My experience with my vehicle being repaired here was great. I had no issues at all. The staff were professional & polite. My service rep John was super easy to work with & he kept me updated on the repair progress. I d highly recommend this shop. My insurance company, AAA sent me to them since I didn t know of a repair shop on my own. Praying I never need my vehicle repaired again, but if I ever do, I ll definitely return to them. Thanks Hendricks .

My parked car got hit and Hendrick's replaced 2 bumper partsPainted to match,m. Recalibrate sensors in the front, and I'm as good as new. Their communication was excellent every step of the way even during a slight delay to receive parts. I would recommend them highly.

Jason livingaton, who was my advisor, explained everything before bringing my car here. When I arrived, Jason went over everything and explained the process. And they finished my car a week earlier than expected. Picked the car up on the 26th of February. And the car looked better, then it did brand new off the lot. About eight years ago I started taking my mini Cooper to Hendricks mini. I had a great experience there and and that s why when I wanted a Honda I went to Hendricks Honda. Can I tell you how much I dreaded going to the car dealership to buy a car! As a woman you always feel you re going to be taken advantage of, but I had a fabulous experience Christopher Robinson was my sales person who I highly recommend and I just had to have some bodywork done once again, so professional and communicated with me to let me know what was going on with the car. I will tell you that after talking to several employees I said you must get treated really well here and they all get a big smile on their face and say Mr. Hendricks. You do not find people who own companies like this who treat their employees with the respect that Mr. Hendricks does! If you want any kind of car go to Hendricks you will have a fabulous experience.

Hendrick Collision South is the absolute best in town if you need collision work: their techs are top-notch. I've been here more than once over the last 15 years and I've never been less than totally satisfied from the start, and John M. was particularly great this time. Forget the other places and just go to Hendrick.

Communication, customer service and quality of work were all A++! Jason was my advisor he always communicated updates with me. My vehicle was completed before the ETA and the service was excellent. I hope to never have to have collision work again, lol, but if so I'm going back to Hendrick Honda Collision.

This collision center did an amazing job on my Honda Accord. Brett communicated and made my vehicle a priority. I highly recommend him and his team and would certainly take my vehicle back to them in the future if needed. I m thankful!

Jason Livingston did a great job in order to have my vehicle ready ahead of schedule, the driver's side had to be painted, and it looks jus like the original paint, if you need any body work see the professionals at Hendrick Honda Charlotte, and the collision center for great service.

I used Hendrick to repair my Tesla after a collision. I worked with Todd and he was wonderful! He kept me updated on my cars progress the entire time. Hendrick Collision Center did a great job on replacing and painting my front bumper! Customer Service was superb Ben Reeves was my contact agent at Hendrick. He was over the top nice, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond. I will definitely use Hendrick Collision for any repair in the future.

I recently had my Tesla repaired at Hendrick Collision Center and I must say, they did an exceptional job. Jason who was my initial point of contact was fantastic with communication regarding any updates right up until the completion of my vehicle. The repair work was impeccable, restoring my tesla to its prime condition. The service provided was top-notch, and I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, expertise and outstanding customer service. Kudos to Jason and his team for their excellent work!

Took my 2019 Jeep wrangler in for corrosion on the doors. I had a few concerns afterwards. I spoke with Todd Beaver and he had me bring my Jeep in. After a few adjustments he called in another set of eyes to figure out what was going on. They kept my Jeep for several days giving me a loaner till they figured it out. They were able to find the issue and fix it. Todd made sure I had no more concerns and the issue was fixed. I m very thankful that Todd listened to me and made sure the issue was fixed before he gave me my Jeep back. Thank you for listening to me I really appreciate it.

My driver side mirror was knocked off my car. I came to Hendrick for the repairs. Since COViD the wait on repair times have been long. Thankfully, I got a call from Gene and he was able able to get me on the schedule 1.5 weeks later.I was able to get my rental scheduled and was picked up from Hendricks to enterprise. For the first week I didn t here any updates regarding my car. I had to call in and Ben was very helpful throughout the process. He even arranged for Mercedes to handle my regular maintenance during the time my car was fixed. This was a huge help because it saved me the time and hassle of having to get my maintenance done on my own.Upon picking up my vehicle, Ben came out and updated me on everything. I was able to leave my rental car at Hendrick and they arranged for enterprise to come and pick it up.Overall my experience was great and they helped make an unfortunate situation seamless. I ll happily utilize the services here in the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer and my car was towed to you all nearly 3 hours away, per my insurance. But you all definitely made the best of it. I ve never seen an autobody shop give updates as you did. And, my car was ready earlier than expected. I hope I don t hit a deer again, but if I were to, I would consider driving this far just to take it back to you.Thank you and especially tech, Jason

I am blown away with the exceptional experience I had with the Hendrick Collision Center on South Blvd in Charlotte, NC. I was rear-ended and significant damage was done to my vehicle, and they did everything in their power to make the process seamless for me.When I first was coordinating with my insurance company to facilitate the repair service, I was told that due to high demand of service, they could not take in my car for about a month s time. Realizing the predicament I was in, their team went to work in resolving this challenge and found a way to work me into the schedule to drop off my car the following day. They even coordinated with the car rental company for me to be picked up and taken to the car lot to pick up a rental car. This greatly simplified the process for me and alleviated significant stress.Jason, the service manager was extremely communicative from the outset, and was very honest and realistic with the expected lead time for parts arrival and that of expected service completion. The Hendrick team worked closely with my insurance company to handle the other specifics and took a lot off of my plate which I appreciate greatly.Upon completion of the repairs, which was over a week in advance of the expected date, Jason and team once again made the process seamless and the experience a pleasant one. Jason took me out to my car to assess the quality of the work, which was impeccable, and all I needed to do is sign a document and drop off the key to my rental car. They took care of everything else.I recommend the team at Hendrick Collision Center South genuinely and whole-heartedly for your vehicle repair needs, and any other of the wide array of services they provide. I would give them more than five stars if I were able, they were that great to work with.

I used Hendrick Collision South years ago when I had a fender bender and, because they d such a good job then, it was a no-brainer to go back to them again recently when someone backed into me in a parking lot. Ended up having to replace the passenger side door on my Civic Si, and it came back to me looking like new, inside and out. The paint was perfectly matched, and the pin striping was flawless. Couldn t be happier with the result. Friendly, competent, professional staff and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

I ve had a lot of different experiences with body shops through work and for my own personal vehicles and Hendricks is by far the most professional I ve dealt with. John Malave went above and beyond, responding to emails super quickly and keeping me in the loop. Not to mention they did top notch work on my Tesla model Y in such a quick time frame. Every interaction was superb. I highly recommend them.

John and the service/collision team made everything super easy and I'd recommend anyone to them. This was my first car accident ever. The worst experience, my car had more issues after the accident than I had ever seen. Sensors were off, issues with the battery stopping and starting.Once I got over to John malave and the crew, they helped me get checked in, made sure I was okay and lined up with a rental and they more than fixed car, they gave me piece of mind. I was able to go to treatment for the accident and have transportation still while knowing they were fixing everything from my accident. Love the staff here and will certainly be going back to see John malave and the boys. Love Hendrick Honda, thanks for making my terrible experience a breeze to overcome. Blessed and highly favored.

Great experience with Hendrick Honda Collision South staff and estimator Brett Armentrout. Brett kept me informed on the status of my car repair, answered my questions and was very professional. Getting Tesla vehicle repaired (getting OEM part for body work ) is challenging task. Hendrick collision center at south Blvd location is Tesla certified repair shop. We had great experience working with Jason Livingston at this location. He made whole process smooth and made sure vehicle get repaired at earliest possible. Highly recommend Jason and team at Hendrick collision.

Excellent repair shop- highly recommend!!! If you want a place who will not just take care of your car but you too- you need to experience Hendrick Collision Center South for your next repair. Delight to work with since it s not a delightful situation. The wait was not bad at all, and they have a nice waiting room. They also allow you to get you online estimate prior to scheduling with there new website updates which I found very useful!! Highly recommend- thank you for the pleasant experience
