I had a fantastic experience at Dynamic Auto Tune, I highly recommend them! From the moment i walked in, i felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Scott and Eric was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the repairs needed for my Audi in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would not own European cars if it wasn't for Dynamic Auto Tune! Also a there show room is Amazing and can work from there show room.

This is now the second car I have trusted with Dynamic Auto Tune and they do not disappoint. They did a fantastic job both completing needed maintenance and helping to install some go fast bits I had purchased during Black Friday. They were very thorough and took the time to explain the work that was completed. I will continue to use dynamic for all my Audi maintenance needs!

I have taken several cars to many mechanic shops in different states and I have to say Dynamic Auto tune is the best. Their customer service alone is worth coming back because you know you are being taken care of and not being taken advantage of compared to other shops. The folks here know what they're talking about will guide you to what you need/want vs trying to sell you something that you don't want. Very quick turnaround time and great prices. I'll definitely be taking my BMW back. Eric and the team are there for you.

Updating my review for dynamic as it has been a few years since I first posted it. Recently got my e92 m3 supercharged through dynamic auto tune with an active autowerke stage 2 level 2 kit and am more than impressed and happy with the results. Brent did a wonderful job on the installation and Ted made sure the large job was done at a good and competitive price. Had to take it back in after about a week of driving it supercharged to get the kit looked at after running into a small issue and they were able to fix the problem and have me on my way is less than an hour at no extra charge! Really goes to show they care about the work and quality they do.Great group of friendly and knowledgeable car enthusiasts that will continue to be who I trust to keep my car running.

My first time using Dynamic Auto Tune and I was impressed with their customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys. I had my alignment done and they got me in within 3 days. Very pleased with the experience. They have some cool cars parked inside the lobby. Very eye appealing.Will definitely use them again.

This was my first visit with Dynamic Auto Tune Charlotte and the staff was stellar.!!I dropped in on a Saturday and was given prices for parts and labor for a repair needed. The young man who assisted me quoted fair pricing and was very professional and accommodating.I called back on a Wednesday and spoke with a young lady.I advised my computer was getting repaired and I needed her help with ordering the parts needed for repair.This something the customer would normally do. She so kindly took my credit card info and ordered the parts for me.How amazing is that!!She followed up with me as soon as the parts came in and set up an appointment.Dropped off my BMW 430i for the new front trim cover Grille/ Insert Air Intake and they quickly replaced within a few hours.I was amazed at the quick turnaround. Been taking all my cars to this shop for a long time and they have always given me honest opinions and recommendations to make sure I get the best service and deal possible. I recently had my Supra diagnosed here when a Toyota dealership was not able to find the problem for a couple of days and Dynamic was able to find it within 2 hours and then helped me with how to fix the problem. My car is still under warranty and can be fixed so now I have proof to show the dealership what the problem is.

Some months ago I had Dynamic Auto Tune install a new air compressor, valve block, and front ride height sensor on my Mercedes. After installation they told me they couldn t complete a ride height calibration because the vehicle was in an accident. Seemed like a shady way to get out of completing the job so I went to an Indy shop up in Huntersville. After looking over the work they performed, they concluded the front height sensor needed to be installed correctly. My vehicle was then able to be calibrated.Fast forward to last week .and I need a new valve block again. Needless to say I won t be bringing my vehicle back here. I ll eat the cost of a new valve block before going back here to warranty out the old part. From my experience, they aren t knowledgeable enough on Mercedes, and would rather rid themselves of the job after being compensated.

I called to ask about having a specific type of work done on our 2016 sprinter van and I got a brisk response of no we don t do that which is totally fine I asked if they knew of any shops that do that type of work and the guy briskly said no and hung up before I could ask other questions such as if there are other options, as well as about having work done on my G63, etc sucks they are quick to hang up on people. Extremely unprofessional and I don t recommend Dynamic Auto Tune as they are quick to hang up on people.

I ve had my Volkswagen serviced here multiple times now and they really do the most to make sure it is running as smoothly as possible. On top of that, they are so friendly and I feel welcome there every time!

Dynamic Auto Tune has always looked after my BMWs across the years. I have been to so many dealerships and they always end up messing up my car instead of actually fixing it. I was recommended here by a client and best choice. First time I have taken my vehicle to them and I was really impressed with Ted, Mark, and their team. They did a courtesy inspection of my car, used high quality products only, and didn't try to "upsell" things to me that I didn't need. It was a refreshing experience and I will definitely be back! I've been using Dynamic for 5 years. They have done all of my servicing including oil/fluid changes, coolant system replacement, oil filter housing gasket, valve cover, brake air ducts, and brakes. Never had any issues and they always work to get you the best deal. Highly recommend

Excellent service and install of mid pipe on my G87 M2. Ted and Scott knowledgeable and strait service. Happy with labor cost, definitely will recommend for work on your BMW.

These guys do quality work. I ve had work done on my Audi RS3 as well as my M5C. Whether its tuning or exterior mods like spoilers, side skirts, etc. they can do it right.I also love that you can provide your own parts for them to install for you. I know some shops are weird about that.Highly recommend Dynamic Auto Tune to anyone looking for quality work.

I have been bringing my 2017 Range Rover sport here for the last year and my service has been nothing less than impeccable. Prior to bringing my Range Rover here I also brought my Mercedes here as well. I am HIGHLY please with their services and never leave with any complaints. It is very hard to schedule appointments at the Land Rover dealership but I am able to rest knowing that Dynamic Auto Tune provides outstanding service and in my opinion better than the dealership! As long as they are here, I will continue to be a customer!Services: Exhaust, Oil change

Very responsive. Had some electrical issues with my Mercedes and they knew exactly what s wrong with it and fixed swiftly. This shop will be my go to shop when my German cars need repair or service. Plus they have awesome display cars inside their shop

First time at Dynamic Auto and I'll definitely go back. Happy client! They gave prompted service. A+ Andrew front desk is the best! Everyone are.Update June 2022 - this place is high class. I went Friday to get something installed, I supplied my parts. They took all morning to get it fit, but unfortunately it didn t work out. They didn t charge me anything. Wow!!!From now on, they will be getting my other cars for services or upgrades. A++ Dynamic Auto Tune. I ll see you soon to get Downpipes install.Update July 22nd 2022Another great service from Dynamic Auto Tune. Got some Dinan Ignition Coils installed with new Spark Plugs

This was a 4.5 star place in 2018. I take my e36, e39, and B8.5 here, and only here. I came in for spark plugs & oil change. Got in the car as they finished at closing time and they broke my driver seat. Completely clapped. I lean back like a lowriderThere is no back support. I talked to the owner after and he tried to compare my 97 bmw to my grandmother. My grandmother is dead. I was born in 1993. He said "If a nurse breaks your grandma's hip it's because she's old." I told him to not compare my dead grandmother to my automobile. They broke my seat and wouldn't completely take responsibility for it. He said if I found another seat "he would put it in for free." He's admitting that he is wrong, he's at fault, and owes me the rrspect to return my car the way it was given to him. So he asks one of his friends to sell me a e36 seat on Facebook. He said the seat broke because it's old like my grandmother and it's an age thing. Very disrespectful. What if I open a 2024 car door and the handle broke? It's not old age. It's care and respect. Never again. I am a BMW guy, e36, e39, f10, another f10, f15. I'm an enthusiast, this place tried to take advantage of me.The thing that gives them zero respect from me, is that I got that car in like 2017, suspension, KW coilovers, every maintenance from their shop. I got a driver and passenger seat from ebay, they installed perfect, then they brake my driver seat and call me a liar. You guys were the one who installed it, and broke it. But he thinks is my fault.They put the two front seats in and broke one of them. I handed them a car with spark plug problems, and they asked me for $1000+ and broke my driver seat, admitted it was their fault because it's "an old car". What kind of excuse is that. Respect Your Elders.Used to have great staff that even remember when I bout that e36, newconplete suspension/coilovers, convertible top, tires, new seats, years of maintenance.Then they break my driver seat and lie about it. No honor. Very disrespectful. They took zero responsibility for something they did and said I r was because an older car.They work on new and older classic cars. They should treat them with the same respect. Don't bring an older car because they will treat it poorly, and if anything goes wrong they will say it happened because the age of the car.

I always feel well treated by the staff at Dynamic Auto Tune. This oil change visit revealed more work that needed to be done on my higher mileage Audi. I had my 7 year old with me who had been very patient so far but couldn't handle another couple hours and an employee let me borrow his car so I could get my boy fed while the work was finished up. It's nice to do business with folks who actually care about you and not just about your money. These are class act people who have always proven to be honest and trustworthy. I feel good about going here and will remain a repeat customer of this business.Services: Vehicle maintenance, Oil change

So, it was time to paint my 2003 350Z so I thought about buying a spoiler and having it installed before having the car painted. I stopped by a local body shop and the guy was hesitate if he would be able to install it. On the way to a second body shop, I passed Dynamic Auto Tune. They always work on my BMW M3 so I stopped and asked Scott if they could install the spoiler, he took one look at the part and said yes. I just never thought about dropping the Z off there since they specialize in the German Cars. I dropped the car off they took no time to install the spoiler. Man, it fit like a glove. Those guys can do anything. After picking the car up I took it to the body shop for a fresh paint job. The spoiler gives the front end a more aggressive look.
