I had a great experience at Hendrick 's Charlotte NC. I was looking for a Honda HRV. Raj was able to order the exact car i wanted. The car came in i asked if i could come in earlier then was scheduled. They accommodated me and Johnny was able to make the delivery happen when i was available. Everyone was so professional i totally recommend this dealership. Raj & Johnny went above & beyond to make this smooth transaction happen!

I bought my first brand-new car at Hendrick s. My salesman, Andrew Nguyen, was extremely helpful and made the process a breeze. Andrew is very personable, and truly seemed to have my best interests in mind. I would buy with him again without hesitation in the future.I had scheduled a test drive for 5:30 PM on a weekday. I did not initially intend on buying that same day, but I ended up falling in love with the 2024 Honda HR-V EX-L the moment that I test drove it.Andrew Nguyen and Brad Thompson worked with me until around 9:30 PM on Valentine s Day to ensure that I could drive home in my new ride. I offered to return the next day so that they could go home for the night, but they knew that I was stuck in a rental car that I hated and they graciously offered to stay late and finalize my purchase.The next day after my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have the car exterior detailed and I noticed that Andrew was literally running around the car lot trying to assist other customers. He is the embodiment of a hard worker.Andrew and Brad truly went the extra mile to provide me with an excellent buying experience and I would gladly return to Hendrick s in the future!

My husband and I had a smooth, friendly experience at Honda! We really enjoyed working with Glen and his manager. They made us feel welcome and helped us get a car we both love within the range we mentioned. Definitely recommend Hedrick Honda!

Got my first car here through Kenny and he did such an amazing job walking me through everything and answering any questions, 2 year later I went back to him to purchase a new vehicle. He has been so helpful through the whole process and super transparent! Dorian is a great help as well! I wouldn t go to any other dealership again. Kenny even found me a pink bow for a car picture because I don t like red! They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed & heard.

Christopher Robinson has sold me 3 cars from Honda on South Blvd and I have sent several of my family and friends to him because of his awesome spirit. He has the best conversations and great customer service. I will always buy my cars from there. The entire staff is so easy going and helpful. It s like family when I walk through those doors.

Dakota and Tanner were absolute superstars and got me into a certified 2021 Honda Civic EX CVT and OH-EM-GEE I love this car so much! I cannot thank both of them for helping me get into the drive of my dreams and doing everything in their power to get me the best deal. Also, Dakota knocks customer service and the entire buying experience out of the park! He even called to check in a couple days after I drove The Admiral off the lot! Thank you both so very much and I look forward to working with you again when the time comes!

Very pleasant car buying experience. No pressure sales and finance team. It s always a breath of fresh air when the sales associate you re working with is also a car enthusiast. When I initially reached out and was interested in a vehicle, they responded very quickly. I dealt with Colby most of the time - she was great. Professional and detailed - She made sure that she checked all the boxes and if I had any questions she was going to answer them or find someone who could help. Thanks Hendrick Honda for making my experience at pleasant one! I can't always say that about the dealerships that I have done business with.

It was a pleasure working with Adair Griffin at Hendrick Honda. From the initial meet to test drive the car to ordering just what I wanted, Adair knew details, answered questions and created the deal. She was very supportive in tutoring me on the new electronic controls as I was used to push buttons. She thought ahead to ask me about special features and readily clicked on those custom links for the automatic functions. She was as excited for me in buying my car as I was. I feel comfortable staying in touch if I need assistance with anything about my new CR-V.

Colby at the dealership was an absolute gem!!! Not only did she possess an in-depth knowledge of the vehicles, but she also handled all of our concerns with grace and ease. Her professionalism and dedication made the car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Shane was alright I guess..cool guy for his age but I HIGHLY recommend Colby to anyone in search of a reliable and attentive car sales person. I gave her every problem possible and she handled it like a champ!!

Just got a the new 2024 Honda CR-V and it s all thanks to such an amazing team. Ricky was our salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. Also thanks to Sean, a sales consultant for sticking it out with us until the end to find the right price for us!! And a thanks to Tanner for explaining and being very informative to us in great detail before signing away. I definitely recommended coming to Hendrick Honda on South Blvd, they take care of you like family.

I worked with Sam to trade in my vehicle and purchase another. I was leaning towards used but told him I was open to new also. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and didn t pressure me to to look at new first. We found a used van I loved and he was great at answering all my questions throughout the trade in and buying process. I greatly appreciated him being so personable and patient. The entire team was great and my husband and I will be back for sure! Thanks Sam for making the process smooth and positive!

We came to Hendrick Honda to trade in our car and get a car that we really wanted, a Honda Pilot. The team here are absolutely amazing, they took the time to explain the process, and the best part was they were honest and straightforward the whole time. Special shout-out to Tanner, Dorian, and Stacey our salesman. We never once felt rushed, pushed or anything like that. We knew coming in we had some work to do on our credit, but the team here made sure we never felt anyway but like a priority customer. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back to buy our next car. They even had a great place for the kids to play and get snacks. Thanks for helping us get our dream car.

I needed to get a replacement vehicle for my daughter because she unfortunately had a wreck and since her previous car was a Honda Civic Sport, I decided to get the same model car. I purchased her last car from another Honda dealership in Charlotte but their selection was slim this time. I browsed the vast selection at Hendrick Honda and found the vehicle that was best suited for my daughter.I reached out to Hendrick and got a quick response from Colby, a sales associate. She was very helpful, professional and courteous from beginning to end. She took the time to send me a list of available vehicles and she also let me know upfront that due to a recall, the first Honda Civic I was interested in was not salable. This definitely save me the frustration and time from going to the dealership and the vehicle that I wanted wasn t available.I went to the dealership the same day and even though Colby was busy with a different customer, she had Carter work with me. Carter was very professional, courteous and helpful also. I told Carter what vehicle I was interested in and we quickly did the test drive.After the test drive, the negotiations went smoothly and Carter didn t waste my time with games, high pressure sales tactics; it was straight business. I really appreciate the entire team that helped me, from the sales associates, sales manager and finance manager.My daughter is definitely happy with her car and we re happy that everything with our visit and sales experience went perfect. I highly recommend Hendrick Honda and if I m in the market again then I ll be sure to make this my first stop.

WOW! After only owning/leasing a Honda CRV for over 27 years, this by far is the BEST DEALERSHIP I have ever been to! I met with Raj and did not expect to leave with a new car. Not only did I receive first class customer service, but I LOVE my NEW HONDA CRV! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly faces. Raj is a true gentleman. What I liked was that I did not feel pressured, and they truly work with you. My deal that Sean worked out was insane and by the time I left I knew I would be purchasing another vehicle from Hendrick Honda and telling all my families and friends about this place! Sean was one of the nicest people to work with and so friendly. He made me feel like family. I headed over to Tanner in Financing and what a great experience there also. A shout out to Johnny, my fellow New Yorker. This Honda dealership is a FIRST CLASS OPERATION and I highly recommend you go there. You will not be disappointed.

Hey I got a car from this location and the service was amazing, everything you could want from a car buying experience. I got the car at a great rate, and it was everything I expected. Carter was my salesman and besides great conversation and professionalism he delivered on the car I wanted and he was very helpful. A relationship with the dealership has definitely been established and will be for the long term. Kenny is the man!!! 2 days after buying found a hole in the roof on both where a trim panel should be easy fix. Also has a chip in the windshield and missing windshield trim. I have photos of this in their parking lot. I just missed it being excited about my new/used vehicle. Hendrick Honda told me to kick rocks.

It was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. They really treated me like family. I truly believe I would have not done any better if I was one of the employees mothers. My sales representative was named DJ and he was new to the company but you would never have known he was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted. There was never any pressure, he actually still calls and checks in with my Husband and I. I am very grateful to him for all of the work and effort he put into helping me.

From the moment John Pratt introduced himself to me, I knew we were going to have a great experience. John was extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable! He made us feel very comfortable during the purchasing process and I love how he tied in the different types of extended warranties to the conversation while we were driving the vehicle and discussing the pricing on the car., which was very helpful. I was able to get my dream car because John made the process so easy and pleasant. He also gave us a grand tour of the amazing sales floor on the new car side. So many amenities! John said he s new to the area but he s already killing it in the auto retail game on South Blvd. Very well done John! I cannot thank you enough.

Nice experience. Arrived for my appointment a bit early and they took me right away. They finished in a reasonable amount of time and everything was completed per my request. Overall, the waiting are at the dealership was comfortable and free coffee !!

Hendrick Honda couldn't get any better. Dakota and Brad were personable and honest. They acted less like salesmen and more like knowledgeable friends who were helping me find the right vehicle and deal for me. At every point in the process, there was no pressure and I was getting honest answers about every aspect of the cars and financing. I ended up deciding on a 2024 CR-V Sport Hybrid. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at the dealership and living with the CR-V.
