First day visiting Charlotte, from Chicago, and our rental SUV loses tire pressure, in the first hour. We pull off of 77 South at Trade Street, and we GoTire; so we pull in. On a busy Monday morning, Eduardo greets us with courtesy and concern. He says he will check it, right away, and he does.Then, he showed us the nail in the tire and repaired/patched it within 25 minutes. All the gentlemen were very nice. The waiting area was really nice and clean (so was the restroom), with a good TV. Great team, great work, great place. Thanks, again!

5 star experience, these guys are trustworthy & great at what they do! If you are having any car troubles make sure you come check them out! They were also able to help me out super quick!! My new favorite auto shop for sure!

Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I took my Benz there to find out why it was making a noise. They originally told me one thing was wrong even had me by all the parts to fix it, then turned around and said the engine needed to be replaced. So, I did not agree to that since this was not what they originally told me was wrong. I waited for a month to get my vehicle back. I had to call every day for them to tell me they still had not put the engine back together. I went to pick up my vehicle and they charged me $1, 800.00 for a Diagnostic. They never repaired or fixed the vehicle. I have videos and text messages as proof. I even had to call the police. Worst business ever. Now, I will be consulting a lawyer.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Shady business practices for sure. They attempted to charge my daughter almost $700 for rear brakes. Claiming a host of things needed to be replaced. They didn t know the car was certified pre owned. The car went to the dealer(highest cost around)and was fixed for less than $200. It simply needed brake pads.

Not a legitimate business. They claimed they did alignment with my car but did not provide alignment report. When I asled for evidence of alignment status, they showed me two photos on their phone claiming they were before and after with any evidence the photos were for my car alignment. later on they got agitated. This type of behavior explains the ratings of this business and others unhappiness with their services.

Came in here for a tune up for my Honda Accord. They were done in a timely matter , great pricing , and very professional! Carlos and his team were very nice and polite also! Very friendly staff, fast and efficient! I had problems with my A/C, they were able to find out the problem in minutes. I have came back a couple more times for brakes replacement new tires and oil change. Very shady business. They charged my girl $495 to replace her starter. When we brought the car in it only had the battery light & oil filter light on. When we left it drove fine for 3hrs then the engine light was flashing. We called back the next day & were told we had to pay $80 for a diagnostic. We asked would that be taken off of labor if they found something else wrong & they said yes. Here s our issue - Dolores said labor per hour is $120 BUT when they replaced my girls starter she was charged $495 & he worked on the car from 1pm to 6pm. That means it should ve cost $1k not $495. Why did they increase the labor per hour ? Also my girl called Kia & they told she had a recall & we are getting her issue handled for free. Why didn t this mechanic say that ? Everyone in the shop was saying how great he was with Kias & how well he knew Kias ? Why didn t he know of or recognize it might be a recall issue ? Because he wanted our money & doesn t have a moral compass.

Outstanding service !!! Got my oil changed and my tail lights fixed. The staff is very welcoming and my cars procedure was fairly quick. Definitely coming back !!

I ve never had a good experience here. These guys will overcharge wherever they can. They have big delays on repairs, never follow through on promises. They were going to charge me $500 for a bunch of stuff I didn t need, I took it to another mechanic and it was just a bad gas cap. Scam.

Brought my car here & was not told the truth about what was wrong. I knew it was weird when the mechanic guys told me they fixed the issue but also told me not to speed in my car before I left ? Why would you say that ? My car started jumping & wouldn t go over 60mph later that night & then they tried to charge me to take it back to them !! Terrible.
