I had a great experience when i made the choice to get my work done on my new 2024 Ram limited 1500. The owner is very professional and helpful with me in helping me figure out the best possibilities went it came to get the necessary products and he took the time to actually come out to inspect my vehicle after it was tinted to check and see which bed cover protection would be best for me. I had also been shopping around for better deals online and he beat them all.So I highly recommend them.

Just got my 28 tires put on at Dirty South Customs and I m very pleased with them! You definitely can t beat the price and the turnaround is A+ .Make sure you go check em out, best rim shop in Charlotte, hands down!!

The owner and the receptionist were very helpful and friendly. The owner walked us around and showed us the different options of rims he had available. He had a good supply of rims to choose from and he even offered to customize them for us. They switched out my rims and sensors in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable. I definitely would recommend this business to not just anyone but everyone .

I went in to have my windows tinted and saw all the wheels they had in stocks and I couldn't resist purchasing a set of white staggered Mercekis for the new lexus I just purchased. They also suggested caliper paint I had it done on the spot thatsvwhatv in call service now I am looking at a new sound system i Def will be coming back for that

I got my 2022 Altimas windows tinted Great customer service from start to finish, might I add I was a walk in. The whole process took about an hour and a half & any questions or concerns I had was answered without any attitude or frustration! I can be extra! I was pleased in the end and I d definitely recommend you check them out.

I paid 2k for a lift job, I was told my car would be ready in 1 week, two days before due date I was told they had to order parts I had to wait 1 more week totaling to two weeks. When I get there my car had been wreaked on the side of my back door to my fender . I asked about wat happen the owner said he don't kno. I ask if he had cameras he said yes but did not try to resolve problem. Also paid for a lift job where they did not order new parts but got used parts to save money on my car, also test drove my car after and it shakes like it have 100 pounds of air in it and my tires are brand new and my wheels do not have any bends or cracks Also my car was cut due to make rims fit but the cut is very tacky. I was told that he would make sum of it right but as a person who been doing this for over 17 years it should have been right from the jump, if you are looking for lift and cutting check your work before u pay make sure your parts new and and just make sure your car has not been wreaked in their possession . Did not get a refund or any discounts due to issuies all I got was a car that will not be look at the same as I brought it to them to be a totally let down

Well today I got with MY BOY Sham at Dirty South Customs and HE DEFINITELY GOT ME RIGHT! Drop my deposit on a FRESH SET OF 24inch VOGUE TIRES yesterday and GOT THEM TODAY WITH NO PROBLEM N OR WAIT! I shop on line ALL D TIME but when comes to me GETTING MY VOGUE TIRES WITHOUT D WAIT, I HOLLA AT MY BOY Sham at Dirty South Customs on WILKINSON BLVD man! So I cracked my 24 rim going over some train tracks and was about to mail my rim to Houston Texas to get it fixed. I originally was going to take my rim to Dirty South to get the tire dismounted and the owner asked me why so I told him the rim is cracked, his response was I got a guy that can weld and fix it. He didn t lie at all I mean the weld was clean and really done well and done is a very fast time frame. I would definitely recommend Dirty South and now I will be shopping their for future purchases!

Great place for your custom wheels they let you pick out exactly what you want and add great advice and ideas for your ride and the installer s are great at what they do, my guy sham is who took care of me and he will take care of you what a great place with a large variety of rims!

To the owner. You really need to get rid of sham. Out here trying to take peoples money. Boyfriend went to get car wrapped. Sham middlemaned it to another shop for wrapping. Half the car got wrapped when it was supposed to be the whole thing. When we talked to sham he stated that he was up to $2,500 for a half wrapped car. Umm. To get a car wrapped only cost $3,500. It's cool tho. You can't sell ice to an Eskimo that knows it's surrounded by ice for free. Keep losing clients.

I would not go there , wanted rims paid a deposit , but they could not get what i wanted which is fine BUT having to call three times to get refund , talked to owner Nov 30 th and still NO refund , this is Bad business !!!!!! We live a hour away ------- I would not trust them !!!!! Or do business with a company like tueWe gave you number we sent a picture of the card !!!!

First Class. Great Customer Service.I live in Huntersville and it was well worth the drive to receive that level of Service. I took My Daughters Car in to have the windows tinted. They had Me in and out in a reasonable time. While waiting, they have a great selection of Wheels and Audio equipment to browse through. I would highly recommend Dirty South Customs. I was told they had availability on a Friday. They lied just to get me in there.Took them almost all day yo mount them.I got charged 300 dollars for mount and balance.All I got was mount...The pictures show there was no removal of the balancing weights.
