I never write reviews, but this place was so welcoming and made sure I got the best deal they could offer. Blake was kind w/good Ole southern hospitality. Armani was the tech that installed my tires and he did a great job. This place was clean and they even offered you snacks. I would definitely recommend Grease Monkey if you are looking for tires, oil changes and any other maintenance job you may need.

I just so happen to come by here because I was getting gas from the gas station, which is conveniently in the same shopping center as this facility. I was immediately greeted by several gentlemen ready to assist me. The service was quick easy and at a fair price Joey, Blake and Ed were very professional and friendly. Their site manager did a great job at oversee everything..Thank you guys I will definitely be back on my oil change!

The Grease Monkey crew did an excellent job in a timely and cost-effective manner! I went in for an oil change, but they also washed my windows and windshield, put air in my tires, checked my lights, wipers, battery, breaks, and many other things. I can see them.work work on my car while sitting in the waiting room!!!! They also advised (for free) on recommended service and diagnosis!On top of that, I utilized a coupon to get a discount! Isn't it great? I will absolutely return!

Stopped to get a oil change and fuel filter changed, I got about two miles down the road and truck cut off, honest mistake from one of the service guys(hose wasn t tight) the manager (Darren) came to me one side of busy highway and corrected the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable! Ten stars for grease monkey on Statesville Road! Thanks Darren for your professionalism

Had my alternator die on my drive to work, I called these guys up for help and they had my car back up and running same day! They are very helpful, professional and do great work. Good people that really show how much they care about their customers. 10/10 would recommend in a heartbeat

I came in after 4, in desperate need of a brakes, rotors etc..Joey and the crew got my car in, fixed my brakes, inspection, replacing wipers within 2 hours!! They also cleaned my headlights with their cleaning process and my lights looks brand new. I will be back...Ask for Joey..He'll definitely take care of you!!

Staff is always friendly and eager to help. They do a quality job with minimal wait time. They are knowledgeable and always give the best options for your vehicle. They do not pressure for higher costing products unless you truly need them! Love this place and always recommending to friends and family! They also support other local businesses like Chuck s Grill!

Love this place. Everyone is so nice and don't have you waiting forever. It's clean and customer service is top of the line. They work with you and aren't trying to empty your pockets. I will be back, Betty has found her new car shop home.

My initial experience was not a positive one. I got a unexpected follow-up call from the general manager who offered a solution to address my concern. I was very pleased with the degree of customer service and customer satisfaction he provided. Would highly recommend this business.

Went there to have my power steering belt fixed. They quoted me $208 for an hour of work and the belt and then another $140 for a power steering fluid flush because they were going to need to take the power steering motor out. I left, bought a $24 belt and had it fixed in 15 mins. They don't know what they are doing besides oil changes and tires. I would avoid then for anything besides those things.

They are amazing but kinda pricey. The materials and oils/cleansers are top notch though. Charles and Jesse I give them 10/10. Awesome and very helpful. They aren t pushy and only did what really needed to be done!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've used the same Grease Monkey location for a couple years. Although the staff changes regularly- the service has been constant and satisfactory!I drive a 2004 Chevy Tahoe with over 178,000 miles on it so I get the high-mileage oil. I've had three oil changes there so I qualified for a free one on my last visit! That made my day!!!Service: Oil change

Absolutely stupendous! Stopped in after work to get an inspection hoping it wouldn t take hours. Took only 20 minutes! So fast that I didn t even get to ask the attendant his name. He had long locs and was amazingly helpful. Will definitely come back next year!

I went to the Ford dealership Saturday morning. I had bought an alternator from O'Reilly's Auto store to replace my prior part. The dealership said they couldn't install the alternator at that time. They only had one mechanic available and he was already working on a big job. I was frustrated. I needed the new alternator installed today. I left the dealership upset. I drove to Grease Monkey on faith and a hunch hoping they would install the alternator. They could do the job! I met the store manager, Jordan. She was a Godsend. They were able to install the alternator that day. I waited an hour and some change for the job to be completed. Jordan was my savior. I appreciate her and the staff at Grease Monkey. I highly recommend Grease Monkey for maintenance of my car.

How does this store have 4.7 stars?? The dude that came out when I first pulled up was adjusting his gold teeth on the bottom. He was nice and knowledgeable about oil changes. While waiting outside on the bench I could smell weed so I went inside. Waited a total of 55 minutes because they were still waiting for the cabin air filter even after the gold tooth guy cashed me out 20 minutes beforehand and said I was all done. No one said they didn t have it in stock when they sold it to me for a 400% markup. I finally asked for a refund on the filter so I could go. Had to get my car out of the bay myself - no one to be found outside. Glove box contents still on the floor. I should have left after watching the dude adjust his bottom teeth.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Anthony and Charles were so helpful!!!!! Anthony was very knowledgeable and diligent with his work. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I appreciate Charles for his customer service and keeping the customers in the waiting area happy! Overall, good experience.

HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR stranded at quik trip, these people had my car from 12/11-12/13. Got it back on the 13th drive home and to work. On the 14th I doordash part time after work. The car started running hot coolant spilled everywhere and my heat stop working just as it was when I brought it in. Charged me over $400 to replacement my thermostat. ($300 FOR LABOR THAT INITIALLY TOOK NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS).They charged me for a diagnosis over $100 and said coolant was leaking from the thermostat housing. They then realized the hose itself was a issue so they took the thermostat off (WHICH WAS THE PART I PAID FOR) and sent it back. They put JB weld cut material from another one of MY HOSES and used a bunch of clamps to fix the issue. (A SHADE TREE TACTIC) didn't work. Now I'm worst off than I was when I brought it in. BEWARE THERE ONLY A MONEY GRAB...they should stick with oil change and tire rotation the simple jobs. This once was a good shop not any longer....

This is my go to spot for the oil changes. Customer service is on point and the staff seem to be pretty cool folks. Would recommend. If you decide to go, tell them Big Leak sent you. Ask for Joey dude is a lifesaver no lie.
