I can't say enough good things about Gerber Collision & Glass on Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte! The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, making the whole repair process a breeze. They worked quickly and efficiently, getting my vehicle back on the road in no time. Highly recommend their top-notch service!

I have a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq (Electric) and up to this point I had it delivered to two other repair centers only to be informed they could not work on it. Gerber Collision said they could do the repair. The Initial intake was good. The General Manager reached out to me to inform me this was their first experience with a Cadillac Lyriq and were unable to perform the repair. I have since had it sent to a Cadillac dealership and they are also having problems. I did appreciate the General manager reaching out to have a conversation, which I felt was very sincere.

Gerber collision & glass is the best repair shop in town. Bre was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. I recommend Gerber to anyone who needs a repair.

We have used this shop several times with multiple vehicles over the years and have been pleased with each experience. We just got my teenage daughter's car back after some minor repairs (again)...and you would never know it had to have body work done.The only repair shop we will ever use - the customer service is top-notch and the quality of work always exceeds our expectations. I have nothing but praise for these guys!David assisted me with logistics for getting my daughter's car back to me when I was having a difficult time getting there before the close of business. The collision rep Dave at the Wilkinson location lied and made up a story about my windshield damage to my vehicle. Dave completely made up a story to my claims rep that was never told to him about my damage. He assumed because of what he assumed happened versus what happened. Be careful of doing business with this clown!'

Shoutout to my boy Gabe for hooking the truck up for me. Fixed all the dents and paint chips. Added all new TRD Pro Front Grille, TRD Pro Black housing headlights, Fender Flares, TRD Tow Mirrors, OEM White Door Handles, OEM Bed Step, Toyota Factory Black Emblems, and fixed my pillars. Looks like a brand new truck again! #Toyota #Tundra #TRDExcellent service and work. I would highly recommend this place for any paint and body work needs. Gabe made my truck look amazing!

Let me start off by saying thank you to the amazing staff at Gerber Collision!! I moved to the area not too long ago and shortly after I was in a terrible automobile accident which left my car looking horrible. Throughout every process the team at Gerber kept me updated on the status of my car which was a major plus! When I got my car back I was speechless! Not only did they repair my car like it was brand new and on top of that cleaned my car! Jeff, Breanna and the rest of the crew at Gerber, I am indebted to your kindness and generosity! If I could hug you a million times over I would!! If you re in the Charlotte area and you need a repair, Gerber Collision on Wilkinson is most definitely the place to go. Your shop on Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte did a fantastic job on my hit and run repair to my 2018 S60 Inscription. My car now looks brand new. The time to repair was cut by 200% from what the original quote time to complete was. From Kasey at reception to David in the Shop to the Manager, (is it Jim?). Everyone was super-pleasant, compassionate, professional and ethical. I would return here any time I need something done, hopefully I won't be in need but the staff there couldn't be better. I was involved in an accident in December of 2022 and took my car to another shop where it sat for 6 months and was damaged further than before. Bre and everyone at Gerber in Charlotte fixed my vehicle and repaired the damage the other shop did in under 3 weeks. To give 5 stars is an understatement. I live near Asheville NC and they even towed my vehicle 2 hrs back home to me. Thank you guys so much. I appreciate everything you did from the bottom of my heart

Jeff and the team did a great job. From the time we did a walk through for the repairs until we got the car back. We we're kept up to date and even after we got the car back home, Jeff called and made sure everything was fine. We really appreciate the effort they put forward. This is the second time I have come here, it will certainly not be the last. Thanks again for everything!

I am very dissatisfied with the lack of service that I am receiving from Gerber Collision. My car was towed there to be repaired after it was stolen. On top of the traumatic experience of my car being stolen, Gerber has had my car in their possession for 8 weeks and have yet to examine my car. I have called for an update and was told that someone would call me back in the afternoon and I have not received a phone call. That was 3 days ago. When I call the office, no one answers my call. They gave my insurance company a 4 week window for them to get to my car and it has been 8 weeks. I am paying for a rental out of my pocket because my insurance company is no longer covering my rental. I have been very patient, but I feel that I am not being treated with care or respect at this point. I hope that a manager can reach out to me to give me an update. I will change my review if my concern is handled accordingly.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

Had my vehicle taken here after an accident and two months later still nothing accomplished. I have been having to call every week to check status of my vehicle only to keep getting the run around. Finally two weeks ago I was told they were totalling it out due to the cost of repairs being over the threshold. A week went by I was told that would be the time insurance would get the paperwork to have total loss make final decision. Well call Friday to only find out again as usual the repair shop again has not sent the paperwork to insurance. The estimator at the body shop claimed he tried to call me with the updates yet nobody ever has called me from the shop. Again I have had to do the calling every week and still no results. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. Truthfully I feel they just don't want to do the repairs....I was told things were backed up due to the fact of how many cars they had. Well sorry but if I had more work than I could do I'd be taking them cars and finishing them before adding more making people do without.....just please find a different shop to use!

I took my Nissan NV 2500 high roof to this shop for repairs to a hard rear end impact. They did a fantastic job, and in addition, the rear doors and side door fit better than they did when I bought the van new. Picked up my vehicle 6/29/20. Staff was welcoming and very professional. Though our meeting was due to a collision, I am greatful to have met such a wonderful funny group of individuals much like family now.They made the process seamless. Location was clean and organized. I would definitely recommend anyone to have their vehicle collision repairs done here!!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!

I was referred by AllState for collision repairs. These guys don't play around. Extremely professional and friendly to work with. They took really good care of my car, made sure everything was completed and taken care of. After the repairs, they clean the vehicle and make sure customer is 100% satisfied. 10/5 stars !!

Both and Angela and Jason were very friendly and accommodating. I went in not knowing if my bumper issue would be an expensive one or something simple, and it ended up being something that the technician was able to fix pretty quickly at no charge! Thank goodness there are still honest business people out here!

Gerber reached out to me about a small issue I kept having with my car. They fixed the problem and wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with their services and that they had completed the job, correctly. I appreciate the way James personally ensured I was satisfied/happy after a small incident. I would recommend them for body work.

Gerber had to finish what another collision company had started. The service was great and they kept me informed on day to day progress. Would highly recommend Gerber.to friends and family. Excellent work. Staff was very helpful and professional.
