Had a great experience! I recommend working with Justin Fieulleteau. He was very helpful and honest when working with us. He felt invested in getting us the best possible rate and it made the car buying experience so much better with less pressure! And he hooked me up with a Mercedes t-shirt! :)

I want to thank Justin for being engaging and very helpful in helping us understand the repairs being done on our Sprinter. He also dug down and figured out a recall notice that could be done while we were there. He was kind enough to bring in the technician who worked on the rig to explain the repairs and advise us what to watch for in the future. The Sprinter drives great!

Even though many consider going to the dealership to be a dreadful experience, the courteous and professional staff at Hendrick make for an enjoyable experience. My service advisor, Carly, was very nice and prompt by providing updates throughout the service time. Very appreciative of this level of customer service. The waiting area is very clean and has nice amenities.

We went to this location to seriously look at and buy a G wagon. We were treated like we couldn t afford the vehicle and were told that we couldn t even test drive one of the g wagons on the lot. When i asked why i couldn t test drive a $200k + vehicle prior to commitment to buying the sales associate said, and i quote most people just walk in and pay cash (lol)A week later my friend who works at BMW pulled some strings and got this same g wagon we were looking to test drive over to his store in Northlake. We test drove it and had the keys to a beautiful new car less than 2 weeks after the whole Mercedes incident.Treating your serious customers like tire kickers isn t a professional or successful way to do business. I hope y all do better next time.
