I would not recommend this location. On 1/28 my tire went out and I brought my vehicle to this location. I have a warranty on the tires and so I knew Any Firestone location would take care of me. They took my car and I came back an hour later under the impression the one tire was fixed. The advisor at the front then informed me that I had 3 nails in two of the tires. I thought they fixed the two tires and left. On 2/3 I was on the I-85 and my RR tire went out almost causing me to swerve into traffic due to losing control. I called the firestone location and the same advisor answered and he informed me that the tires were only repaired and not replaced. The advisor stated that he told me to come back in the next day to get it changed because they had to order the tires. Due to my busy schedule, I would not agree to come back in And I was unaware that the tires had to be ordered. And no one from the store reached out to tell me that the order even came. On 2/4 My tire Was replaced. On 2/7 I had to call Roadsideassistance because the same tire went flat. I then went to another Firestone location and they showed me the tire was not Installed properly and that I still needed a second tire because they only replaced one. Deeply unsatisfied with the service I received at this location. But the University location is resolving the issue.

I had fantastic service here today! Best price I d ever been given on an oil change outside of my dealership, and despite being busy they got me in and out pretty quickly. On top of that, they put air in my tires without me even asking and let me know that I had a nail in my tire when I hadn t realized. The staff were very friendly and polite. I will be returning for sure!

I loved my experience with the mechanics ! They did everything they said they would and I will be back Monday to drop off my car so they can fix some extra problems they told me about !

Very friendly and kind service writers. Also they were very punctual and courteous with my appointment. However, my engine light came on and I checked under to hook to find that my oil cap wasn't on. Luckily it was still wedged under the hood and didn't fall off while I was driving.

Dropping my truck off was super convenient and the guys there got my new tires installed and aligned faster than I expected. I could not have had a better experience.

Came for an alignment check and balancing of tires. They made sure my tires were in good condition and got new tires installed when I really neededit. I appreciate Chris, Jonah, Jordan for the great service.

I came in with a flat tire and was really upset but Chris, Issac, and Luther took great care of me and calmed me down. These guys truly understand customer service and are willing to help in any way possible. I got 4 tires, an alignment, wiper blades, and an oil change and it didn t take long. Excellent service in and out. Today wasn't a very busy day. Great in helping to decide best tire for the car performance and price. Brought to my attention other items that's need addressing in the future. Friendly staff and helpful.

Isaac & Luther, Jonah and the other gentleman (I'll update later name) are amazing!!!!! I love this place.Great customer service... Great car care... overall this was an amazing experience. THANK YOU CAMERON FOR ALL YOU DID. This place has been my go to for car care for 7 years... we have had highs and lows but today folks is a HIGH so much so I changed my review... the new team is great.Chris is Amazing as is Luther. Thank you for making my experience amazing.Ladies don't be afraid to come here and service your car. Don't wait til something happens... but if it does... they got you!I came some months ago and they were unable to recreate the issue my car had and graciously reimbursed me for the work. I wish I can say the sam, but last sunday 11/15/2020 to install el full set of tires to a Honda Accord 2016 with Alloy factory wheels.We would like to know what is their Customer care Policies because they scratch two of them. so when i asked the Tech what are they going to do, He said He will us by Wednesday 11/18/20 but nobody have call or anything.I don't usually write bad reviews but this make me started doing it. in this competitive time we are living it is very important that business take good care of their customer.

Complete trash. I had to have my car towed to this location, the night before. From two brand new tires that blew from being installed incorrectly two weeks prior from another Firestone location(Steele creek). They installed two tires to replace the ones that blew, because they are still under warranty. But charging me $100 for the installation. I go to pick my car up and I get there before 7:00 pm, 6:50 pm to be exact. And the location is closed! I had to pay a Uber $30 dollars to get me there. Now I have to pay another $30 for a Uber to take me back home. Then I will have to probably have to pay another Uber $30 dollars to get here tomorrow. That s a additional $60 to spend and to mention the time lost. When I was dropped off in the parking lot. Another customer was arriving to pick up there car before 7pm, only to find out they were in the same predicament as me. They told him verbally, they would have his car ready and be open until 7pm! This is completely unacceptable, the Firestone brand was once known as dependable. However, I see that is no longer the case! This is completely unacceptable and a total inconvenience!

I've been coming here for most of my services and the staff, price, and customer service is always above and beyond! Chris and Sarah are always polite and willing to listen to the issues. They go over and beyond to get the best price and not force you into items you don't need. Take your vehicle here and experience it for yourself. You will not regret it! The service at this location is much better. Ms. Sarah Moore was very helpful to get me an appointment at a short notice. I did vehicle inspection there. Their overall service is also very good and much better than many surrounding Firestone stores.

Josh greeted me within a minute of walking through the door.I told him about my concerns and plans.He was very thorough and attentive. We agreed on a plan of action.His team delivered exactly what was discussed and upsold me on a lifetime alignment package[which is a great deal].Very pleased with my results as well as the customer service.Would recommend, and will get my business.

I've being taking my cars here for years. The manager that is there now does a great job, he is courteous to everyone, very helpful and you feel he has your best interest at heart and not just trying to sell you something. It is convenient, it is best to make an appointment. I recommend giving them a try, much easier than going to dealership, especially for inspections, oil changes and tires.

So, I read the reviews and must say that I'm kinda shocked at any review less than 5 stars. I say this not only because my experience was about as professional and efficient as my service could be, but I noticed the way the manager treated the other customer that was there for service. The manager should be extremely proud of his team and Firestone should hope that their managers Nationwide are providing this kind of world class service. I will be going back to this particular store for new tires in a few weeks and must say that I'm really excited!!! Thank You Firestone - for being who you say you are!

An EXCELLENT Firestone location. I especially thank a guy named "Daniel" for repairing my vehicle. The shop was about to close in 40 minutes and I had a vehicle emergency. Daniel went above and beyond to delay his busy schedule and take a look and repair my vehicle just in time before they close. IMPORTANT POLICY(Firestone law) => Normally, I was supposed to make an appointment, come back early hours, or leave my vehicle in the parking lot and get a Uber to go home. But this was a vehicle emergency and they were very nice enough to grant me a favor. (I live near SC, which is FAR FAR FAR away. Uber would've cost double, and it's about a 2 hour drive from traffic) So this favor meant a lot to me. Like, my bad day could've gotten way worse.Thank you very much! Really. THANK YOU! Highly recommend going to this Firestone location. Very nice, friendly people who take their job seriously and be there for the customer.-------------------------------------------------------------------------My story, BEFORE the visitMy vehicle was in really bad shape, while driving on the highway, The bottom of my car, something was loose and dragging on the road, the "something is wrong" sound was very terrifying and I really thought the loose pieces and parts would fall off and get caught on my tires while driving full speed. I would've got into an accident. Luckily, this location was the closest location and I safely made it. Thank God. Not gonna lie, I was scared for my life.

I know I ve said it before but when you constantly and CONSISTENTLY receive EXCEPTIONAL customer service; you just have to say it again!!! John Buck is amazing!! He never neglects you as a customer. He listens and offers the best solution for your personal situation!! I REFUSE to go anywhere else or allow anyone else to touch my vehicle. Because John is always involved, I m confident every time that my car will be repaired and any further concerns will be brought to my attention, without delay!! Every associate you come in contact with serves you the same way!! Thanks guys, you make the experience incredible, every time!!!!

I will never visit this place again. Customer service is good. However, their technician did horrible work on my car. After only 7000 miles rear tires were completely destroyed due to the poor alignment work. The tires were brand new and should last 50 000 miles. I took my car to Hendrick Toyota dealership and results of the repeated alignment service were shocking. Never again.

My wife and I took our car here because the water pump died. They quoted us over $500 to fix it. We were able to do most of the work ourselves though. All we needed them to do after all was said as done was put the serpentine belt back on, which they did, but didn't put coolant in the engine. There were two jugs of coolant in the back seat that we told them to use three times, but they didn't even fill the radiator, then lied to us when we asked if they had. Both jugs in the back seat were full and the engine started overheating.This was a simple job, they took all day to do it, and didn't even finish it. If I could give zero stars I would. Their mechanics are as incompetent and lazy as their desk staff are friendly.Update: I directed the owner to my wife's review, because it contained more specific details than mine. They offered a partial refund, but said that we'd have to come in to do it, which wouldn't be a problem except that my father paid for the work and he lives in Greensboro. Then the person who called said they would have to talk to a manager to see if they could do the refund remotely. I'm not sure why a manager wasn't making the call themselves. Dealing with customer complaints kind of seems like manager work to me. And they offered to flush the cooling system for us, for some reason? I'm not sure why they would think I would say yes to that. First of all I literally just put new coolant in it. That was a huge part of my original complaint. Maybe they missed that part. Again. And second of all of they couldn't do this right the first time, nearly destroying my engine in the process (I hope they at least know what running with no coolant can do to an engine, that's not even day one schooling, that's just common sense. It's lucky for all of us that I have a short work commute) so why would they think I'd want them poking around in my engine a second time?Just get my dad's money back to him. He did 98% of the job. You guys tightened a bolt, then I guess went to lunch or something and forgot how engines work. Fine, I should spend more time on my homework before choosing a mechanic. Lesson learned.

Great staff Chris the advisor was very helpful and on point with greeting and making sure everyone was helped Michael worked on my vehicle quickly and didn't skip anything that I needed overall the staff is very helpful and friendly and Sarah is very fast and friendly and helpful as well.
