We had a great experience with Jason at Cottman. He truly helped us working through all of the details of getting our vehicle repaired- it was overwhelming for me but he was kind and understanding. He made our experience a good one given the circumstances. He explained in detail the process and what we will need to do to keep the car running and within warranty guidelines after the repair. So far everything is working as it should but we know we have the warranty coverage for added protection. Thanks for all of your help.

From the initial phone call to when we picked up my daughter s Jeep after they replaced her transmission, the men at Cottman s were professional, trustworthy, and down to earth. They explained what the issues were and how they were going to fix it, were thorough in their explanations, and valued our time. They communicated in a timely manner and made sure we were all on the same page. I had never used them before and now will not only go back; but recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.

I bought a car from a local dealership that came with a list of underlying problems. And because im new in town i wanted I ve been supporting a lot of local business and trying to become part of the community.I took my car to this repair shop and the customer service was great. He was straightforward, understanding, quick and also was able to apply a discount to my service.That was probably two months ago and my car is stilll running great and i plan to use them again if i need anything.Great place. Great staff and i felt did a few things above and beyond to help me out with my situation. 10/10

I am so grateful for Jason and his team at Cottman Transmission. I was referred by another location and had my car towed here. It wasn't the plan that day when I tried to take a spontaneous vacation!!!! Nope... but I'm so glad he was so kind from the moment he answered the call. It was a Friday and they were closing soon... yet I was able to get it towed in time. (They do have a key drop). So they gave a quote on Monday I paid in full and that's when the magic happened!!!! They replaced my transmission with a new one but it wasn't acting right codes and such. Jason wasted no time to get the issue fixed... still not to his liking he ordered a new one AGAIN... and BOOM. I'm back on the road sailing. It may have took a few weeks(or more lol) which is NOT THEIR NORM... but I felt safe knowing they were making sure EVERYTHING was working right. They even found issues with my mounts and fixed those too. I love that this place offers a fast turn around and multiple options to fixing your transmission. I feel safe knowing I can hit the road with a new Transmission and a warranty (A damn good one at that!!!) To all those guys who worked on my car I appreciate you for keeping me safe. Thanks for all the suggestions too! I was able to fix even more issues. Lol so to the folks wondering if rebuilding or getting a new transmission is worth it... TRUST COTTMAN TRANSMISSION TO DO IT RIGHT! #LuvleehApproved YOU ARE IN GREAT HANDS!!!!!!

Had a new transmission and various other things done to my sons car. Jason was very good at keeping me in the loop and finding ways to help with cost. My grandfather always took his cars to Cottman and always said they were the best. A big thanks to Jason and the technicians over there at Cottman Transmission.

Worth the experience and a knowledgeable crew to replace my transmission. Although they found other problems, which was expected. They told me up front and replace them as well. Very satisfied with their workmanship. It was worth the replacement vers a new used car.

Diagnosed the problem and took care of it in a reasonable amount of time. Price was reasonable and i didnt feel like i was being taken advantage of. Would definitely recommend

Jason & the Cottman crew were nothing but Professional. My work truck had A bad transmission. Jason & his crew got my money making mobile, back in action in A couple days. I recommended Cottman to My Boss who had A bad transmission & they also got him back on the road again. Thank you again Jason & The Cottman Crew!!

Great service, awesome repairs car runs excellently, but I only recommend them if you have plenty of money or don't mind getting into debt, repairs here are not for people with short money.

They are a great shop, albeit not a quick stop for repairs. They are super busy and could take as long as 1-2 days just to diagnose. I appreciate their honesty, when my Subaru had to be taken back to a dealer. They were right, it needed an update to the on board computer system. I wasn t even charged for the diagnosis, I found that surprisingly kind.Service: Transmission

Got an appointment for today after setting it up yesterday. Got car there (towed) by 10am at the latest. The gentleman knew what part was required by my explanation yesterday. Car and part almost arrived simultaneously. Picked up my car by 2pm. Great job.. better people and fixed my 2008 Chrysler in hours.Jason R and his crew phenomenal. Because it was transmission my Firestone guy RJ said see Jason at Cottman's. 1st class suggestion. Thanks y'all

Really appreciative for the help I got from these guys. I was in town for the weekend for work and was having vehicle issues. Cottmans was able to work me into their busy Friday schedule and get me squared away. Dropped car off on Friday late afternoon, had quote by Monday, and the car was ready a week later, in time for first day of school, (largely due to ordering a new transmission on 20 yr. car w/ 280k miles). Communicated every step/expectation, and they followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was running fine.Appreciate the prompt and accurate service.Service: Transmission

The guy Jason is a stand up dude. He took care of my truck when the unfortunate happened to it it broke down.My claim to get it fixed wasn t approved and he didnt mind holding the truck while I found a solution to get it out of there Definitely a place I d go to get my truck fixed

This was my first experience at Cottman. I have no complaints. Jason was very professional and personable. I believe that the work was done in a very timely fashion. I have every intention of returning for future service. Cottman Transmission is greatly appreciated.:-)
