Maria D was absolutely amazing! I recently purchased a new Countryman from her at Hendrick MINI and I couldn't be more happy. From the moment I arrived she greeted me warmly and patiently answered all of my questions. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the different models and features. I did not feel pressured into making any decisions like most dealerships. She let me take my time, do a test drive, think it out and pick exactly what I wanted for me. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone! I can t say enough great things about my experience with Hendrick MINI. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was great, but Maria was definitely the star of the dealership!

I have lived in the Charlotte area since 2019 and there is no other place I would trust my MINIs to than Hendrick MINI! I'm on my 4th MINI, having had a 2010, 2012, 2021 and now a 2023! I'm so excited to be back in the MINI family!I recently bought a 2023 JCW MINI Cooper from there and the whole experience was very easy from start to finish. Special shoutout to Brian Barrack, who was able to transfer a car down from Hendrick BMW that I saw online so that I could test drive it and eventually call it my own! He was really good at keeping me informed during the whole process from bringing the car down from the other dealer to trying to locate a second key for my new vehicle. I have referred many MINI lovers to him personally because he's awesome!The Parts department was top notch in helping me find a replacement tow hook cover for the grill where an empty void was left by the previous owner.The car drives like a dream, and I'm looking forward to future MINI events! Thank you all so much!

We re long time very happy customers of Hendrick MINI. We have purchased four cars there, all of which have been serviced there. We count on their expertise, and trust in their integrity. They keep us ahead of issues, do the work that is needed, and don t load the tab up with nonsense. They know us when we hit the door. Pity we can t take our non-MINI there for service!

Although I just had some routine service and an inspection scheduled for my wife s Mini, the process was smooth and pleasant (including access to a loaner). I was curious about some possible modifications to the car and I asked some vague questions. The parts and service gentlemen were both extremely helpful with helping me sort out my plan including providing pricing info and a follow up voice message about what the service technician felt was possible. Really great experience.

Went to purchase a car and Nick Roberts took us for a spin. My husband and I loved the car. Nick was awesome. He was polite and very patient with me and my husband. Really great to work with. We didn t make our decision so we came back two days later and again we decided to sell our car so we left and once we sold we came back and bought the car. I ve bought many cars before and worked with many sales employees but Nick is by far one of the best.

Great service every time. Casey made sure my Mini received all needed services and at a fair price. The service techs were very careful with my car and made a video to show any concerns with a written estimate. The staff at this dealership provide great customer service and if there is an issue they are quick to provide a fair resolution.

I bought my first MINI in 2008 and have happily had very few issues. When I do need service, the service manager at Hendrick, Eric Snyder, is my go-to guy. He's highly knowledgeable on all things MINI and so communicative. He always has time for anything I need or have questions about. He's part of all there is to love about MINI.

As always, such a great service experience at MINI! When I walk through the door, I feel like a friend rather than a customer. The advisors are so kind and know everything about the MINI brand, and the complementary loaner car is a life saver. Michelle is awesome and has me back on the road in no time!

Bought a pre-owned Nissan from here. Nick Roberts was our sales person. He has a great personality great sense of humor very great to work with. Everyone we met there was pleasant. Even after the sale, I took it back with an issue and they stood behind their product. First time dealing with them and I will be back. Definitely recommend.

Hendrick MINI is always great! Justin Carr and the entire team in service know so much about the brand! Justin is my go-to when I have any questions about my cars! Always friendly and happy to help! This MINI dealership is lucky to have him on their team. You don t find many technicians as good as he is and with all the certifications and years experience with the brand.

I was visiting an old flame down in Charlotte in my R53 Mini Cooper S. While driving I heard a loud pop followed by a total loss of power and boost. I got a tow to Hendrick MINI were my tech, Nick F. was absolutely amazing! He was the definition of professional and a work ethic like you wouldn t believe! Absolutely excellent service!

I was in need of a part, I was transferred to Robert Mason for assistance. His tone was pleasant and he was very thorough in researching the item requested and provided my options, down to warranty information. What made the experience even better is when he called to let me know the part had arrived and he asked me if I ever got the coffee I was in need of when initially speaking with him. We both got a laugh and he truly made the whole experience a great one. It's one thing to do your job, but personalizing an experience will always leave the best impression. I bought my Clubman here many years ago and currently get my Fiance's Countryman serviced here. Eric Snyder is hands down the best service advisor I've ever dealt with. He treats you like a person and not just another customer. There's been a few times we've had some repairs that were a bit more involved than your typical service and they kept us informed during every step of the repair process. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Eric Snyder, the Service Manager @ Hendrick MINI is incredible. His honest approach, deep knowledge of all aspects of MINI as well as his commitment to service is unparalleled. I ve never met a service manager or associate who was such a passionate ambassador of Brand MINI. I can pick up the phone and call him for advice and Eric always makes time for me. And in this day and age, that s a rare trait indeed. Eric Snyder gets in my book.

I want to thank Luis who went out of his way to help me with my car. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. Bought a 24 Mini Cooper S 2 Door Hardtop from Hendrick Mini in Charlotte and the whole experience was extremely present. I have had the car for a month now and can confidently say I am extremely happy with my new Mini! We are an independent shop that purchases parts from Hendrick MINI in Charlotte. Robert is our go to guy! He is always upbeat and helpful. You can even hear him smiling over the phone. Other dealerships make it feel like a burden that we have called to order parts, but not MINI. We are always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness and truly appreciate everyone in the parts department!
