BMW Northlake has been my go-to since the day it first opened. I bought my first 650i there in 2012. They have assisted me in all my services, and I have never had any issues with either loaner cars or the service itself.I've been using BMW Northlake for the annual maintenance of my M850i since 2019 too, and Jeff Day is the man when it comes to service advisors! He helps me with every detail, service prices, the necessary maintenance for the car, any discounts available, etc.I would like to express my satisfaction with working with him. Thank you, Jeff!

There is a reason why this dealership has been rated number one in the country. The sales process has been amazing. Buying a new car can be stressful; however, at Hendricks BMW Northlake it has been seamless. Hans Shayeghi, layed everything out for my husband and I and let us decide.We purchased the BMW i4 4-door sedan and because of the amenities we wanted it had to be ordered. He made sure we knew how long it would take and provided us how we could track the production to dealer process. Our whole experience has been nothing less than amazing! We had the best experience at BMW Northlake. Grey was nice enough to get us in for an appointment the same day that we called to test drive. After test driving two different cars, Carl and Grey talked us through all of our options and was incredibly patient with us while we were indecisive. Not a single time did we feel pressured to make a decision. Carl was down to earth, understanding, and very easy to work with. He was also super knowledgeable about BMW and the car industry in general.Dane the new car manager actually ended up calling us later that week and was completely hands on in terms of finding us the EXACT car that we wanted So we didn t have to order one and wait for it, which wasn t easy because there s not a lot of inventory at the moment. Typically a sales manager will push you off to a salesperson as soon as they get a deal working, but he dealt with me personally the entire time and I never felt like an annoyance calling to check on things. He actually made it a point to come meet us while we were there purchasing the car which was really nice.This team of people worked so well together and were amazing to work with. This will be the only dealership we work with from now on!

Grace is absolutely exceptional! I inquired about a vehicle and she was prompt, courteous, and got me all of the information I needed without any hassle! Even though I went a different route, Grace really deserved a shoutout for her customer service. Hans Shayeghi at BMW Northlake was excellent throughout my buying experience. From the initial purchase, updates on the production process from Germany, the financing application and up through the time of delivery.During each step of the process he kept me informed via emails and phone calls on the status of my vehicle. Everything was conducted in a very professional manner.I would definitely recommend Hans and his dealership if you are ever interested in purchasing a BMW.

I called into the dealership and asked a couple questions about maintenance packages for new vehicles. The sales guy mentioned they offer a 36,000 mile, 3 yr maintenance package on new cars. I asked him if I paid cash for the car purchase are there negotiation options, He responded, "We treat all of our customers the same whether they are paying without financing, or they need financing." I did not ask the sales rep would he treat me better because I did not need financing...what a weird response. If I do buy a BMW, i will not be buying at this dealership. This is the second time I have interacted with the Sales reps at the Northlake location and this was the confirmation not to buy there. Their service compared to other dealerships is just not great, your car purchase experience should be a pleasant exciting one. I have also been to this location and did a test drive.

Nathan has always taken extremely good care of me every time I ve needed service. He goes out of his way to ensure everything is correct and has gone above and beyond more than once to ensure fair pricing for services. He also is very personable and takes time to develop a relationship with his customers, which is huge. You feel like you have a personal service advisor vs. getting shuffled around a large team who has no idea who you are.

Working with Carl Busby made my decision to purchase a BMW vehicle over other makes a easy decision. He was well versed in the BMW driving experience and the advantages of the model I was looking at over others. He also was able to get a car to test drive from a competitor so I could compare that car with the one i was considering. My car purchasing experience was seamless and I left the dealership with keys in my hands.

For some people, car shopping can trigger anxiety. But not at BMW Northlake. What an experience! Everyone was extremely personable and I swear, it didn t even feel like I was purchasing a car. Everything was streamlined and done with a smile. Even other customers were laughing and having a great time. My service adviser Blaire is so Awesome and knowledgeable. I hate having to get maintenance done on my car but it is always a pleasure to see and talk to Blaire, she is very professional and personable. The service team completed several repairs on my vehicle and showed me a breakdown of each item needing repair on video. I did not feel pressured to get anything fixed and was advised on what could wait a little longer to help on repair cost. I love BMW N. LAKE, from the time I pull into the bay until the time I leave I am given excellent customer service with a smile. I appreciate you all!

Taking a moment to write a 5 star review for Hendrick BMW as I found myself needing a new car due to an auto accident. I admittedly hate the car purchasing process but Carl Busby made it as smooth as possible and helped guide me to the perfect car. He was attentive to my time constraints and price point and thoroughly explained the lease vs purchase process to help me make the best decision for my family. Shane was great to work with! We have been car shopping for the last 4 months, I have never felt rushed or pressured. Once we finally decided on a car, he helped find one that had all of the details I wanted.
