If you need an oil change, Dillinger Brothers Tire Center is the place to go. I took my Audi to another location and the price was crazy, took it to DBTC, the price was low and the service was top notch. Friendly staff from top to bottom.

First Time Customer (but will be back)Listen, I don't know these Guys but I will tell it like it is good or bad regardless.Called in to ask about getting my newer set of tires applied while taking off the old. Guy on the phone was polite and discussed the cost based on my needs while setting up an appointment. Once I arrived Guy behind the desk (maybe the same but maybe different) walked out to confirm what we discussed and took the truck back and they immediately got started given my appointment time. They changed 4 tires and put an older (but still usable) tire back on my spare. Put the spare back under the vehicle as well which was great since that is not fun. Took about an hour for their full service. Price (very reasonable) was as discussed and I was back on my way. Don't mind the dirty rims as that's on me.Thanks Fellas.

Best Tire Shop in town. They provided outstanding service for my tire replacement, alignment, and warranty work. The staff was friendly and transparent about the process and costs. They expertly helped me choose the right tires, and the installation was efficient. The alignment work was precise, and they even identified and fixed issue. I left the shop highly satisfied with their quality work and excellent customer service.

Just had a fantastic visit to this tire shop. The service was excellent, and their customer service went above and beyond. It's a shame there aren't more businesses like this. Places that provide such exceptional service truly deserve not just praise but also a tip for their outstanding efforts.

I've been a customer for years. Ken and Bob have always been fair and their crew does good work. They've also been super helpful about pointing things out that may need future attention. I started using them for just tires, but now go for inspections,.oil changes, and other routine services. I love that they are local, family owned, working hard to earn our business every day.

Dillinger Brothers is my go-to place for routine maintenance and general repairs. They are honest and don't try to sell you things that you don't need. They have told me on several occasions that I don't need something or that I have ample time left before I really need to get a repair done. I trust them and their recommendations, and I have sent several of my friends and family to them. They are only open during business hours Monday through friday, which means you will have to work around your job schedule, but it is completely worth it. I highly recommend them and will continue bringing my vehicles to them for service.

Not sure where to start, but this is by far the BEST auto repair shop I ve been to in CHARLOTTE. The gentleman at the front desk were extremely nice & knowledgeable with my vehicle. Had a few repairs done & my car runs so damn smooth ! I mean for the price I paid and services I received, that s top tier for men I also Love the facts this a family owned business . Gotta support !!

These guys are great. I work in an industry where my tires pick up a good amount of road hazards, so I've used them often. They'll even patch the tire for free (if that is a safe option) if you purchased it from them. Fast and friendly.

Highly recommend Dellingers. They did a great job on the front end alignment on my pickup truck. These guys are very knowledgeable. Truck drives straight and very friendly staff.

I have been coming here for a few years now and I wouldn t go anywhere else. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who doesn t know much about cars, I m always worried about people taking advantage of that when I take my car in. These guys never try to sell me a service unless my car absolutely needs it, and they always give me advice based on what they would personally do which I appreciate. Plus, their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I have been in Clt. Highly recommend!

1st time here, won't be my last. Great service, very reasonable cost, actually couldn't find the tires at a better price anywhere. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. I was sitting in another room and overheard a conversation about if the customer needed an additional service done to his car, the gentleman went outside and looked at the car and said NO, you do not need that done today, you still have several thousand miles before you need it. 99% of places would have told him the work needed done. So I can say, these are honest people. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

I went there because my dealership said I needed brakes and tires for a trip. Of course they said so many things needed fixing I was scared to get behind the wheel! Someone recommended I get a second opinion at Dillinger s. I decided to call and schedule a time for them to take a look. It turned out I just needed two new front tires... no brakes shocks spark plugs alternator or anything else the dealership recommended. The staff at Dillinger are friendly and knowledgeable most of all they are honest mechanics. This is my shop from now on! I highly recommend them.

Ive had multiple visits and has walked away everytime feeling good about the services performed on my vehicle. The staff are very, very knowledgeable and always give you insight as well as good quality on the diagnostics and services performed. They are must have on your speed dial.

The best tire buying experience of my life. Not only directed me to a brand of tire which was best suited for my German vehicle which isn't normally available in the US. It was cheaper than the replacements I was going to purchase, was much quieter and rode better than the tires which were on the car.In addition, they made a slight error when ordering the tires, however they had quoted me a price and they stuck to it. Even though it cost them money to do so.Fast, efficient, very friendly and a joy to do business with!

There are very few place like this in Charlotte. These guys are current on technology and use the best equipment yet they are reasonable. My 4 tires (installed) cost less here than my quote from Sam's Club or any other tire store. If you want the best in care from honest and friendly guys who really know their stuff, visit Dellinger Bros.

All I have to say is WOW!! This is probably the best shop in Charlotte. Honest folks and go above and beyond. They give you the options and let you know what they would do personally. They work on a lot of high end cars so you should feel comfortable with their level of knowledge and quality.

Based on my experience, over a few years, with several different cars, you can trust both Dellinger's advice and the quality of any service they perform. Seem to provide the same excellent service to everyone regardless of gender or race or anything else.

Great place to buy tires in Charlotte. We have used them for the last 15 years. They also inspect cars, perform brake service, alignments and oil changes. Will go back for sure.

They do a good job until I dropped my car to have my tire exchanged and I had stuff in the trunk including an Armani exchange jacket that was gone and they kept saying that It was never there or if it was they had put it back so there was no point of arguing
