I can t begin to explain how stressed out and discouraged that I had become after 3 MONTHS and at least 20 dealerships that I d visited..but then came Jim Holshouser! He wasn t pushy, he did not try to hassle me nor beat around the bush. He was genuinely passionate and provide led me with the utmost professionalism and hospitality. Thank you Jim!! Y all deserve 10 STARS!! Btw, I Love my new ride and I received the owners Manuel in the mail! Thank you so very much again for the phenomenal service that you provided from START TO FINISH!

Eddie Roseman is a great sales consultant. I walked in told him what I wanted and the monthly payment I can afford and I drove off the lot with a 2023 Acura RDX A-Spec ADV package. Eddie is very personable and funny. He tells it like it is. Thats why I recommend buying a acura from Eddie.

As soon as I walked in the door I received the most amazing customer service. This was my first Acura purchase and it was by far my best car buying experience. (And I've purchased many cars) I worked with Mr. Danny Williams and he was surely a God send. Mr. Williams bent over backwards to make my car buying experience an easy and affordable one. He even stayed late to make sure all was well with my purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured while working with him. He was so patient with me while I was being indecisive. If you are in need of a vehicle go see Mr. Danny Williams you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Hendricks Acura and I recommend without hesitation working with Mr. Danny Williams!!

One of the best dealers I interacted with so far.They was honest, did a lot of things to find a proper financing solution and I want to say a dedicated "thank you" to the salesperson Emmitt, who made the process as smooth and comfortable as possible, spent a significant time, made several test-drives and finally found for us a right car we want and which we bought and helped us with a car delivery.Good job, hope to see you in future when I will come for the next car!

Car shopping isn t always the most pleasant experience but I want to say that my experience at Hendrick Acura was great! Jim was the salesman that helped me and my wife and he was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was also very patient with me and my wife as asked him to look at several vehicles. I definitely recommend giving them a visit.

I was highly impressed with Steve Davis and 100% recommend him at Hendrick Acura in Charlotte. My Honda lease was going to be up and I didn't really know what direction I was going to go in. I looked at Acura online and thought the car looked decent but I would keep looking at other options. The next day, Steve sent me a personalized video showing all the details of the car I had asked about. The video 100% sold me (without even seeing the car in-person). Steve worked with me over the next few weeks over the phone to try to work out a deal. Finally I decided I would sell my car to Honda and put the cash from the sale down on the Acura. Steve sent me the application via e-mail to complete (which was very convenient as opposed to waiting at the dealership for my application to get approved). I went to Honda to sell my car and apparently was misinformed by Honda because they refused to cut me a check for my car until they received the title (which could take a week or a month to come in). I called Steve and explained the situation and he told me to come on in and he would try to work something out. Steve got Acura to match my offer from Honda and got me the same monthly payment as if I had put cash down. He really went above and beyond to get me in a car I absolutely love at a price I am comfortable with. Steve, thank you so much! I will 100% be back to see you when my new lease is up!

Great experience with the Type S purchase. While everyone else is marking these cars up $10-$15k, I got mine for sticker. Thanks to Eddie Roseman for getting me in line and delivering as promised and in the timeframe given! If you want an Acura, come to Charlotte and see Eddie!

The Acura service team in particularly Logan did a great job diagnosing our issue and keeping us well informed about the procedure as well as a total cost ball. They suggested a number of things that we could do for preventative maintenance and had a discussion about when to schedule service. Overall, a very nice experience.

JB was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came to the dealership to look at one car in particular but after test driving it I was feeling unsure so he showed me some other options which were a better fit for me. He was not pushy or trying to up sell me at all which I appreciated as I ve had bad experiences elsewhere. Also, Jarrod was very helpful and friendly and helped me with the finance aspect of everything. Great experience.

Jim was super helpful from the start, and was very patient as I asked several questions during decision-making time. I didn t feel pressured to make a quick decision, but rather he let me take my time to consider what was best for me and my budget. This is our second car from Hendrick Acura. We love their sales department. Jay helped us this time and he was great. Very patient and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to us both about the car and financial options and most importantly to me, I didn t feel he was pressuring us in any way. I highly recommend the whole team at Hendrick Acura and I will definitely return there for my next vehicle!

This place was pleasant. The salesperson was upfront and generally honest and not a hassle to deal with. He was well informed and gave me the requested information.I just can't wrap my head around buying a new Integra for 38k with a 4.99% rate. That's a me issue. With the reality of knowing, i bought a brand new Honda Accord for 24k 3 years ago with a 1.99% rate.

Hendrick Acura CLT did not disappoint. Huge thank you to my salesman Jeffrey Austin. Jeffrey approached me as soon as I enter the dealership, he was attentive, Jeffrey followed up daily for 2 weeks. Great experience at Hendrick Acura! I inquired about a car on line and Steven Davis replied promptly with a great video of the car and all the specs. I made an appointment to meet with Steven the next day. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. The purchase was seamless and Steven even delivered the car to my house. I highly recommend!

I purchased a MDX from this dealership. First, let me just say that everyone I encountered exhibited exceptional customer service. There was never any pressure to purchase. The first time I visited they didn't have the vehicle I wanted, but Jeff W kept in touch and sent pics and videos of new inventory. Jim H closed out my sale; again, excellent customer service. He thoroughly went over all the features of my new vehicle. Both gentleman followed up after purchase as well. As long as I'm in Charlotte, I'll be purchasing from the Hendricks dealerships. Great job guys!

Mark Mahshie and everyone at Hendrick Acura was excellent to work with! The process was very easy. Mark worked with me to get me in an RDX at a price I was comfortable with, without the time consuming back and forth you have to deal with at other dealerships. Mark was very informative and responsive without being pushy. I would highly recommend Mark and the entire Hendrick Acura team!

Jim Holshouser is a great sales consultant. He greeted us right after we walked in the dealer. After knowing what we liked, he let us test drive the same model of the car that we liked, and explained the features of the vehicle patiently. He was courtesy, and not pushing for a commitment, which made us feel very comfortable while dealing with him. After two visits, we decided to put off our purchase and wait for the 2025 version of the vehicle. Jim promised to keep us posted on the progress of the new version. We will definitely purchase from Jim if we decide to get an Acura in the end.

I recently had an appointment for an oil change and to check a tire. I was not able to stay for the oil change but had them look at my tire. Tire good so I reschedule the oil change. I left and 5 minutes out I hit a pot hole. I called Travis Morton the service manager and he sent one of their guys to put on a spare. I drove back to the dealership and they put on a new tire. I worked with Kevin Trudeau who was great. All I can say is great service by both Travis and Kevin. THANK YOU!

We have previously leased 2 Acura MDXs from Hendrick Acura. We loved them. Excellent customer service. They go the extra mile - when we returned our lease we forgot our garage opener in the car. Jim drove to our house the same day to return it. Amazing experience!

I metJim at Hendrick Acura while accompanying my daughter as she car shopped. He was extremely helpful and it impressed me that he was attentive but also in made sure we had our space and privacy when needed. He went the extra mile to make sure questions were answered and concerns addressed. She bought a car and after all the formalities and paperwork we found Jim practically detailing an already clean vehicle and installing brand new floor mats pretty much on his own accord. It was a very satisfactory experience and I would highly recommend Jim.
