Don t bother going anywhere else for work on your Prius!Mike and his crew are honest, helpful, and kind. They are very reasonably priced and straightforward, and will not upsell you on work you don t need. I ll recommend them to everyone I know with a Prius!

Incredible shop to work with. Mike Fournier and Staff know exactly what they are doing when it comes to Lexus Toyota and specifically PRIUS. Come to them if you have any car issues. Seriously AMAZING. I have a fleet of 10 Priuses and he has been servicing all of them for years at an amazing price.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you have a Prius, take it to Fournier. I am a repeat customer, and would not take mine anywhere else for repairs. Mike and his team are experts, reasonably priced, honest and do an excellent job at diagnostics. Tip: Also recommend having them install the Catalytic converter shield to make it harder for thieves.

IF YOU OWN A HYBRID THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE IT! If it were possible to give Mike more stars, I would 100/10. I needed the hybrid battery replaced in my 2010 Toyota Prius, along with several other repairs, Mike worked with me every step of the way, he is extremely professional and his pricing is the best. I will be going to him from now on for all my hybrid-specific maintenance, absolutely worth the drive from Statesville to have him work on my car!

Someone gave me Mike s referral a few years back and I will NOT take my Prius anywhere else. He is so honest, professional and nice. You can trust him with your eyes closed along with his daughter that s beyond knowledgeable as well.

Mike is the man! Without his expertise and knowledge I would have never finished my project. Fantastic to work with and a really great guy. I would recommend him to anyone needing hybrid works. Photos are from the project he helped me with from start to finish.

I love my 2010 Prius! It has 165k miles and I want to get a minimum of 165k more. Mike and his team are honest mechanics and great at that. I am pleased with the service recent 150k mile service. Now I can confidently hit the road! Feeling Safe and sound for a long ride. I highly recommend Fournier for your Prius.

I purchased a 2007 Camry Hybrid from Mike and I can honestly say it's been the best car I've ever owned. The car currently has over 223,000 miles on it and I'm on the original hybrid battery. It had around 100k miles on it when I bought it and I still haven't replaced the brake pads! Since my original purchase my sister has bought a Prius from Mike, my son has bought a Prius from Mike, and I purchased a Tacoma from Mike. All vehicles in fantastic condition. Mike is a straight shooter and a honest mechanic that I trust much more than the "dealers".

My Daughter is looking to buy a used Prius. We took one to Fournier yesterday, and Mike gave it a very thorough going-over, pointing out several deficiencies. He also looked up pricing for the year & model to give us an accurate idea of what the car is really worth, making us realize how over-priced the car was. I highly recommend Fournier Motor Co! I'll be taking my own Prius there from now on.

Waited for what seemed like a year on a simple oil change. Rude staff, did not seem to care about me or my vehicle. Later to find out they never changed oil filter only swapped out the oil.Steer clear.

Mike( the owner of the shop) is fantastic! Friendly, honest, and extremely fair. If you have a hybrid vechicle that needs repairs/tires/ service or are in the market for a used one- I would go nowhere else.Update -1/24- same! We have three higher mile hybrids now, Mr Mike and his family take care or each of them with the same great care we had initially.

Mike and Christine are the best. The rest of the crew is too. This family owned business is worth way more than 5 stars.. honest, reliable, patient, just down right there for you and willing to help any way they can!!!! Love this family and establishment. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else!!!!

Fournier Motor Company is the best place in Charlotte to buy or maintain a Hybrid vehicle! Mike knows his hybrids...and he is honest and fair! We have bought two Prius from Mike...and have referred him to may other hybrid owners in Charlotte.

Y'all real talk - a good mechanic will increase the quality of your life, and Mike and team have done just that for me (and anyone I can get to listen to me) for the over 10 years I've been purchasing and servicing vehicles with them. Highly recommended!

Great Service for All Prius models !Mike is always available to answer questions and responds quickly to service requests. Outstanding workmanship, honest communication and excellent service.I always get my car back within 24 hours and he will provide a loaner when possible.

Even though my son filled up his Prius with diesel, Mike and team were very nonjudgmental while they fixed the car. Their service was fast. I m very grateful we found an honest Prius specialists. Obviously, we need one.

Mike Fournier does extraordinary work. He knows hybrid technology inside out and Mike is the master of all things related to the Prius. My 2007 model is running as good as new, maybe even a tad better, after having had its hybrid battery replaced.Great customer service. Courteous and friendly. Wonderful teacher.Shop is remarkably squared away.Amazing.Rates five stars and two thumbs up!

Mike is not only an excellent mechanic but a sincerely nice person. He gave us all the options we had for replacement of our 2006 Toyota Prius's battery and worked with us on deciding what would be the best option for us. We dropped it off one day and he had it ready for us within 24 hours! He was thorough and even checked our the rest of the vehicle for us as well. We will definitely be giving him our business in the future. If I could give more star, I certainly would!!

Amazing rates and customer service. I called with a slew of issues. I was greeted promptly and conveniently. We texted about all of the issues and rates were made incredibly clear up front. I absolutely never felt taken advantage of, not knowing much about my car. Mike had amazing customer service and knowledge, the entirety of the staff was friendly including their dog Luke. I couldn t be happier to have found Fornier Motor Company.

We are a family of 4 Prius owners and all go to Mike for all mechanical work and even oil changes, which shows our confidence in Mike's skill and honesty because it's a 60 minute drive for us! He has changed front and rear brakes and a dash display unit on my 2009 Prius with 186,000 miles and going strong! While I was there for oil change and brakes he offered me use over lunch time of his personal Prius with 700,000+ miles! It's great to have a mechanic you trust, and Mike has my complete faith! He is patient and willing to answer "silly questions" and give advice and instruction for home car care.

I had a 2007 Prius with a Hybrid Battery failure. Mike was very personable, punctual, kept me up to date, and offered phenomenal service at a great price & same day service! Highly recommended! I will be sending more business over.

Great business for prius work and reasonably priced! it is worth the hour drive for quality work. Mike is an honest man with good work ethic. He has replaced our tires, headlight assembly and performed oil changes at below competition pricing.

Had a very pleasant experience today at Fournier Motor Co. Came in and had my daughter s Prius battery checked. Mike showed me that it actually was fine, but there was an easy fix to the trunk which might be causing the battery to run down. He was so helpful and honest, that I would recommend him highly to everyone.

We can to Mike for a second opinion after the dealer gave us an estimate of $3,900 to revive our dead Prius.Mike was able to make the same repair using Toyota parts for $1,400.He kept our Honda alive for years and sold us a replacement at $1,000 below book.Check him out for your repairs and maintenance. Nobody will do you better.

We purchased a 2011 Prius last year for our new teen driver from Mike. I hadn t purchased a used car in at least 10 years and found it very difficult to find a trustworthy seller until I stumbled across Fournier Motor Co. Mike was an absolute resource during the process and I quickly discovered that he was only after what was in our best interest. He is very knowledgeable, fair and goes above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend Fournier Motor Co if you are in the market for a hybrid vehicle.

I love Fournier Motor Company- Mike has great deals on fantastic, well-maintained hybrid and electric vehicles, and his service is prompt and fantastic. So much more pleasant and easy to deal with than going to a dealer. He always answers the phone and keeps our Prius in tip-top shape. I have recommended Mike many times and will continue to do so. He's awesome.
