I've never worked for a company as horrible as this one. Everything, and I mean everything implemented by management is reactive. There is little to no proactive thinking there. Management lacks diversity. You'll only find people of color in expendable positions with a high turnover rate. There's also little continuity on ethics and disciplinary actions. There's a guy still working there, known for hitting coworkers with cars, but people get written up for having back bones in dealing with management. Rules are discarded for others, while some get thrown under the bus and reversed on to make sure they got you. They prefer malleable minds.. smart enough to follow protocol and regurgitate their rhetoric, but dumb enough to stay oblivious to their manipulation, favoritism, and hypocrisy.

The company is great by far but some of the management takes away the greatness of this company. If there is a situation that they dint want to hear they will try their best to ignore you. Sometimes they talk down on you or disrespectful and expect you to take it. If you don't take it you are subject to some kind of disciplinary action. You report the situation management get a slap on the hand and nothing changes when it comes to you. I've had management call me a liar to my face before and never got an apology but expected me to act the next day like everything is ok. They promote who they like to give money to. I've been there for over 2 years and only got moved to $12 for an level 2 associated. They have promoted people and given them more money within 6 months of employment. These ppl are making way more than me now and they dont have a family to feed. I have expressed and shown how much I want to move up. Instead of helping they put you where they want you to go. The reasons they give for not moving you up is ridiculous. I was dedicated to this company but they continued to turn there back on me. Reported and incident that involved another employee threatening. I ended up getting punished as well to where I have never been wrote up to this is your final warning anything else and you will be fired. So basically I believe my time is coming short here since I went from 0-100. They dont like you asking questions because they feel you are challenging them. They are not open to ideas. In the reviews they make up crazy things to try and not give you money. Like I had in one of my reviews about going to the vending machine only ONCE, when I see numerous of people go there throughout the day. On my write up the situation that I reported was written exactly how the other person said it was meant ing what I said didn't matter even though u had witnesses. Not a fair place to work. I am just waiting for a crazy excuse to fire me as we speak. I used to have faith in the company and tried to stay calm through all the mess I have seen over the years I've been here. I am sure I am missing a few things cause I could write a book on the things that go on.

This company practices unsafe road practices, they cut out in front of other drivers I work behind the inspection center in charlotte all the cars sit out in the open. When they are driving them the gun it like they are being chased, if they are treating the vehicles like this I suren dont want to buy one

evidently drive time is the sort of place that won't hire a Technician with A level experience, to do simple inspections, that has a 20 year old felony.Dont buy from drivetime.

So unsafe. They block the road way and pull out in front of people without looking. I work at an office on the same road and have almost been hit multiple times by their employees.

Chop shop for used up rental cars. Don't buy from this place you don't know what you will get.

Horrible place. Took forever to find someone to check in the cars. Then they left had to leave the keys on the desk. This place is a joke.
