Chris Quaglio was the best advisor I ve ever worked with during a car purchase. He was patient, communicative throughout the process, transparent and knowledgeable about the vehicles; helping me decide between SUV, electric and sports sedan. He demonstrated a ton of patience as I walked the lot and test drove both new and used. He has a lot of knowledge of electric options. Chris is a real pro - and honest! So, ask for Chris if you re looking to buy. As for me, the new owner of a M340i CPO and it was delivered flawlessly. Chris restored our faith in Hendrick after a terrible experience over at Northlake when we bought new a few years back. Thanks Chris!

My service advisor, Don Gunn was amazing! He was friendly, kept me updated on the process of my repairs and even went above and beyond to get my license plate # for me while it was in the shop! Thank you, Don!

I only have to visit once a year, but it's always a pleasant experience. The entire team, and especially my service advisor Donn, are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Bonus points for the complimentary loaner car and nice waiting area. Keep up the good work.

I always service my car with them and like to look around to see the inventory all the team members were wonderful kept coming and ask me if I am good that did make me Rethink of trade my car it was amazing experience from service and sales team best location highly recommended

Parts department was fairly decent. Could have been a little easier on the replacement key process but other than that I would say they did a good job.
