This store is excellent. My son drove from Idaho and he needed one of his trucks tires get fixed. They took him and fixed the tire quickly. Everyone was very nice and professional, especially Amanda. She kept my phone that I left there and returned it to me. I highly recommend this location.

Made online appointment for oil change, 4 new tires (confirmed in stock) and state inspection. Got an email confirmation all was good. Got a 2nd email stating I needed to call to confirm a few questions before arriving. I called Firestone and confirmed the size of my tires, if they are run flats or not, and all was good for my appointment in 2 days. I showed for my appt at 8am to drop off my BMW. He said they would get it done and call me to confirm any tire issues. I received a call at 2pm stating my oil change was complete, but we didn t get to your inspection due to our system being down (I understand that - no fault of their own). Also no tires for ya those were discontinued.. offered me another option that was $1100 more than what I originally had confirmed to receive.I was blown away at how I got a call at 2pm when I dropped off at an 8am appt for only oil to be changed or hell I hope it was.I don t recommend, but to each their own. Poor service. Discount tire got me taken care of same day.

Second time here. First time I got an oil change and opted to spend the extra money on the life time alignment. All turned out fine that visitSecond visit, oil change and the first time I'm getting to use my free alignment and wouldn't you know? It's going to actually cost me $450 to fix it.My car drove fine before coming here. I took it on a long distance trip last week and it was fine. But now it pulls hard to the right, makes a whirring sound, and the tires are vibrating.Not to mention they just waste your time coming in, you stand there in the lobby waiting for 15+ min for someone to come talk to you. And it took them five hours to do my oil change and alignment even having an appointment

Scam Likely beware these dudes are the mechanics that they make movies about.They are not going to fix anything unless they can get $200 or more don t care what it is and if they can t it get they ll break something else to make sure they get it and if that doesn t work then they will let your car sit in the parking lot and then tell you they can t help you.I would also bring a gun or some pepper spray and have it in your hand not in your pocket book.And don t where anything revealing clothing wise also cover up.

Took 3 hours for my car to get an oil change. 3 hours and this is with an appointment already confirmed. I asked the guy named Jerry if he was sure they put a updated sticker in my car for when the next oil change is due and he said yes they did and they even reset your cars electronic reminder. I get in my car and there is NO new sticker or even no reset on my car reminder. It was coming up with the old message. So I walk right back in the store and say "yeah ... so how about that sticker?" , normally I wouldn't be so petty over a sticker but after 3 hours of waiting for a service that takes absolutely no time to do and then they can't even complete the proper protocols, yeah I was pretty over it.He yells out to the guys who worked on the car to get the sticker and they were like huh what car? Smh. Wow. Oh and then when I asked if they were going to reset the electronic reminder the one guy was like I don't know how to I need to ask someone, the other guy didn't know either and had to look it up on his phone.I paid more money here than Valvoline and Valvoline is instant yall not 3 hours. Don't waste your time here. Seriously. Atleast this location specifically.

Jerry was outstanding, excellent customer service, he answered all my questions and concerns. Service was promt as well, everyone there was super friendly/professional even asked if I have already been helped....I will definitely be back to Firestone Arrowood. Again thanks guys have a great day!!!!

I am at this location to get a Safety Admission update.I had to come here based on the Steele Creek location did not have The Machine to check the car tent on the windowsThis location need to HIRE more young men like AndreI got in the location at 10:30a left at 12:19 without my inspectionThis is not good businessAndre came to work at noonThe other two workers Bad for growing business

I had the most amazing experience. I was greeted by Manny soon as I entered the store. Very nice and polite. Afterwards, Angel helped me by breaking down the different types of services I needed and explaining in detail what each service or equipment meant. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. From this day forward, Firestone will be my go to for all my care needs. Thank you Angel and Manny for providing top notch service.

Came in kinda last minute because i ran over a nail on a Saturday but no worries. Juan & Micheal came through in a major way. Squeezed me in and got me out in under a hour. So I like to visit a place 2 or more times before I write a review. Just incase the 1st time was a fluke! This Firestone(as far as me living in Charlotte) is my team!!! All the guys are absolutely great! Angel is the best! From not only the service I have received but watching Angel handle all aspects of the shop. He is very patient and wonderfully personable over the phone and in person. Since my 1st call back in April 2023(now June 2023) I will continue to come here! The guys are respectful, kind and make an effort to inform you about what is going on with your vehicle without making you feel ignorant. Most importantly they are honest! They will not perform and charge you for work that does not need to be done and will give you to the best of their knowledge a time frame in which you should return for any work that will need to be done. If they give their word as far as a promotion or discount it is honored!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

If you aren't Hispanic or white,they will act like they are too busy to do anything to your car. Even if it's as small as repairing a flat. Very unprofessional. All they do is stand around all day and play around like teenagers. This location needs to be shut down.

Slow & zero customer service. Dropped my car off for a noon appointment. By 430p they had not gotten to my car or contacted me. When I contacted them, was told the car needed to be kept overnight. Done with Firestone.

Told me it would be an hour to an hour and half but they were done in 30 minutes, they were honest with me that my back two tires were fine and didn't need to be changed yet, and the price per tire was $2 cheaper than the listed price online. Couldn't recommend enough. Plus shoutout to Angel for being very friendly and helpful throughout my experience.Service: Tires

I arrived to have an inspection done but also needed an oil change and wheel alignment. Stood in the lobby for ten minutes with one guest in the lobby. There was no sign or anything indicating if they were out for lunch, busy, nothing. Nobody spoke to me vice versa. I m sure the owner wouldn t be happy about money walking out the door.

Horrible experience. First off since I've been using firestone every time I've made an appointment online I've been called to talk about my appointment. First time I had to contact them to confirm it was set. Then I arrive on time at 8 am and one is there, at least no one as in works. At least 4 other customers were waiting along with me. The first worker arrived at 815 but wasn't one with a key second arrived at 840 with the key. Once I was able to get to the desk and talk with them about what service I needed, an alternator swap. I was told it would take about 2 and 1/2 after my part arrived but I would most likely be done by end of the day I explained that I need the car by tonight. I was told that they would do their best and contact me with any issues. I left around 920. By 230 I called and was told they were gonna call me and that there is an ac line in the way. the techs working today are not certified to work on an ac line. And that for safety reasons would have to wait till the certified guy comes In and he will be in tomorrow. I asked well can you at least charge my battery I need the car for tonight I will wait if you need time to do that. I was told sure I said I'll come around 4 is that enough time. Was told yes that was fine. When I arrived the car did start but the battery was almost dead. ( I also asked the left rh battery disconnected so it wouldn't drain which they agreed to and did do. I ended up going to AutoZone and waiting an hour and a half to have the battery charged. I went back the next day at 830 and was told sorry I was gonna call but had a lot of paperwork. The tech was off today. I decided to leave the car and was told they would call me tomorrow if any issues. By 130 I called since no one called. Was told it wasn't fully done. When I arrived it was finished I asked to use my 10% discount. When I left since I was in a rush I looked at the invoice I received two $10 discounts not the 10%. Which was a difference of about $50 to $60

Watch out for scamming from this location... My friend brought her vehicle in for a tire that needed a patch because of a nail in the tread. They called her later that day saying she had a screw in the sidewall of a different tire that couldn't be patched, but not to worry bc they had a sale on tires and a discount if you signed up for their credit card. We had looked over all her tires before it went in and there was no screw until they "found" it. There are plenty of other more honorable tire shops you can bring your vehicle to than this place.

We brought our son s Subaru to this place and had a really great experience all the staff is very friendly and professional and speak Spanish too ! Good prices we highly recommend it. Hablan espa�ol y muy bueno su servicio muchas gracias.

I was looking to get my car looked at for an oil concern. The person who spoke with me was honest and explained that I needed to wait until the estimate on our accident was done because then it would be covered. He didn't have to do that.

Living in 2 states and 3 different cities over 10 years, this is the most genuine and honest Firestone I have been too! I ve been to many different locations and talked to many technicians. Tommy is outstanding and deserves all the good coming his way! He is so customer friendly. When needed, I will be back to this location.
