I met the owner (Dicho) at an auto paint supply store. The owner of the store recommended Dicho for the small job I wanted done to my car. I wanted him to only paint the frame around my windshield black and replace the windshield. The steps involved would be:1. Remove the windshield & gasket2. Prep the surface of the frame (remove the old vinyl sticker)3. Paint the frame black4. Install new windshield, gasket, and rear view mirror I provided.He agreed to do the paint job for $300 and called his "window guy" to quoted a price of $195. He needed another $30 dollars for the gasket. I paid him and dropped of my car.It was supposed to have been a 2 day job. After 5 days I pick up my car and the gasket wasn't replaced (they reused the old one) and I noticed the paint already chipping when I got home.I call Dicho upset but still civil and explained that I would give him another shot to make it right. He accepted and I dropped my car off again. He said it would take 5 days. 9 days later I pick up my car and you can see by the pics what shape it was in.Do not use him for any work. His communication is terrible, he consistently over promises and under delivers.I'm mad at myself for trusting him to do a good job. I like giving people a chance when they're starting out if they do good work.I didn't want to judge a book by it's cover but with Dicho what you see is what you get. A fast talking, over confident, snake oil salesman who tries to lie his way out of a situation.

BEWARE of this SCAMMER!!!! He claimed to have known how to fix my vehicle. I had my vehicle towed to the location on Atando in Charlotte NC. He asked that I send the money via Zelle for the part needed and I did. After that I started to not hear back from here no follow ups or nothing. I then asked for a refund and he stopped responding ! I had to forcibly have my car towed from the place and never received a refund. !!! I am so upset that I was referred to him from someone I thought was a friend. Mind you all of this was around Christmas . Seems like they take advantage of women !!! I will be going to the attorney generals office about this. It definitely does not end here for me. He needs to be held accountable

The absolute worst place to send your car to, especially if you are a woman! They ll tell you anything and attempt to take advantage of your time and your money! These people do NOT communicate well nor are they truthful about their dealings. Don t deal with them or anybody that they refer you to, or ANYBODY that refers you to them!!! Ladies especially beware, do not deal with these unprofessional people!!! You will 100% regret it, take your business elsewhere!!! People in business like this are the worst type of people and I ll be filing official complaints next with the FTC as well as the CFPB and the City of Charlotte!!!!Service: Body & Trim
