These guys have the parts! Jay is very responsive through email, and if he doesn't have it he goes above and beyond to locate it! I've ordered grille trim and window trim pieces so far. The boxes come sturdy and well packed. The shipping charges are also vary reasonable!

GREAT RELIABLE COMPANY!!!! This was my first time ordering from them so you always have your reservations. They do a great job at giving you all the diagrams you need to figure out your parts and checkout was a breeze. My order was not a normal one so it took a bit longer for it to arrive but anytime I emailed I got an immediate response from a living breathing person for a change. I conversed back and forth with Jay Roman and he always took the time to respond politely. There was some trouble getting in the right number of a part I needed so he promised me he would overnight it right when they got it. All in all my part came correctly as described and within their time frame they list. Feels nice to get the customer service that you wouldn t find from a large corporation and have them do what they can to keep their customers happy. This will be my go to Mazda Parts store from here on out. Great Job guys!

Ordered an uncommon part from here (door window trim). Got a phone call confirming the part, which was nice, and received it pretty quick. Overall pleasant experience.I can't speak for how much better they might be versus a competitors, but it was such a smooth process that if I have to order a part for my mazda in the future these guys will be the first ones I go to.

I ordered two small parts in late February and did not hear anything from the company or get any updates on shipping for over a week. I finally contacted them and they said they would ship the parts the following day. Fast forward a week and I still have not heard anything or gotten any updates. I called and emailed but received no reply. I called again this past week and found out they had shipped the parts to the wrong address but would be shipping me the parts the next day. It is now the 15th of March and I still have not received them. My car has been sitting on a lift at a shop inoperable now for almost a month because I am still waiting on these parts. The communication has been terrible and the fact they didnt offer overnight shipping after a mistake on their end is extremely poor. I would not shop here again or recommend them to a friend.

The employees were very communicative through email and my parts were shipped quickly once the order was placed. Their prices were competitive and they even price matched one item that I found lower elsewhere. Excellent customer service - thanks very much!

Ordered a window belt molding a few months ago - It showed up in a scrap of cardboard that was supposed to protect a 4 foot long piece of thin metal, so of course it was bent. I've been trying to contact them in regards to a replacement they allegedly sent a month ago, to no answer. Spend a few more bucks and get what you need from a local dealership.Update: Replacement part eventually arrived packaged better

Took 3 weeks from order date until shipment date. No communication in the interim, I thought the website was a scam and they were just harvesting credit card info, until I got a shipment notification. I tried to cancel the order during this three week limbo time and my communication was ignored.

Fantastic service. I added my VIN to the order (as recommended). Using this they were able to tell I had ordered the wrong part. The order was automatically cancelled, the correct part recommended and I was able to place new order for correct part. They also put two orders together into one and saved me on shipping.A great place to do business with!

Parts orders are always quick and accurate.On my more recent order I had a bad cross reference for a pair of bolts (from another site). They quickly reached out to let me know those parts didn't match my VIN, asked what they were used for, and provided the correct part numbers.Definitely my go-to place for Mazda parts.

Ordered a part online after having something knocked off while driving. I'm usually cautious about ordering parts online, but these guys provided a perfect experience. Lowest price I could find, quick shipping, the part was perfect and painted perfectly. Will order from again if I find myself needing something else!

Great prices and great service. Preston was very helpful and accommodating when I forgot to add something to my original order and made sure my two orders got combined so I only paid the shipping charge once. Will definitely use in the future .

This is the second time I've dealt with Independence Mazda and both times have been a pleasure. Their website is easy to navigate and place an order, the parts get shipped out quickly. I will definitely order from them again.

Was able to save several hundreds of dollars by ordering from onlinemazdaparts.com instead of having my local mazda dealer upcharge me almost a hundred dollars more for the same parts. Website had a very handy diagram of the parts to make it simple to know exactly what I did and did not need to order. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but that's mostly my own perception being skewed due to too much amazon shopping. Everything was fairly priced and came carefully packaged and the parts worked perfectly after I installed them myself. Great way to save some money if you're comfortable doing some mazda repairs yourself with a youtube guide

Customer service was outstanding. Preston Mills reviewed my VIN number to make sure I got the right part which saved me from getting the wrong part which I would have. This company clearly understands that a little extra time upfront saves them money in the long run and makes a customer for a lifetime!

Tried ordering parts for '99 Mazda B2500. Unfortunately, many OEM parts no longer in production. Parts specialist Jay R. kept me informed on what parts are still available in a timely manner. Order was finalized and shipped today (04/26). Thank you Jay at Independence Mazda for your efforts!

Jay Roman has been extremely helpful on several orders I placed for a nearly 20 year old Miata. He was able to consistently get parts that other Mazda dealers said were not available. I greatly appreciate his efforts.

I've dealt with several online dealer part websites in the past. I have to say this one surpasses all of them. Their communication, updates, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile is unsurpassed. Most other part websites try to soak you on shipping. This one is very fair. Preston and Randy should be commended by their management. Thank you Independence Mazda for providing a great service..

Terrible! Supposed to ship in 2 days. Did not ship in over 4 days. Even though the Representative replied " I forgot to send it out, I will today" . Poor communication. 10 Days still do not have it!. Only shipped from NC to MD. I have no problem if it took 14 days. Don't promise and underdeliver!

I've placed two orders to date with this company. After I placed my first order, I received an email notification that one of the parts I ordered was on back order and expected to ship on Nov 21. I received no updates until Nov 27 that my order was finally shipped. I placed my second order after speaking to a rep in the parts department who told me that they had the part I wanted in stock. 4 days after my order I received an email that something had changed and ship date was unknown. Very disappointed so far.

If only ALL car parts departments ran as smoothly as Independence Mazda does. I've been buying my parts from these folks for years, and Preston is THE go-to man!! Their online parts ordering website is thorough & works seamlessly. Need parts? Buy 'em at Independence Mazda.

My order was delayed by weeks and I didn't get any notification of the delay until I reached out to them via email. They did get back to me, which is appreciated, but the significant delay and lack of proactive communication were unexpected.

I'll change this review as needed. Please be advised that they ship with FedEx. As an inner city resident who can't have deliveries left at his door due to theft, I have a PO box. I didn't see anywhere on this sit that says they us FedEx. FedEx does not ship to PO boxes. Now this is not the sellers fault, but FedEx should have refused the shipment. And I hope the seller can with hold shipping for future sales if he sees a PO box address.As of this moment I am still waiting for my shipment which has been stuck in the FedEx system for 4 days post scheduled delivery.

Great prices compared to my local dealer. Great service. I ordered the wrong part first and they took it back and credited me even though it was clearly my mistake. I now have that dreaded KEY light extinguished in my car. Happy days!

Gen1 Mazdaspeed3 VVT replacement. Ordered a long list of parts for a timing/VVT/Oil pump job on my 2008 Mazdaspeed3 and the total came out to less than a simple VVT kit for the current standard supplier (Edge). Shipping was reasonable and timely. Response to questions was timely as well. Great prices, good service.
