this shop is the opposite of its name. nothing but a BAD tire and car after i left the shop. everything went downhill after i left. nearly $800 down the drain to take a look at the tires, fix sensors, and brakes that wasn t even fixed properly. i came back to the shop they took a look at it but my tire pressure sign kept coming back on. the worker was messing with my radio also blasting his own music. this is ridiculous. they said the tires were fine but the next day i had a FLAT tire. i am NEVER coming back here. -0/10 recommended. this is unacceptable totally ridiculous. if i could i would give this shop 0 stars. absolutely ridiculous. now i m not able to drive my car at all. i won t even let my future kids and grandchildren get their car fixed here. HORRIBLE.

Julian is personable and professional. Mr. Glen is "old school" straight forward and polite. If you get FREE air in your tires TIP Mr. Glen and his crew. They are more than deserving!

called to get a to get pricing i was told $50 then was told $60 and they have 7 left, then the phone disconnected and a guy called me back and said they have two left and they are $70. I said you just told me $60 and he said ok $60. They are scammers and over pricing tires if you are dumb enough to believe it. A used tire should never be more then $50 its a used tire tf.

Highly recommend. After a horrendous experience at another garage (where they didn't even complete the requested work and just told me to drive around), and a couple of phone calls to other garages that didn't treat me any better, this was a refreshing change. Shoutout to Julian in the office for answering my questions and making the experience a positive. Needed a TPMS sensor replaced--had it done and programmed within 30 minutes.

I have now stopped by Good Tire twice with two minor emergencies and despite being very busy, the staff was incredibly kind and took care of my issues very quickly both times.I was going out of town today and noticed a screw in my tire they removed it and took time to confirm that it was actually superficial and didn t require a plug, and wouldn t let me pay for the time it took to check and put air in all my tires (even after I kept insisting!).Reasonable pricing, quality work, and excellent customer service they re now my go-to for anything tire-related and I highly recommend!

DONT GO HERE. I came here to get my wheels balanced, left and my car was seriously vibrating in which it hadn t been prior. I called back and they told me to come in the following week, 8 days after my initial visit. The receipt from my original visit said that anything after 7 days were no longer open to refund or to be fixed without additional cost. I go BEFORE the 7 day deadline and get them to look at it again, they try to tell me they aren t qualified for aftermarket wheels, in which was NEVER mentioned when originally coming in. Driving it after the SECOND balancing the car had not changed a bit, exactly the same. not to mention my AC went out and a nail in my tire right after arguing for my money back, the least they could do considering they screwed it up in the first place. I was there for TWO HOURS, for something that only takes about 20 minutes or so. they refused a refund, may or may not have messed with my car, and screwed up the wheels as well as wasted 2 hours of my time. DONT waste your money or time. FYI, Went to firestone and they told me they were WAY out of balance.

Visited Good Tire for a tire evaluation..felt I received honest opinion and told I needed 2 not 4 tires. They had tires in stock and were able to replace. Also had new battery installed..I was in and out within 2-1/2 hours. Wonderful staff and very, very helpful. I will go back for future repairs and skip the dealership. They are so hard to get a time slot and they take forever. Tnks Good Tire.

Great tire place! Worked with me last minute when my tire busted and offered affordable and reliable solutions. You can tell they aren t trying to scam you out of your money which I feel is a shared experience for young women who know nothing about cars! They also aligned my tires and fixed part of the exterior that was hanging loose due to the tire rupture. 10/10 experience and very friendly staff as well!

My key for the stick rims wouldn t unlock the rim, so the young man went above and beyond to get it off. And put the new tires on. Also noticed the restroom was so clean I could use it and not worry about it. My husband and I will definitely be back for our tire needs as long as they keep this type of customer service experience. Thank you GOOD TIRE !!

These guys are fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable about tires. The located my leak(nail in the tire) and plugged my tire without missing a beat! So thankful for all the other reviews that lead me there! They have were so nice and lived up to all the reviews! Check them out for all your tire needs!!

In and out super fast. Replaced valve stem in expensively. Nice guys hope I don t need to use them again any time soon but would definitely come back

Go see my guy Joel! He's very solid and transparent. I've been going there for tires, brakes, inspections and more for nearly 7 years. I never felt played or scammed. They do great work. Make sure you call ahead bc they are always busy

They put my brakes on within 15 minutes and were friendly. However my brakes do not feel tight. Also 1 week after getting them done here my brake & traction lights keep popping on. I wasn't able to take it back for a few weeks and when I did they claim it has nothing to do with the work they did on my vehicle even though those lights weren't coming on prior to them doing my brakes. They told me it will cost $200 to repair the cause of those lights coming on. No thanks, I won't be back!

I called asking about the wait and was told 15-20 mins and then the service time, no problem!! I got in a 4pm and I was out of the door 4:25pm .WOWW!! Some of the most efficient, inexpensive and pleasant experiences I ve had at a tire/ body shop! I will 100% be back again!

This is the best shop in town for your car maintenance. The Manager there, Joel, is a stand up guy and means business. He is going to make sure you and your baby are good to go. The staff there is kind and understanding for those of us that may not be as mechanically inclined as others. Stop by and let this team take care of you. Joel and the team are friendly, honest and fast! We woke up to a flat that couldn t be fixed with a patch or plug, and they had us in and out in 30 mins with a used tire identical to the old one. Good Tire has been and will continue to be our go to when it comes to tires and more!

I was pleased with my experience here. A tire had developed a slow leak due to a nail. On first look they thought that it could be fixed with an external plug, but later examination showed two small holes better sealed with an internal patch. So that's what they did, and 15 minutes later I was on my way. The cost was reasonable, and I was glad I drove 9 miles to this shop (on the spare tire) based on online recommendations. It seems to be a well-run and fair-price shop, and I will return for my next oil change. Thank you!Edited a few weeks later: As luck would have it, another tire developed a slow leak as well. Fortunately, I was close to Good Tire this time and they repaired it with a plug in 15 minutes. I got a chance to chat with co-owner Joel and compliment him on the way he runs his business. Thanks, again!

I honestly feel kind of bad posting such a bad review because the people who work at this place are so nice, but I had an awful experience with my tires. I needed new tires because mine kept losing pressure and were about 2 years old. I bought a set of new tires from them and when I took my car on the highway a few days later, I realized it was vibrating when it went over 55 mph or so. I called them and went back and they were very nice and balanced the front tires for me to see if that would help. It didn t so I went back a few days later. They did an alignment and ran full diagnostics on it and said I needed new ball bearings. $350 or so later I left, thinking issue was solved. Took it on the highway and the steering wheel, brake pedal, etc were STILL vibrating at high speeds. Ended up finally having to take it to a Goodyear because I was driving down to the beach and the vibrations were getting worse. According to the Goodyear guy, my tires were terribly balanced and aligned and that was the cause of the vibrating. Again I feel bad because the guys at Good Tire are so nice, but I feel like I wasted a lot of money for something that made my car drive worse than it was before the new set of tires. I won t be going again.

Wonderful. Had an unexpected flat at an unexpected and inopportune time. Was worked in the following day with new tires on the front. Affordable, honest, and didn't push extra work to be done on me at all like chains do. Highly impressed, and will be telling others about this place for sure. It's difficult to find honesty in this profession these days, but these guys are the best.

This place is absolutely WONDERFUL!! I had a bad oil leak and drove straight here and they worked me right in to diagnose the problem. They were very very nice and informative and fixed it. The lord was leading me to the "Perfect" place. Thank you so much for doing such a fast and great job!! 10,000 Stars

I Always have good , professional, quality service each time I go there!!! One time they plugged a tire rather than my having to buy one !! I love going here for inspections& many car services!!They are the BEST!!!!
