Do NOT BUY from theses people! My car broke down the next day and they refused to fix or return my money so after months I got a lawyer and we won my case problem is now he s closing in order not to have everything seized so he s taking advantage of everyone he can and illegally reselling broken down vehicles that he factory resets the engine light on! Now that he s getting sued he s trying to relocate if you know where these crooks are please inform me or the police!

I wrote a review on here last week cause I was really excited to buy a car. Unfortunately I have only had the car for a week and the car has cut off on me twice.A light came on saying ENGINE POWER REDUCED. I called and I was told to bring the car back to them. I wasn t able to cause this was my only means of transportation. I end up taking the car to mieneke cause they were closer to me.The guy told me not to pay them $10,000 for the car because of what was wrong with it it s not worth it. I will be taking this lemon of a car back and I want every dime back. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!!!

Listen!!!. I m in the car Buisness. Seen a car I liked. Put 5000 down. Only put 4000 miles in a year. New wheels and all. Car was towed and they pick it up from tow place and wouldn t like me get it back. And I had the money. Said I have ti pay 7500 to get it lol. He just wanted to sell it to make more money. Crocks. And I show them how to sale customers with out of state licenses and all. I m not even mad. Just run. All I got to say. Hopefully the car make it out the parking lot.

Armin & Chris were great they moved fast& had great customer service. I arrived @12:20 pm & we were out by 3:10pm no appointment . They also worked with me with down payment & ID. Definitely recommend .

I purchased a vehicle from this place of establishment with the impression that I would be able to drive my vehicle for more than a week. After having this vehicle for less than two weeks the transmission went out. I rarely drove the vehicle and only went to work which is only 2 miles from my home. I called to report the issue to Al Ashrafi which advised me to bring it in to be checked. Remind you I have no transmission. I get the vehicle to him to be told what I already knew "the transmission is bad". With no remorse or regret he Al Ashrafi tells me business is business and he was selling the vehicle for a friend. I asked him what agreement can we come to since the transmission is BAD and I'm out of over $4000 that I saved up to get a reliable vehicle. He said there isn't anything he can do and this "mysterious friend" doesn't want to make a deal. All I asked since I am the consumer and out of my money was for this guy to help me with the labor and i will buy a transmission. I wasn't asking for anything that wasn't fair, but I received a "I'm sorry business is business" and no vehicle. The people here are friendly and try to be a little helpful, but when it comes to talking money and repairs or a fair deal they lack in this area. I will NOT recommend ANYONE to do business with this guy. I will allow my attorney and the law to work in my favor since he hide behind business is business.

Very nice, friendly, trustworthy people and always try to help. I Alway bring my car here for service, they have been so helpful for the past 10 years. I bought 3 cars from here, and was happy with all of them. Do not let these negative comments change your mind.

Just located to Charlotte i needed a reliable vehicle as i explain to the salesman. Traveling from Quantico Virginia to North Carolina every other weekend is stressful they promise to fix my suv and didnt when i complain i wasnt lound or using disrespectful words I was treated like i was nothing. Had it for no more then 45 days he wrongfully took my vehicle 3000 down payment gone couldnt even get to my family for the holidays. I will be filing papers with the court wrongfully repo my vehicle. And had the nerve to file what they was going to fix on my insurance they lost with that one thank god. Happy i got video of there shameful act. BE Careful

Great customer service. Quick service. Awesome Tech's! Knowledgeable. Lots of cars for great low prices; negotiable rates. I went there for a simple oil change and inspection but wound up bonding with the owner and his son while I waited in the cool A/C, watching the World Cup... Come on down and check these great people out....

I purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse for 10,591 from buy here pay here. Coliseum Auto.. 3030 E. Independence Blvd. Charlotte NC 28206.. The vehicle broke down next day with transmission problems and was turned. Asked Dealer for money back and he refused. Was put in 2008 Jeep Commander.. vehicle on side of road same day.. towed back to dealer kept truck for 2 weeks. could not fix st dealer. I again asked for money back . Again dealer refused. Now put in 06 Ford Expedition next day vehicle shut off.. towed to shop shop says timing chain and cam phasers.. 1700 dollars.. dealer offered to pay toward for cost of 700 . told them wanted money back and change price of vehicle as is still saying 10, 591 for 06 Ford Expedition.. He again refused.. After paying 2500 down tax and tag. 500 plus 1700 at repair shop home one day to find a repossession order was place b4 late payment was due ..Asked dealer why repossession. He stated u were late on ya payment. Now just paid 1064.37 for repossession and we haven't drove neither of 3 vehicles over 24 hours and in a contract for 10,591 for a 06 Ford Expedition work maybe 3500 in Kelly Bluebook.. please help..

Before going here, Please know that mostly all thier cars have everything from transmission issues to engine issues,Seen multiple people bringing their new purchases back every time I was their, I should've known then something wasn't right, They temporarily clear codes, Then sell them, Service engine light and transmission issues, Also Al the owner is full of #hit After only having my vehicle a BMW I put 2,000 plus 400 for tax &tags all witch is due two wks after purchase then my payment was 298, After making a 200 dollar payment an only having the vehicle two months I spoke with him only 2wks assured him I would bring $98 dollars, He got off the phone an ordered repo, contacted the news station an also getting a lawyer $350 repo fee, plus another car payment almost another thousand dollars,Nothing good will come to him. Be very Careful! Someone needs to report this business,for selling LEMONS,THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WOULD HAVE A FIELD DAY. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM..

I went and purchased a car from the owner of this lot by the name of Al Ashrafi on Saturday July 6 told him the car was makin a noise and the tires felt funny. He explained to me he had to hire a mechanic and as soon as he does he will call me and get someone to look at it NEVER once did he call me and hired a mechanic the very next day. To make a long story short this car lot is bad business the car broke down in 3 days and the owner blamed me after telling him from day one the car was making a noise. So he took half my money after several calls from me, and callin the police on him he cursed me out told me to leave his place I was only gettin half my money back So now he has a law suit against him. I wouldnt recommend NO ONE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS GUY HE STEALS YOUR MONEY ONLY TO SALE HIS LEMONS. He lied to the cops and told them he didnt promise to help fix the car. He's a lier business credentials all wrong the cops even said go file papers.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TAX MONEY HERE............As a single father, I don't have a lot of extra money; I had $1500 to put down on a car. But little did I know AFTER ONE WEEK THE CAR WOULD BREAK DOWN I NEEDED A NEW ALTERNATOR $300 AND A NEW WATER PUMP, THE DEALERSHIP REFUSED TO HELP AFTER ONLY HAVING CAR SIX DAYS. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP OF ANYONE. EVEN STILL THE CAR STILL BROKE DOWN & ENDED UP WITH MORE PROBLEMS.

Stay Away! These guys are crooks! I bought an SUV from them and hours after leaving their lot this thing automatically dropped from 55 to 10 mph on the interstate. I take it back and they simply delete the check engine codes. needless to say that solved nothing. They advised that I bring it back again so they can fix it but not only did they have me buy the parts. they also charge for labor and when I argue that they sold me a vehicle they new had problems. they threaten to repossess my truck. so needless to say months and thousands of dollars later this thing still has problems. I also had trouble insuring the vehicle because of a title/vin issue. I am now saying screw it and going to a real car dealership to replace this thing. and will be parking it infront of this craphole of a dealership minus all the parts that I have replaced. everytime I go, there is some other unsatisfied customer there that these crooks are screwing over. Whenever I see a potential customer I whisper get out of here go somewhere else. My battle with these sloppy jerkoffs has just begun. I will make sure I save as many as I can. Do not go here! save yourself the trouble! The guy Thomas inn the office will Lie to you until you are stuck with a lemon.

The worst ever. I'm going to get the local news involved so that the BBB can get involved. They all are pure crooks. I didn't buy a car personally but my client did. And I promised her I would see that they get investigated

All they cars are lemons and they are liars and high I put 3300 down car broke down less than 30 days offered to fix but over charging of 2500 for something they did. Dont buy or do service with them

Extremely surprised this place is still in business I bought a jeep from them that literally broke down 15 minutes after I left the lot with my little girl inside thank God I was at a red light I couldn't believe what was happening the radiator meter went all the way up come to find out it was busted with a hole in it but the owner Al told me when I was buying it that it had already passed inspection which was a bold face lie and he knew it. Those cars are certified death traps PLEASE DO NOT buy a car from them he is desperately greedy for money he just throws those junk cars on the lot and slaps a price tag on them he does not do any kind of inspections Action 9 News, The BBB, and the DMV most definitely need to do an in depth investigation of this place before they end up killing somebody God forbid.

They are HORRIBLE PEOPLE! They are shady! I was quoted a price, after he figured I could afford it, HE JACKED THE PRICE OF THE TOTAL SALE, & the down payment all the way up! Disrespectful and shady, after he told me "I don't do shady business!" Horrible people.

DONT GO HERE THIS PLACE WILL SELL YOU A LEMON..... they WILL clear check engine light codes to cut the check engine light off JUST TO GET A SALE..... DO NOT GO HERE..... my car broke down on me at 4 am... I called th owner himself and he said he didn't have to help me because it's a buy here pay here.... the employees even told me not to buy a car from there.... I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED

If you want a car that's going to overheat within 2 hours of purchase, then have to spend 1000.00 on repairs a few days later, be told a whole lot of lies, not be able to even get this place to speak to you about ANY OF THIS, then go ahead, buy a car here. You'll regret it.

Do not do business with this company they will try to rob you and take you for everything you have with no remorse owner racially profiles their customers and will tow for other reasons that are not in your contract SAVE YOURSELVES JUST BC THEY WILL APPROVE YOU IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE JUST WAIT OR FIND A DEALERSHIP THAT WILL WORK WITH YOU AND CARES!!!
