To make a long story short, the key for my Stack-On cabinet was stolen and in my infinite wisdom I attempted to drill the lock out myself. After snapping 17 drill bits I decided to reach out to the pros and brought the cabinet over to Eastway Lock and Key for an office visit.Tristin and Bryant had the door open within fifteen minutes and for less money than I spent on my dear departed drill bits. Top notch guys, top notch service.Also, they sell safes in-store too. So I no longer need to use a $150 cabinet to store my $4000 worth of machinery.

My husband and I accidently locked ourselves out of our house last night. Friday night, Good Friday - we were so grateful Tracy Wilson was on call to help us out. We called another company first and the person they sent couldn't get us into our home. We then called Eastway and Tracy was at our home in less than 15 mins. I explained to him prior to his arrival that another locksmith had unsuccessfully tried to gain entry. He said he could handle it and felt sure he could get us in. It was dark and we had been outside for going on 3.5 hours so once he got us in, we were very grateful. He was so calm and we knew when he got there that we would get in. Thank you Tracy and Eastway! We'll call you first for any lock needs!

This is long overdue. About a month and a half ago I went grocery shopping on a Saturday morning. Apparently sometime during that the key fob for my apartment came off of my keyring. Nobody else could open my door and I was faced with having to go get a hotel room because the office wasn't open on weekends. Eastway Lock and Key was amazing. It took a little work but he got me inside. So truly grateful for you guys. Highly recommend this company. I really wish I could remember the guy's name that helped me. He was awesome. Thanks again.

I walked (ran) in at 4:58 and Tristan was so friendly even though they were closing in 2 minutes. He was able to make my copies and i was in my car by 5:05. So friendly and FAST!! Even though they are not close to where i live it is worth the drive for this service!!

I was in Charlotte visiting family when my key got stuck in their front door lock. to make matters worse no one was at the house except me.Luckily I found Eastway Lock & Key! They were at the house within eight minutes. Jacob was fantastic! He quickly got the key out and fixed the issue. He went above and beyond as he checked out door itself and all lock components.Priced very fairly! If you need help with a Locksmith I highly recommend Jacob and Eastway lock and key.

Awesome place! Stephan helped clarify with me over phone and even hooked me up with a cheaper option (by vetting out keys that I bought elsewhere that happened to be workable). He cut and programmed and I was good to go with a great deal! Nice work!

Awesome service from Tristin and Jeff. We were in and out within 10 minutes to get a copy of our bike key cut. Would recommend coming here for any of your key, lock, or safe needs.

Chris was tenacious as he opened my van up for me today. It was cold, not easy, and Chris never quit. Ford Transit vans are not easy to Pop A Lock. Thank you very much Eastway and Lock! You've got a great guy.

Very fast and friendly service. We needed two fobs and spare keys programmed and cut for our 2015 Dodge Caravan We purchased our fobs off Amazon, took them to Eastway and owner had us taken care of in about 30 minutes compared to having to leave it for hours with dealership to get it done. Their prices was very reasonable and work very efficient. Would recommend them to anyone who is in need of car/fobs replacement/locksmith work. Thanks Eastway!!! Our non-working fobs/key issues are all resolved and taken care of by your company. Will recommend family and friends to your company for locksmiths needs!

Needed to get Schlage encode plus rekeyed. Eastway Lock & Key was able to do it in under 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

They had a kid come and try to unlock my door with a brand new set of tools ordered off Amazon. He couldn't open it after an hour and my neighbor had to let me in. Charged full price for accomplishing nothing. I think it was the kids first day on the job. Will never use this service again.

This is the best place to buy keys in Charlotte! Not only the can they get you in if you re locked out of your property but their locks and key duplicates and staff are on point!

Thanks so much for your exceptional service. The technician arrived before the scheduled time and was able to key all my locks to the same key. It's a blessing not to have to carry all those keys. I am so thankful and will recommend Eastway as the ONLY choice for security services!

I came in today for a few keys needing to be cut for my office space. Tristin helped me immensely. He was very quick and very helpful and even offered to help me put all my keys back on the ring because I have no nails haha. I will definitely be coming back.
