I had a 10 am appointment and didn't leave until 4 pm. This horrible experience ruined my whole day. Then when they did finish my car, I had to turn around in traffic because the rotors was on wrong making a loud noise. After that I had to wait an hour for service to get it right. Absolutely a nightmare !!!!!

Ron and the crew are always pleasant,helpful and respectful. I miss Ron my service specialist he made sure my the car problem was fixed. When I bought ny Xterra in with a problem it came out the shop fixed. And it ran better. My car did not come out with a new problem costing me 2 legs and a arm.. He made me feel like I could trust dealerships with my car again. But now that he is gone the care for making a buck rather than fixing the car is back. The inexperienced mechanic and the high cost is back.i wish the old days was back when service quality and honor matter again.

I was in the market for an upgrade on my Nissan 2016 I called made an appointment test drove the car I liked and was in and out within 3 hours I now own a 2022 Nissan Sentra from the show room floor my sales person was very helpful thank you Hans for a smooth transition from my old car to my new car

I went here without an appointment to order a part, and while I was waiting I asked if someone could help me get my expired license plate off. The screw was stripped and I had to get my new plate put on. One of the service guys did it for no charge and with a smile. The parts guy Brett was courteous and helpful too! I appreciate the excellent service and wanted them to know.

I love Charlotte East Nissan I always come and get all my cars and service done here. Ronald Digsby has sold me two of my cars. He has great customer service and make sure your pleased before leaving.... I love him!

Transmission went out a month after warranty and they refused to help in any way. Also charged 150 dollars for a diagnosis when they knew in advance what problem was. I asked to talk to someone in customer service. When I talked to someone in their customer service dept. Who I thought might help they had me speak to a salesman named AJ whom was extremely sarcastic and said it was not his job to help people after a warranty expires. I will never take my business to this dealership again.

Took it in for a humming/buzzing sound, was told it was the belt and belt tensioner we had it replaced and after paying 817.000 the problem still remained. Took it back in to have them look at it and they are now saying it the alternator pulley bearing and we need to pay additional 900.00 for a misdiagnosis on their part. NO offer to correct the problem or reimburse the first mistaken diagnosis. WE try to follow up with them and now they are saying they have no record of us coming back in the second time. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING ALL THEY WANT IS TO TAKE YOU MONEY AND NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!Service: Engine repair

R. Digsby was my salesman first the 3rd time he has been a blessing to my family. Today he provided excellent customer service for my baby as she purchased her first car. Thank you east Charlotte Nissan for employing such a kind professional gentleman. I recommend this dealership and Mr. Digsby to any and every one.

I had one of the best car buying experiences here. I came in knowing what I wanted and they never steered me away, Brandon hunt was the salesman that helped me out. Brandon did everything in his power to make sure I left with the car I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

I had my daughter take her car to East Charlotte Nissan for service. While doing so her service advisor let her know that she she needs a torque converter seal for her transmission, which will cost $3500 dollars. Please don't trust these people in the service department.

My son wanted a Nissan 370z.. we ride by one caught his eye.. after meeting one of the most amazing salesman Brandon Hunt he made my son dreams come true.. not only did my son get a 370z he got a 2020 370z.. if you want a great car and amazing service please come to East Charlotte Nissan..

Be careful people that work here dont do there job right first my 2017 nissan got the fog light damage second my other nissan maxima 2016 was there for oil change and they left the oil cap unsecured now the whole hood of my car is splash with oil very unprofessional ima investigate who did the work and ima file a complaint hope they hire people that really want to work not lazy unprofessional people

I enjoyed this experience with this being my first time purchasing a car in my name . I went to one dealership and they gave me the run around I came here and dealt with Ronald Digsby and he assisted me in a greatly manner and had me turn my frown upside down I really enjoyed working with him ! :)

I highly recommend there service department, even though the people at the front desk, more or less flat out lied about a truck that I asked about. But I don't hold that against the service department.

Customer service at the service department is the worst, the service adviser Ron Traver did not return my calls, the service manager Todd does not care about anything, he did not return my calls either, they lost my car tag while the vehicle was being repair at their dealership and then they claimed not being responsible at all, they did not even offered an apology , Todd the manager just told me that it is not his or their problem and that he did not care, he was very Rude , now I have to pay for a tag I did not lose and expend the time at the DMV, their work is also bad, they charged me over $300 to clear the check engine light and the light came out the next day, just terrible experience, will never bring my vehicles there and will not recommend to bring any business to them at all, they do not deserve it.

They robbed me with out a gun as far as I'm concerned, charged me $500 bucks misdiagnosed and fixed absolutely nothing.
