Worst Firestone I have been in years of my being customer of Firestone. It s a bunch of people that piggy back on each others lies to steal money from you. Omar Santos, the inspector failed my inspection due to the day light led on my car not working. When told that this is not required for state inspection, he said he was the inspector and he knew. When showed the documents that completely disproved his stance, he said you have to pay and leave with the failed inspection. Then, they have a bouncer Michael, who literally said, Get the F outta here. They would charge you for inspection, fail you inspection of illegitimate claims that you have to pay them to fix. Otherwise, they will fail your inspection on those bogus claims that they can t even prove. I have all the paperwork to disprove their bogus claims but they are all in for this together.Firestone just lost a 10 year old customer.

I went in for an oil change that turned into a an oil pan replacement. I was there for 7 hours. I understand that parts need to be ordered, but when the oil pan was delivered, it was discovered that there was a washer missing. When they went to put the new oil filter in, it was discovered that the housing for the new filter wasn't with it. They had to look for the old filter so they could take the housing from that so the new filter could be installed in my car. I received minimal updates, and if I hadn't have asked what was going on, I never would've received any sort of updates. I'm disappointed in my overall experience and it's highly unlikely that return to this or any other Firestone location.

Went in for an oil change. Hector was friendly and personable. He explained things in a manner that was easy to understand. Service was efficient and didn t take too long.

I've been coming to this location for some time. It once was a reliable store for the most part. After my recent experience, those days of being reliable are far gone. If you need me to drop my car off...at the very least keep a open line of communication. Dropped my car off at 8:45am no word from them at all!! Decided to just go get my car. I get there and they haven't even looked at it yet. Literally 530pm was the time I asked for my keys. One the associates asked me...do you just want to take it to somewhere else? Needless to say I was upset and left with no real options. At least I got to pay the wonderful lyft drivers for their services there and back.

Hector was GREAT! I had a flat as was stranded in Charlotte trying to get back to Atlanta. He got me in immediately! Fixed the problem- broken valve stem and didn't charge me. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend!

I drove 25 minutes to take my car to this location. Terron, one of the managers, is just great. The customer service provided by this team far exceeded my expectations. They never tried to upsell me on anything I did not need, they kept me updated on why the delays were so long, and they were very polite to everyone in the waiting room. When I got my car back it wasn't dirty, trashy, or in disarray. The location has plenty of hand sanitizer, they have spaced out their chairs for social distancing, and they offer curbside pickup and drop off. this location has done a great job of keeping people on the road and adhering to social distancing guidelines. The prices, the service options, and the appointment availability are all good considering the social distancing guidelines that are set for businesses right now. I highly recommend this location and while I am in Charlotte this is the location I will take my car to.

Hector and the Northlake staff is extremely amazing, caring and always going the extra mile! Makes you feel safe and secure to know that someone will explain the how and why to make sure you know and you feel safe! Definitely worth all the money i spend here!!

I was able to get a same day appointment to have my car evaluated. It was was quickly diagnosed and repaired. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through my options.

This location just opened today and I m already impressed with the excellent customer service. I came in an hour late after oversleeping through my 8 o clock appointment, and Andrew, the service advisor, still took care of me as a valued customer.I also appreciate the fact that I was allowed to go into the service area to get a visual as to what was going on with my squeaky brakes! I received a full brake service and filter replacement for $360 less than what I would have been charged at AAA. Definitely recommend coming here if you re looking for awesome service at a great price.

Received a quote for service and accepted it. After dropping truck off they almost doubled the price and what I was originally told would take 4-6 hours turned into over 11 hours and they didn t even do all the work because they couldn t figure out what the correct part was that was needed to completely finish the quoted work. On top of that I was told 3 different amounts of time it would take to complete the work by 3 different people and every time I have brought vehicles here the timeframe I was given was always off by at least an hour. What is going on with this place?

It all started with a phone call. I spoke to Hector, he got my information and began to search exactly what I was looking for. He called back in 15 minutes with what he found and it was exactly what I was looking for. That's what you call great customer service.He went way and beyond for his customer.

Had my car taken in to get the tires changed. They did a pre-inspection before doing the work to make sure there was no damage on my vehicle, they found none. I get my car back and my bumpers cracked. They don't want to take responsibility. Blake the store manager was not very helpful and denied everything when clearly it happened at his store.

I been a customer with Firestone for several years, and I finally found the best mechanic. I always asked for Omar Campos. Omar has move to several stores I have follow him everywhere he moves no matter the distance or the time it takes me me so he can take care of my cars. he is the best, he is really busy but always give his best to the customers.Sugey Alcivar

Horrible Experience with the store manager Hector. I mad an appointment when i got there he said he tried to call me to reschedule it I told him I did not receive any calls and asked if he left a voice message he said i should have picked up my phone and then said this conversation will go a few ways I will try to guilt him to fix my tire or I was going to argue with him. He just looked at me and said what's you availability the next day. I said this is a safety issue depending on my tire issue he again said what's your availability I'm not doing it today even with the appointment . I looked at him and said you really don't care about the customer do you he gave me a dirty look and said he was done with this conversation and dismissed me like I'm a child EXTREMLY unprofessional for someone in his position. I think he can use some customer service and sensitive training . WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMED THIS LOCATION

If I could give 10 stars I would. Exceptional service from Hector. I walked in with no appointment on a Sunday, over a hour from home with a flat tire and was out in less than an hour, despite being told they were short handed. They were not super busy so I know this was the reason they helped me so quickly, but they are a friendly and helpful group no doubt. My tire patch is holding well! Outstanding service from Richard and his team! I needed two hard to find tires for my Grand Cherokee. Other stores couldn't source them and Richard confirmed his inventory in person and delivered as promised. Install was quick and easy. I had them do an alignment also and again, spot on. Richard and Omar were very polite and helped me with all my questions concerning the new tires for my vehicle! I forgot my debit card at my apartment and Omar was nice enough to take me to get it! We love coming to this location for all our auto care needs. I ve had bad experience with Firestone in a different state in the past but I gave this location a chance and they did not disappoint. Hector was super helpful and knowledgable. They are fast and efficient.

I came in with two issues 1) my car sometimes takes a few attempts to crank when the engine is warm and 2) low coolant light was on.They performed a battery diagnostic and charged me even though I said I just purchased a new battery in 2022.They then performed another diagnostic and initially charged me for that. The diagnostic results were completely different from the results I received from the dealership. Firestone had items in their results that are not related to my issues like brakes. I showed them the dealership diagnostic results. I expressed my confusion.I paid for the tests. I later received a survey and completed it based on the results. A manager called me and said that the dealership could be wrong or I may need all the work done.The manager refunded only one of the diagnostic charges. He said I couldn't email him the dealership results and their charge, even though Firestone emailed me the survey. I had to physically drive back to bring a paper copy of the results and charge. I lost a lot of time there. I left confused about how to resolve my problems.I was reluctant to send this message because as the manager at the Firestone Complete Auto Care (North lake) mentioned, he thought I was controlling the narrative during our interaction. I always take my Hyundai to the dealership, but due to them not having any availability I brought my suv to this Firestone location. I didn t know what to expect. The staff was kind. They answered all my questions. Omar worked on my suv and he exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he s taking about. If you need great quality work, ask for Omar. Cash only policy to buy tires but not if you get additional work done. Seems a bit like they re trying to make it incentivized to get up charged services
