Geoff has the best customer service! I work in customer service and I appreciate everything Geoff did for me. I had a serious issue and needed it fixed asap, he got me in the same day. I dropped my Tahoe off and was supposed to be done the same day but due to some issues on the parts side, we had to wait till the next day. Geoff made sure everything was running smooth for me and did a great job! He was spot on with communicating with me in a timely matter and I will definitely be coming back to Geoff again. Thank you.

If this had 1,000 stars I would give it. I've been taking my car to Nissan since 2020 and kept having a recurring issue. Nissan fixed everything else on the car except what needed fixing. It took one time with Geoff and problem solved in an hour. I now have a new mechanic!!!!!!! The Nissan dealerships claim to do what's best for your car and diagnostics etc. but didn't even do them on my car (found this out by reading the paperwork). Geoff, thank you sooooooo very much for being a God sent. I can now be at peace.

I was an out of state buyer and was seeking a mobile mechanic to do a pre-inspection of the vehicle I was interested in, and Geoff really came through. He was punctual and got to the dealership on time. He was very thorough in his diagnostic along with going through my personal checklist of items. Furthermore, he sent me a thorough summary and videos of what he found on the vehicle. He pointed out a rough idling issue on the vehicle which I wouldn't have caught just blindly purchasing. This made me reconsider my decision on buying the vehicle. Overall his service is fantastic he is responsive and seems to really care for his customers and delivering quality service.

Wowsers, Geoff is such an incredible mechanic and made time for me when I was in a pinch in a matter of hours!! I am so grateful and blessed that he knew exactly what to do in my vehicle down to the fine intricate details!!! He deserves millions of stars, but I could only give him five here! As soon as you speak to him over the phone, you can tell this man is legit and truly knows what he s talking about!! Thank you Lord for answering my prayer today when I asked you for a great mechanic!

I live 2 states away and had to get my daughter s car fixed.Y all!! Geoff was amazing!!Without a doubt the best customer service I ve ever encountered!! Very helpful, polite, honest and caring. He even recommended an excellent towing company to use because it was not able to be a mobile fix.(KJ s towing)DO NOT HESITATE to use Geoff.This Momma s heart is grateful

Took my car to Geoff's Mobile Auto Repair for an oil leak and a couple other things. Geoff was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to look at my car and fix it in the same day. Hands down best mechanic I've been to.

I highly recommend Geoff s Mobile Auto Repair! I can t express how excellent Geoff s communication and customer service is. After towing my car to the shop, he was incredibly quick and efficient to figure out the issue and create a quote. Geoff was extremely understanding about my hesitation to fix the car and took time to throughly answer any questions. As a female in her early 20s, I really valued Geoff s transparency when addressing my concerns. I will definitely be recommending Geoff to anyone who needs an awesome mechanic!

Haven't even had them repair my car yet (coming later today), but this place already earned five stars and my future business. Called him to see if he could help me with a misfiring cylinder in my Audi, and not only did he talk me through the possible issues, he gave me a MORE than fair quote; quoted me ACTUAL part pricing and DISCOUNTED labor (because I live so close to his shop) - no price gauging at all! It can be intimidating, as a woman, getting auto repair quotes. I'm pretty knowledgeable in basic engine functions/repairs - at least understanding what's going wrong - and so many other places I called were HUNDREDS higher than his quote, and made me feel like I was speaking with a scheming car salesman. Not Geoff. Trust is number 1 when it comes to putting your vehicle in someone else's hands. Even if this repair doesn't resolve the issue with my car, I've been more than satisfied with the level of customer service and integrity shown.Thanks Geoff!

On Friday, I called two Hyundai dealers - one couldn't see me for 3 weeks and the other wouldn't see me for a month and a half. My car door was frozen in the locked position so that I couldn't close my door. I was in desperate need! My regular mechanic never returned my call. I called Geoff Saturday morning. He told me he couldn't do anything mobile that day, but I lived really close to his shop, so I was willing to drive it to him that afternoon and we made an appointment. He had it fixed in under 10 seconds and showed me how to fix it myself if it happened again. He was so nice and I couldn't ask for better help. I'll definitely return for future service!

Excellent service. Geoff is honest,reliable and an expert ! We were broke down and had our vehicle towed to Geoff's shop. He fixed it and it was ready sooner than we ecpected!! After a long VERY stressful day, he really helped us get back on the road and we just knew we were in good hands ! Geoff is our new mechanic ! Thanks, Geoff!

Geoff was amazing! Although my cars problem fixed itself before I could take it to him he was still willing to look at it for no charge. He s very knowledgeable, quick, and accommodating. A/C stopped working and timing belt was ripped. Kept getting quoted arm and a leg. Took it to Geoff and in 45 minutes he diagnosed it (15 minutes to vacuum and check for possible leaks from the valves) and in 2 hours he had them fixed. He already had some of the parts in his shop, the others he was able to order and receive within 30 minutes.While we waited he taught me a few things about under the hood and I gave him some insight on my previous career.He is mobile but I was only 10 minutes from his shop, so it wasn't a big deal for me to go to him instead. And he charged less than the other shops.

I was in an accident during rush hour traffic when was hit by another vehicle. Result was damage to car and flat tire. Geoff was swift in his arrival and was excellent! He was so nice and fixed the tire within 20 minutes. Highly recommend,Service: TiresService: Tires

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! Car would not start and needed to get to work ASAP after calling a few places with no response I was lucky enough to contact Geoff s he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone in less than 5 minutes and got me back on the road and didn t charge me a dime as someone who does not know much about cars he could have easily sent someone out and charged me for a simple fix but did not I even offered to pay and not only did they say not to worry about it but to call again if I had any other problems.. in a world full of shady mechanics this was a breath of fresh air please do yourself a favor and call here first before wasting time with others

If I could post 5,000 stars i would! As a woman trying to find a fair mechanic that I could trust?? It's Geoff. He fit me in and treated me like I was a loyal customer. I asked questions he answered. I was going for a diagnosis and I ended up getting my car repaired. My car has ailments and I feel better knowing I have a mechanic that will help me. I recommend him! He cleared a place for me to sit and while we talked he ordered my wheel bearing and had me right in a few hrs! THANKS GEOFF!! I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Mr. Geoff came and quickly assessed my daughter's problem and came with the piece. He had taken 10 minutes 15 tops and she could drive to her place of employment. I've been stranded for a few weeks with no car, Initially thinking the repair would cost more than the car is worth. It's not an ideal market for car buyers, even less if you're in desperate need of a car. Found Geoff's info online and thought "why not" and scheduled for him to come out for a diagnostic. Car needed a small replacement and running after less than 2 hours. I will be utilizing Geoff for future car needs whether mobile or going to his shop. I'm tremendously relieved that this was an easy fix and appreciate Geoff honesty and fair pricing. Would recommend to all friends. For those commenting about communication- understanding that he is 1 person running both mobile and a shop, I would still utilize his service even if the response is not IMMEDIATE. Needed to replace the starter on my car today a Saturday called a few shops and no one could get it done till Monday. Found Geoff on google he gave me a quote and did the work at my house a few hours later, he was on time his prices are reasonable and he saved me from missing work on Monday. While sitting at red light or stop sign, a/c wasn't blowing cool nor cold air, but while driving air becomes cool. I called Mr. Geoff, asked him a question concerning a/c, he patiently answered, then he asked me two, three questions concerning the a/c. We set a day and time for me to come by his shop. Once there he jumped right in on checking few things. While he checked things, I would ask a question or two, he answered calmly, not appearing to be agitated in anyway(which I think is key). When he finished I asked him about strut replacement. He advised me of what he would recommend. I then made a future appointment date to have struts replaced. FULLY Satisfied with his time taking to answer question(s).Service: Air conditioning

I was in a huge bind, stuck in my work truck on the side of the road, unable to diagnose the issue with my vehicle. Geoff helped me to figure out the likely cause over the phone, and with his help I was able to remedy the problem. So, although I did not require his mechanical labor, I really appreciate his time and willingness to help me. I will definitely give him a shout again!
