may.

On a wim my car broke down in Charlotte. Randomly picked a car shop, risky I know, but these guys not only had my mini finished just in a few days but wasn't outragous with price and were extremely easy to talk to. Felt comfortable working on my mini. I ran into people puckering up just when I go to get an oil change l, they didn't flinch.

Best auto mechanic in Charlotte. Friendly, honest, and efficient. Did not like the service, very unprofessional staff. The staff did not seem to care about my concerns regarding my car at all. I will not be back and would Not recommend this shop to my close friends.
