I'll give them 1000 stars! I work with a roadside company. We often have a hard time finding someone with the right kind of truck to get into a parking garage and get a vehicle that does not go out of neutral out, but they have it and did it quickly without damaging the car. Thank you. I'll be using you again.

I will be recommending them to everyone I know!! I was at work and discovered I had a flat tire when I went out to my car. I called a tow company and they recommended these guys. I called them immediately. The gentleman that answered the phone was super friendly and immediately got me help. Within 45 minutes Alex was here. He pulled up and immediately got to work. He was super friendly and very professional. The job was done in no time but done efficiently with care and precision. And that is why I ll be telling everyone I know about them!!

I parked my bus in a bonehead spot and got stuck in the mud. Not only did they arrive earlier than promised, they didn't even tease me about my poor choice of parking locations. Nick was so kind, helpful and even complementary of my new ride! He gave me some additional safety tips, great advice and a referral to a diesel mechanic for future needs. I hope to not need roadside assistance/winch out again but if I do they will be my first call. Well worth the very reasonable rate they charged!

My husband busted his tire on a pothole and I contacted roadside assistance and it took forever to connect with someone so I cancelled my claim. I called Charlotte Hero and they told me 15-20 mins. The technician Tremaine actually pulled up within 10! Fast and great customer service!

Definitely my first choice for towing services. My car was stuck in a ditch and Will handled my car with care, it was a struggle at first but Will got my car back home. My tractor trailer broke down at the intersection near Charlotte HERO Patrol after leaving the truck stop. My Airbrake line to my trailer ruptured and locked up my trailer brakes. Unfortunately I had to drag my trailer across the intersection as to not block any traffic. As fate would have it, I made it near the entrance gate of the Charlotte HERO Patrol.They were able to get me a hose fitting to temporarily repair my air line in order to get rolling again.I certainly didn t expect this level of service especially since I practically landed at their location. The manager Nick was very helpful and even asked one of his drivers to go to the auto parts store to buy the fitting for my airline. Once he returned with the necessary parts, Nick jumped in and assisted me in fixing my line.I can t thank you and the entire crew for all the help. Your level of service was truly above and beyond what anyone would expect. Thank you all very much.

RELIABLE!!! & fast. We called them two hours into our onstar call where we had been waiting for them to send someone out (big truck and locals not having big enough jacks) but as soon as we called them they took our info, made us feel safe and had someone there within 20minutes. Our tech was fast, handy and very respectful. Highly recommend in the Charlotte area.

The whole experience from start to finish was easy, professional, and fast. Our battery was on its last legs and needed to be replaced before we got stranded in a parking lot. Had a flat called for assistance the dispatch was very polite and informed me that someone would be to me within 20 minutes and I actually think the guy came faster than the quoted time. The tech Tremaine was very professional he got my spare put on quickly. He even let me know where I could go to get my tire plugged. Will definitely use them again. On April 8, a miserably cold and rainy day, the alternator on my car died while I was in Charlotte heading to the airport. After calling my insurance Roadside Assistance and waiting almost 2 hours for a towing service which then cancelled, I received a call from Charlotte HERO patrol that they were on the way. Within 10 minutes, Alex showed up and towed me to a nearby mechanic. He was very considerate and went above and beyond to reduce my concerns about my dilemma. Not only was Charlotte HERO prompt in their response, Alex treated me as he would treat a family member. I was very impressed and definitely recommend them. Thank you, Alex!Service: Car towing

Called and got a quote and time for a tow within the same day, Will (believe that was his name) came out in the pouring rain within the hour to help tow my car with a dead alternator. They even brought a portable jumper to help move the car around after the tow. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

These guys helped us out at 6pm on a Sunday night with a flat tire on our boat trailer on the busy highway. We were number 2 in line but they still got to us in about 35 min and had the repair completed in 5. Super helpful and friendly! We can t thank you enough!

I appreciate the good service. I had a great experience! very patient and kind and made sure I was good to go before leaving me and I didn't feel overcharged for the work that was done I feel like I got a fair price for all they did sorry for not remembering names but I know good people

I caught a flat tire and pulled to a nearby gas station where Alex G. was just across the street helping a paying customer I walked over asked for his assistance offered to pay on the spot for his services and although he turned down payment he still took the time to come over and assist me with changing to my spare tire Alex is well trained in job and has on the spot knowledge of how to change a tire and the necessary steps to insure your car isn t damaged in the process I give Alex 10 stars for his hard work and I sincerely thank you and this company for your assistance KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ALEX!! It s guys like him that remind of us what a GOOD PERSON really is

Got a flat tire at 6 am right on the highway, called HERO as soon as they opened , and they were so quick, efficient and reasonably priced!!Will was there changing my tire no more than 15 minutes later, plus jumped my battery! Amazing service!Sad that it happened to me, but definitely happy that I found this service and If this happens again- I 100% gonna call HERO!Service: Tire change

These guys are 5-stars for sure!! There was corrosion on my battery and so the car wouldn t start. Alex showed up in about 20 minutes from me placing the call and quickly got to it! He cleaned up the corrosion, tested the battery again and assured me that I was good to go. He even swapped out the terminal for me after just happening to find a brand new one in his truck. The service here was impeccable and very cost friendly. Don t hesitate, call them!!!Service: Battery service

I have to agree with another reviewer - the best roadside assistance I've ever experienced. My battery was dead as a doornail. Dead to the point I needed a new one. Nick arrived on time and could not have been more polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about all cars and what it takes to keep them running. The additional tips he provided about making sure I drive it at least once a week for the health of the battery but also for the health of the tires was awesome.During the service call we talked about customer service and I can say without a doubt, Charlotte HERO and Nick truly care about making sure their customers receive the best. These guys are definitely HERO s!!! Alex answered when I called & from the start was kind considerate & knowledgeable! I needed a battery replacement & Alex was able to locate one in inventory for me very quickly. Within 20 minutes Will arrived to preform the replacement. Will was courteous, knowledgeable & ready to help! He even taught me a thing or two! After getting started he immediately realized that I did not need a replacement at all! I spoke spoke to Nick on the phone. He is so great to talk too, and very reassuring and professional. Alex came to my location, not knowing what was wrong, and instantly diagnosed and fixed my car. Nick was our service rep, he was extremely professional and courteous; both he and Chris wore face masks, which I really appreciated! They diagnosed my battery issue (battery needed to be replaced, alternator checked OK) and quickly replaced it with a new Interstate battery. This whole experience was so convenient and saved me time. I will definitely call Charlotte HERO P.R.A. next time I need roadside assistance. The very best experience for roadside assistance I have ever used. Constant communication and very mindful of the security of getting to my daughter to get her vehicle unlocked for her keys. Nick was very reassuring that her safety was his priority. Provided identification and professionalism through the 35 minute process from the initial call to affirming the request was completed. My tire caught a flat and Ryan was on-site in very good time. He was professional, friendly, communicated very well, and fixed my tire quickly. Prices are very great! My daughter and I had returned to Charlotte airport from a weekend trip. Our battery was dead and needing replacing. Alex showed up with a brand new battery, and cold ice water for us both. It was very hot, and we were extremely tired. He was so nice, and very professional. I am forever thankful that Alex and Nick were so quick. I was very pleased that they were so fair in pricing as well and not out to take advantage of a person in distress. Thank you guys.
