Love this place! When my Mercedes was having some issues with its brakes, Zave was quick to identify that my brake rotors needed replacing, and gave a very fair price for the repair. He did a great job on the repair. I ve had no issues so far, my car has been running so smoothly. Will definitely be coming back!

The best mechanic in Charlotte hands down! I ll always refer him to others moving forward. I typically do not leave reviews but felt they need to share the great experience I had with my vehicle. I called the location and explained the problem I was having with my vehicle. Dave with no hesitation said to bring it in and he d take a look at it. I arrived at the shop, he quickly accessed the situation, found the part I needed to repair my vehicle and was done in record time. His patience, care and kindness is what did it for me. I will be having all my car services done here from now on. BMW won t be getting my coins as long as this place is around.

I was hesitant to bring my Cayman here because of the lack of reviews compared to other shops, but I'm happy I came. They were respectful, quick, well priced and did a good job. Took it to 2 other euro shops around Charlotte and they couldn t find the problem with my RS5. Brought it to Z and found the issue within a few minutes. His price and expertise is top notch.

I don't write reviews often, but I felt compelled to because this business deserves it.I've used this service twice so far, and everytime the professionalism has blown me away.The quotes are more than fair, the service is solid and the professionalism outclasses any other auto repair service I've used.I will exclusively take my vehicles here for the remainder of my stay in Charlotte, however long that may be.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C replacement

All good things to speak about Euro Conceptz. The Audi A4 had a trouble code related to timing that other shops wanted to charge a small fortune for, was taken care of at a very resonable rate. Euro Conceptz, Zaze did not try to sell anything that was not needed, and checked the entire car out making recommendations based on my safety not their profit margin. The Audi runs fine now and has avoided being sent to the salvage yard because of the expert service and repairs that Euro Conceptz provided. They are now the only shop I will use for all of my automotive needs. 100% SatisfiedServices: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair
