Took my car in for a nail in a tire. Service advisor Gary assisted my transaction and car was in and out quick. What started really well and courteous, ended up as a waste of extra time and being disregarded by Gary. I saw an employee who serviced my vehicle walk in the store with my keys and set them on the desk Gary was working in. I wasn t sure if my car was completed or not since Gary, or anyone, did not tell me that the car was done. I waited an unnecessary 20-30 mins extra until I got up from my seat to ask about the status of my car. A lady from the front desk eventually told me my car was complete. Next time, please be aware of the completion of vehicles and your clients that are waiting. I don t know why I kept waiting to find out my car was ready so I could leave. If I had not gotten up to ask out about my car, I could have probably waited more time than necessary. I left without any apology for the lack of communication and disregard as a customer from Gary.

Online I was unable to find an appointment, available the same day at any Firestone location. I called and Mark answered the phone who was very helpful and explained to me if I came in right now, they d get me in quickly. Much to my surprise I was in and out in about one hour with two new tires. Also, the prices along with all of the fees were the best prices I had seen even compared to online discount stores. 100% recommend going here!

I went into this location today to get my tires balanced and rotated. It didn't go as planned because I hadn't notice that two of my four tires had wires exposed and all were out of balance pretty bad. But the store manager Nate, helped me throughout the whole process as well as Mark and the HIGHLY skilled auto tech. Everyone at this location took care of me. I haven't felt this much love and support from any mechanic shop in a very long time. They took care of me and sent me back on the road with a good set of tires with amazing discounts and offers. I wanna give a HUGE shout-out to the store manager NATE P. AND MARK AND THE WHOLE STAFF AT THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.SINCERELY JERRICK B.

The worst experience I ve ever had with getting anything done to my car! I came here because one day after sitting in my car for a little under an hour after arriving early to my destination, my car shut off. My assumption was that it d be a battery issue. By the time I came out of my destination, the car turned on fine but the VSA and ABS lights were on so I wanted to check it out just in case. When I got to this shop, he immediately told me it sounded like an alternator which is weird because it actually doesn t. I had no prior issues and drove my car a whole day after my one issue before I brought it in. They charged me $700 for a 2011 Acura which is $200 more than my mom paid for her 2012 elsewhere. When bringing it back because my lights wouldn t go out and being skeptical of the alternator being the real issue, a different person was up front and told me my issue didn t even sound like an alternator problem and he s confused why his guys thought that. So now I m back and forth on all my free time trying to figure this whole thing out and waiting for them to retest my old one- still no solution after a week. At this point I want my old alternator and a refund so I can go somewhere for their help but I don t know if I even trust that they wouldn t sabotage my old one to make it seem like their first opinion was correct!!

Very incompetent management (Mark) and some mechanics. I've had to bring my car back several times. They were supposed to fix my tire and didn't. The tire had to be replaced. my son's car engine light came on they told him one thing and was going to charge him $900.00 had to bring the car back engine light was still on then it was something else and wanted to charge more money. I go there to pay my bill (cash) and twice Mark put my money in someone else's account l get a call from the Finance Department stating they haven't received a payment my bill is late.. Had to call Corporate office and file several complaints. I Would not recommend this place.....up date checking out some reviews seem like they take advantage of Women at this location

Nathan store manager and the tech jose wich is very very knowledgeable he walked me through the process and options and found me what I needed and went beyond expectations, thanks mr Jose its the people like them that makes me believe that there's still very honest and professional shops in my city. All tires and alignment were done so fast that I didn't even had time to finish my lunch while I was waiting. Will definitely come back with the rest of my cars!!.I CAN'T thank you enough guys. Keep it up.

Took my car in to have the serpentine belt replaced. The very next day my battery light came on. Lifted the hood and this is what I saw. Please don t go here. I will never go to another Firestone again.

On July 3rd, my car's check tire pressure light came on. I stopped at this tire shop to have tire pressure checked, one of the service techs checked the air pressure in all of my tires. When checking the last tire the tire stem broke. I asked if they could repair it there, he said yes. I'm thinking they will replace the tire stem but the tech comes back and tells me I need a tire pressure monitoring sensor (tpms) $130. I pay and leave the light is still on they tell me it will go off after driving awhile. I live 1.5 hours away, I get home the light is still on. I call back and they say bring it back in after the holiday. In the meantime, I feel like they cheated me call a friend of mine who is a master mechanic. He agrees to meet me at the shop and arrives before I get there and goes in and inquires about having a tpms replaced on a car same make and model of my car. The tech tells him they don't provide that service and they don't have the equipment to program the sensor even if they did. So I arrive with the receipt and my friend goes in to get a refund,.... of course the manager is on vacation and would be gone for the next week or so and he is the only one that can offer a refund. Also the tire stem that they replaced was rubber and I had metal tire stems on all the other tires (see photos). This was my experience at Firestone located on Albemarle Road in Charlotte, NC.

Firestone stores are getting ridiculous regarding service. I had an appointment at this store this morning to rotate your Bridgestone tires, and was told all but one technician walked out yesterday and I would have to wait "an hour or so".I have also experienced very poor service at your Monroe Road and Park Road stores.Do you have any stores in this area that actually give a quality level of service

I went to get an oil change today. They called with suggestions as they usually do. The way that they explained the pricing for additional work was 6 29, 2 19, 10 11 72 and $30. So I say yeah go ahead thinking that the price was $6.29, $2.19 and $10.11, $72. When I get there they tried to charge me $1,011.72. I told him I couldn't pay that. I told him that I didn't understand the pricing based on the way he worded it. He said 'well I have you all the prices, you had to have known there was a decimal in there somewhere.' He ended up speaking to my husband who works for an auto parts store and got the price pulled down to $700 roughly. But my husband and I both feel like he took advantage and worded the pricing the way he worded it because I am a woman. I always go to Firestone to have my oil changes done, but I will not be returning due to this incident.EDIT: I sent an email to firestone wince the responded to my review. We were able to speak to someone who was really apologetic and sincere towards our issue. He even helped us resolve this problem to where we were extremely happy. I won't remove my previous comment as I still think people should be aware of the situation, however my husband and I were very pleased with the customer service and outcome so I did change my star rating from a 1 to a 3.

I repeat do not come to this location. The store manager by the name of Chris has the poorest of customer service skills. His integrity is very questionable, and he has no dignity. If you re looking for more problems than you re coming in with along with a bad day, this is the place of service! If you have TMPS issues, the guys at this location are clueless and not honest about the work they preform. They mounted two tires for me. The front desk guy coincidentally tells me that my TPMS light will come on but will reset after driving. Well 3 weeks went by and I took it back. Chris was rude and argued me that they didn t preform any service on my car with me standing in his face with a receipt that his store gave me. His professionalism and attitude was jacked up. He claim he put a new sensor on only to find out he put an old one that was laying around in the shop on my car to get me out his face. As soon as I leave the parking lot, the TPMS light come back on. They all should be promoted to customers!

if you are a woman, avoid going here. incompetent crooks. Went in for a simple evac & recharge, which is supposed to take a good length of time if done properly. they did idk what in less than 20 minutes but blew out my compressor completely, which was fully functional and in great working condition prior to that dreadful visit.Been given the run around and a full refusal to pay for their costly mistake. Telling me one thing and my mechanic something different. Full on confusion tactics and blatant disrespect. Only offered a refund for the shotty job. Come to find out from a neighboring sister store, the type of tip needed to service my car isn't even available there, nearest location which had it was Concord. I'm out almost $700 and got zero amends from these crooks. Save yourself the headache and skip them altogether.Service: Air conditioning

I cannot EXPRESS ENOUGH how AMAZING the customer service at this location, and this location ONLY (as I have been to several Firestone s since June, regarding the same issue) was and not only that, but that they were actually able to identify the problem and fix it, FINALLY!!TODD, TODD, TODD, you are the man!! You were such a breath of fresh air. And your energy was so reassuring.It is very hard to find a place and/or mechanic that you know you can trust, feel confident that whatever your car needs, will be in good hands or that they are feeding you bologna about unnecessary repairs! Second time coming here and both times have been headache and hassle free. I love that I can just drop my car off with out having to worry about it and go about my day until it's time to pick it up . I never have to rush right back to get it either. Convenient and friendly place. Thanks again!

My last visit to this store was less than satisfying. I get a vibration when braking at high speeds. I was charged for rear brakes and rotors - which were replaced by a NE Ohio location just 10 months earlier. The vibration remains. A second opinion by another mechanic indicates that I need to have all pads and rotors replaced because the rotors are warped.

Great customer service! Kurtis was very helpful with the recommendations. He had my best interest at heart and I don t feel like he was trying to hurt my wallet. Both of the gentleman up front were very helpful. I will definitely be back for future service to my car. Thank you!

The service was great. I had to wait a little while because they were short staffed both the staff there was very friendly and professional. Tony was friendly and professional and had friendly conversations with me and the other customers while we waited. It's nice to know that some workers still have great customer service skills and don't mind taking a little extra time out to interact with their customers it was a great experience even though the wait time was a little longer than expected.

They took advantage of my wife. They worded things a certain way, and did some work that we now have to pay hundreds for. This is a recurring theme for Firestones in general. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere for repairs. EDUCATE yourselves so that you're NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. The mechanics for the most part pulled off the street. There are probably people who have become adept at mechanic work, but that's not the norm. PLEASE BE WARY HUSBANDS AND FEMALES!!!!
