I highly recommend CSC Automotive. I needed new break pads/rotors and an oil change and Billy and his team did an incredible job. You should defintely go see Billy at CSC for all your car needs!

I delivered tires to these guys for years, now the company I work for is down the road and I always drop my vehicle off here. It's fast and friendly. My vehicle has always been ready when they said it would be and if it was not I received a phone call first. Highly recommend this place.

John & Billy run a great shop. Always honest, fair in pricing & do what they say they re going to. Will always let me know if there s an issue with my car I don t know about, and if it needs immediate attention or not. Never try to upsell or sell me something I don t need. Highly recommend using them!

CSC does great work. Affordable pricing! I had the clutch replaced on my Honda Civic. The local Honda dealers quote was outrageous. You don't have to worry about high pressure up sales on service work when dealing with CSC!!! I highly recommend them.

Great and timely service! I called on short notice and my car was still taken in immediately. John and his team provide amazing customer service. I would highly recommend anyone in the Charlotte area to bring their car to CSC!

Brought a touring Bands Van in for repair after having some trouble with a load-in in Charolette the previous day. These guys were fast, and felt very reliable. Great sense of humor too. I would bring any car I own into this shop and trust them completely.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted and the work needed for my car (i.e. Alignment) was taken care of as soon as I sat in the waiting area. The guys here are freakin' awesome & my alignment was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone. Loved everything!!!

John and Billy have certainly earned a good review from my experience there. I have a 2008 Suzuki Forenza and the A/C unfortunately went out a few years after I purchased the car from Crown Honda (pre-owned). Very long story short, it was a complete headache getting the A/C on this car right...it required me driving and leaving my car with them to fix and replace various components several times (I live more than 45 minutes away from CSC). Despite the repeated problems John and Billy honored the warranty and worked with me each time something was wrong, while always giving me the straight answer. Overall, HORRIBLE A/C experience (I'm sure they'd say the same) BUT extraordinary service from these guys. They will truly go out of their way to satisfy the customer. You really can't find too many places like this anymore, and I plan to give them more of my business.

Always fair, friendly, and helpful. Will fix it or find someone who will. I can totally trust the team at CSC to do the job right and charge me fairly. I do not take my cars anywhere else and recommend CSC to everyone.

I moved to Charlotte last month and was looking for a place to service my car. Found this place thru google. They did a very good job with my car and Billy was also kind enough top drop me and pick me up. Over all loved the service and would recommend to others.

Love this place, I keep going back because they don't charge you an arm and a leg and do awesome on your vehicle. They take care of your vehicle like its their own.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A GOOD WHILE,,I WAS REFFERED ALSO FORM ANOTHER CUSTOMER.. ITS LIKE A GOOD PLACE TO EAT SOMEONE ALWAYS CAN SAY SEE THESE GUYS!!!!
