What an amazing experience. They treated me so well and were all so friendly. Tim Habbal was the man and Andres was super helpful. There were so many areas and avenues they saved me money and most they didn t even benefit from or didn t have to. Melissa in financing was kind, straight forward and had awesome energy. I would love to do business here in the future and plan on it. Extremely fair with my car trade in price. They gave me Chick-fil-A too lol. Whole experience made my year. I m so lucky and grateful.Thank you so much!

A nice seamless experience no hassle they already knew what I wanted i didn't have to do a whole bunch of talking and going back-and-forth. Christopher is a professional glad to have met him good team member knew his stuff and was able to help me. It didn't seem as if he was rushing me I hate to be rushed.

Went in knowing I wanted something sporty but wasn't sure what. Got linked up with Zac and he helped me narrow it down to some great options. Boy this guy has almost an encyclopedic knowledge. Ultimately I decided on a 2 seat convertible with a nice aggressive look. I can't wait to go cruising in my new Z4. This thing is a blast. Will definitely be back.

I drove an hour and a half to purchase a Lexus is 200t. I Can say this was the absolute best car buying experience I ve had Zack wells was my sales man, he helped me so much and made sure I took the car I wanted home absolutely no complaints. He want above and beyond was very quick and responsive when I had first emailed him about the car providing me with pictures and answering any questions I had, he laid out all the options I had and just made everything easy and stress free, thank you Zach. Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned found me the exact car I was looking for. Christopher Thomas was our salesman, snd he was so nice and helpful. He didn t try to rush us or pressure us, just a super nice guy. There was a scratch on the hatch, and he didn t like the touch up job they did, so he scheduled it to be repainted in that spot. Melissa Felder was the finance manager, and she was really nice and explained everything very clearly so we knew what we were signing. I LOVE my car and I m glad I went with them!!

I was nervous looking for a car after being taken advantage of at other dealerships in the past. That all went away when speaking to Mike Bell. He was attentive, reassuring and patient. He helped me get my first BMW and it was by far my best car buying experience in the last 16 years. Despite my credit situation I got an approval in minutes for a car I thought was outside of my range! I completed most of my process ahead of time and was able to essentially sign and drive away in my dream car. The service was hassle free, he explained everything to me and at no point did I feel like I was being sold . It was clear he had my best interest at hand and wanted to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. He is such good people, and his colleagues were too. Thank you Mike Bell! I recommend anyone to contact Mike if they re looking for a BMW and I know who I am calling when I m ready for my next one!

Josh Thompson was the definition of professional but also personable. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I was very unfamiliar and therefore nervous about the process. Josh was transparent and allowed me to move at my own pace with no pressure! I was coming from out of state to buy my dream car and Josh went the extra mile by picking me up from the air port. This dealer as a whole provided exceptional service from start to finish! I had a concern about the bill due for tags and they took the time to make sure no mistakes were made and confirmed I had already paid for the service. Even though I live in Maryland I would not hesitate to buy my next car from here!

Top notch car dealership and service department! First time customer here and I am very happy. I waited a couple of weeks to leave a review because I wanted to try every aspect of the dealership. So, here it is:Luis Rodriguez is awesome- he went above and beyond to satisfy what we were looking for in a car. He literally found the car that checked every box.Melissa is fantastic! She made sure the closing went super smooth. She is exactly the right person for the job.The service department is awesome, they sent me a video of the service performed. I m impressed with the technology and keeping me in the loop. Tim Fowler is excellent!This is how a dealership should be ran!

Went here looking for a car for my daughter. Was not disappointed with the service. Zack treated us the same as anyone else and totally not what I was expecting dealing with a salesman at a BMW dealership. Acted like it was all the same to him which I appreciated. Will be back the next time we need a car. Didn't realize they deal with any brand as long its pre-owned and in one of their dealerships.

I took my BMW X3 to get serviced and my service advisor Mr. Don Gunn was extremely helpful! He was able to tell me exactly what I needed for my vehicle. I m so happy I took my car to the right place. I really felt at home. I highly recommend this dealership if you re looking for a great place to get your BMW serviced.

Went in there to look at a Silverado they had. Thought I was gonna buy from the Chevy dealer down the street but they wanted to add a bunch of ridiculous fees. They are pretty cut and dry here at Hendrick BMW, no dealer installed add-ons to worry about. Wound up working with Zack who was more than willing to let me look over the truck to my hearts content. In the end I wound up going with them and am so far glad I did.

Great experience! From the time we walked on the lot to closing on our purchase.Mike Bell was our sales representative and we have only one word. Fantastic He was knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions. Prior to arriving to see the vehicle he took the time to send a mini video after it was washed and the interior. We were sold based on the video and his attention to detail.Melissa F. was a gem. She was a consummate professional as well. Her ability to explain the financing aspect without leaving you feeling overwhelmed was greatly appreciated. She made us feel like family.The care and treatment when coming to this dealership is A+++. We experienced EXCELLENT service from the service manager, the receptionist and the gentleman who detailed our rental vehicle prior to delivery. I m no longer walking, calling Uber, & asking for a ride to handle things.. On a scale from 1/100 he s definitely the person to go to or refer because he needs a 105!

I had a great experience buying my 2023 330e. Chris Thomas was super helpful through the entire process. He sent me a really detailed video of the car, as I was buying it remotely. He got all of my paperwork in place and ready for my pickup ahead of time, so taking ownership of the car was super quick and easy. Sean in financing was great to work with as well. Highly recommend Mike Bell at the Hendrick CPO dealership on South Blvd. I initially worked with Mike a few months ago when my car search began. I immediately liked Mike because he valued my contact preferences - I preferred to be emailed versus calling. He did politely ask via email if he could call and we later met. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I reached out to Hendrick on the availability of a car and I specifically requested for Mike to call me. With Mike's positive attitude and thorough explanations of the car I liked, I felt comfortable buying it. Thanks again, Mike!!

The team at Hendrick was fantastic to work with. Sometimes, the car buying experience can be a little taxing, but our salesman (Christopher) was a joy to work with. We arrived at a fair deal, and the transaction went smoothly and swiftly. Since the car we purchased was very gently used, the detail team had to give it an inside and out detailing. We found some areas that they neglected to address when we got home, but Christopher and the management team handled that like true professionals, and we brought it back for a full follow up detailing. We would highly recommend the team at Hendrick.

Last weekend we bought our second car from this location. Our consultant was Abrah - highly qualified, so respectful to the costumer. Never ever pushing anything, providing the best service, best conditions and best options every time for us. And the last but not least, he is a very pleasant and kind person and it's a pleasure to deal with him.As for the cars and service it's always top quality. We came back for our second purchase and will definitely come back for our next one. Our experience both times was the best and making us to want to return.
