Fast and Excellent Service! I believe the person I spoke to was named Justin. He was amazing, quick and informative. He talked me through buying 4 tires and explained warranties and it wasn t just to run a bill up. He explained things that I never understood or figured had an affect on my car. I dropped off my vehicle so while they serviced my car, they called and mentioned other things that I should consider fixing and that helped a lot. They finished the car so fast! Like less than 2 1/2 hours. They recommended services and EXPLAINED to me the symptoms of not having them fixed. I will be back in less than a week to fix the rest of my car troubles but Thanks to these men! You and your car will be treated right at this location!! The pricing wasn t bad either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A different Firestone had really screwed me over, charging me for wheel alignments despite me having Lifetime Alignment and also poorly installing my struts. Unfortunately, the front strut failed just after warranty. However, this West Harris location went above and beyond, first noting my previous fraudulent charges and helping me to be reimbursed. The manager felt very bad about the warranty and was able to help by reducing labor costs. They got me all squared away and I appreciate their honesty. I will return!

The customer service was very friendly and welcoming. They got my vehicle right in without an appointment and had me on my way in no time. The prices were very reasonable too. It was a great overall experience and I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends or family. I will definitely be bringing all of my fleet vehicles here.

I scheduled for a oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle. Prior to arrival at the store I made two distinctive marks on each of my front tires ( each side of vehicle). When I got home both same tires were still on the front of my vehicle. The mechanic did not rotate my tires, but I was still charged for services not performed.

went to get a tire plugged & a kid named jacob damaged my rim during the process. if you drive a nice vehicle i wouldn t recommend coming here

Was a bit skeptical because of reviews but mike at the front helped me out a lot and was very great at customer service I came in for just a alignment and I had planned on getting tires at my usual spot but we got to talking and he got my tires for me right then and there and for cheaper and without a appointment which is important to me only having one day off a week and traveling all over the world for work ! My experience went very well and I will be back thanks to mike

First I called ahead of time and asked about getting just a battery and alternator check. I was just at another location that told me that they check the alternator, battery, and starter in one test, as that is what their machine does. Both location told me that this does not cost anything. They took an hour just to check this. After I finally was able to talk to someone they tried to charge me for the alternator test. So apparently firestone shops are way different at each location. I went to buy a battery and they ended up saying they don't have the one they attempted to sell me and I had to buy another. They said it would be an hour and a half just to change it. I just told them I would change it myself. I then waited almost another half hour for then to just pull my car around. This shop is so incompetent. It took over 2 hours just just get a battery check, alternator check, and to buy a battery, that is ridiculous. They don't seem to have any priority on the car they are working on and jump between them as well as like to stand around and do nothing in the back. They are so unorganized. It took me like 10 minutes to change my battery by the way, and I don't do it for a living. I will never go back to this shop for anything.

I would not leave any stars if I could.. I simply stopped into get my air pressure checked and Jonathan super rude..."It right there check it yourself" I need had that happen they always check it for you... He had a pissy attitude as soon as I walked through. Unacceptable customer service!

They have terrible customer service and they will cheat you if you don't know any better. Don't come here or if you have to, call around and get a couple quotes because if they think they can get over on you they will. I was quoted approximately $700 for a service at the DEALERSHIP would cost 300 and 275 at the local mechanics. Don't go here

Completely unprofessional locationThe absolute worst one.Came in for a job that was previously scheduled just for the incompetent front office/ manager to not have employees on schedule to do a job they offer.Much better Firestone location 5 mins from this place that offers all services in complete.

Replacement of catalytic converter and oxygen sensors. Competitive pricing and commitment to get the job done right. They treated us as if they appreciated our business. We will continue to use them for our car needs.

I stopped at Firestone because my tire was going flat causing issues for me to drive. I asked for help was told he didn't know if he had the time I could just sit and wait !!!!! Customer service was AWFUL guess I was the wrong color !!!

This Firestone location has terrible service. It has been slowly getting worse over time. Months again I took my vehicle there and it was there for a week. I was told that a part had to ordered, I had to call them for updates and when I did no one even touched the car. After the wrong part was ordered twice. I was told to take my car to the deal.After the manager stepped in and fixed the problem I said I would give them one more chance.Today (8/22/21) I took my car in for a battery check. I was told by Aaron it can be all these things other than that and it going to take an hour to check the battery. Yes! An hour. After 2 hours I was told it is the battery and it would b almost $200 for a new battery. I asked for cheaper battery options per Aaron ( we only carry Die Hard batteries we do have anything cheaper)I calmly declined and was charged $30 for the battery check. I paid to avoid being the angry black man.I took my car to advance auto parts where the same Die Hard battery was half the price and installation was free.Bye Firestone, me & my 3 vehicles will not miss you.

First, I don't know why they have the appointment system in place . Second, they don't even have a person permanently at the front counter to greet customers. Nobody was there when I came in. I had to wait like 5 minutes, then go to the back of the store to get somebody's attention, then wait until the gentleman in front of me in line was attended. If people make appointments, they expect the work will start immediately at the time of appointment, maybe a few minutes later but that's it; its not fair to have to wait like a walk in customer, when you had taken provisions on making an appointment ahead of time as they suggested you to do. That is unacceptable. from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm to change oil and state inspection. Really? I will not come back.

I will definitely be back to this location. Staff is super friendly and the service is amazing. In the past few days, I ve needed an oil change, state inspection, and a new battery. Firestone had the best prices out of any other place I checked. I don t feel intimidated by the employees (as I often do, as a person with zero car knowledge) and I feel they are up-front and honest when speaking with me. Thank you for making my car maintenance experience very quick and low-stress! Joe and Ervin were more than helpful (and patient with me) and I really appreciate that.

Every single time my car breaks down or I need to get it looked at I go here. I have had exceptional service every time. The staff here goes above and beyond the call of duty. There was even one time they stayed late for me because my car wasn't finished yet. I have always heard horror stories of women being charged more on car repairs and I never have to worry about that here. They charge a fair price and they are extremely professional. I will be a loyal customer here as long as I live in Charlotte.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I will never go to this Firestone again! I have an 04 Honda Accord that I have always kept up with the maintenance. I normally go to the Harrisburg Firestone but because this one was closer I went to the WT Harris Chesire location. I dropped my Honda off for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. 4 days later my car had trouble starting. My car was in good condition before I dropped it off. No check engine light was on, I got a new starter 2 years ago, a new alternator a year ago, and also a new battery so I was very confused. I dropped it back off at Firestone, while waiting for an associate there was another lady complaining about the service on her car and asked for the customer service and corporate number .I explained my issue and that my car was perfectly fine before I dropped it off for an inspection and oil change .they fixed what they thought was the problem. They charged me for the labor and the tests to check everything! As soon as I got home, I cut my car off and tried to cut it back on, it would not crank. I immediately dropped it back off at Firestone. They made me leave it over night. They called me the next morning and told me that they checked again for everything twice, including the starter, the battery, and the alternator and that everything looked fine and they couldn t find an issue. They also claimed that the car was automatically starting for them and that they were not experiencing any of the issues I had explained to them. Which was odd because I can t make this up. I drove it the rest of the day and it was fine. The next day it wouldn t crank. I took it to a trusted mechanic and sure enough it was the starter. He told me that the starter looked brand new. I went and purchased a new one and he put it in for me. He showed me the old one where someone had screwed with it. I m convinced someone there did something to my starter. Also the Hispanic looking man with shoulder length curly hair is very rude and needs to work on his customer service! I took my car to Firestone for a simple service and it turned into a very expensive mistake!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment to get my oil changed at the location at 8:00 a.m. November 2, 2021. I made sure I was on time so I could hopefully get my car back before noon. I received a call from Service Advisor Tommy at 11 a.m. that day. He asked about additional stuff they can do including the oil change and I declined. Tommy told me they would call me when my car is ready. I had to call them myself after 6 hours went by and they told me it was ready. When I received my keys, I was getting ready to leave and there was a trial of white smoke coming from my tail pipe. My car is a 2017 GMC denali Acadia with 40,000 miles on it, and my third oil change since I bought it. This never happened before but Service Advisor Tommy told me to just drive it around so the smoke can go away..smh.. I took my car to my recommended dealership and come to find out they put the wrong oil in my vehicle. If I can save anyone some time and money, pleaaasssse DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET ANY WORK DONE!!! They are wicked people. I know mistakes happen but to try to cover up the situation and act like nothing happend is ridiculous!! I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. and didn't leave firestone until 5:51 p.m. I will be doing as much as I can for this not to happen to anyone else.
