Charlotte Body & Paint did an excellent job on my car! They took care of me, by placing me in a rental and keeping me updated with how long my car would take to be repaired. It took a little over 3 weeks and my car was good as new. They washed it, and cleaned it so well. Eddie did a fabulous job with his customer service, and making sure that everything that I needed was taken care of!Great place to go to after being in an accident, and needing your car repaired. They make you feel at ease, and reassure you that your car will be good as new!

They are very professional and good customer service. They help my deductible and they warranty lifetime on the repair. My car come out like brand new. I am very happy with the service and the work. I will refer this shop to all my friends. Thank you very much

My moms car was repaired here and they did an excellent job! The customer service reps there are so nice and treated my mom like family. I recommend coming here!!This time some one hit me and they did work on my car, they did a good job and good customer service. They save my deductible. I always recommend this shop

I went to this shop two weeks ago about my damages they agreed they were going to order the glass and they ll get right too it...Well unfortunately things didn t go that way. They left my car outside of the shop in the rain all night and morning and I would not have known unless I d didn t have to get anything out of my car after it was dropped off the day before because they told me it would take 4 days to fix. (my sunroof is what needed to be fixed the glass was broken)... Mike (employee) gave the keys to a guy to move the car in the inside and it was not moved and my car seats were soaked. They lost my car keys and couldn t find them for 45 minutes, Don the owner (I m assuming) pretty much told me the glass would be there but it was never order and I waited for two weeks. On top of that it was a waste of time, money and energy to get a rental car (after they told me the car would be done, but nothing was completed may I add) Furthermore belongings were missing out of my car and when I decided to take my car else where, there were also other damages done to my car when it was picked up. Nobody is on the same page at this company everybody wants to be the boss and just sit around curse and gossip. Don was so amp for me to do a review for the company and the work on my car wasn t or haven t even been touched yet. They just want things too look good and this shop is a mess, unprofessional, & unorganized!So I advise anyone to do your research and just know your experience may not be like mines, but I wouldn t even risk it with this place. Go to another body shop!

I am very impress with the service provided. I had a incident with a rental while they had my car they waved my deductible completely. Micheal was very good making sure I was taken care of . The staff when I walked in the door was very kind and made sure that I got top notch service from beginning to end. I highly recommend Charlotte body and Paint if you need a repair after an accident .

I recently hit a deer and went with this body shop on a friend's recommendation. I'm very happy with the service and the work they did here! They let me know that there would be a slight difference in the colour of the panels they had to replace because paint matching isn't perfect. I expected this but frankly I can barely notice it and no one I've pointed it out to had been able to tell the panels apart!They did all the work with my insurance for me and got it all taken care of faster than the insurance company estimated. Looks just like the day I bought the car!

Don't take your car to this place had a bad experience with them. Customer service is not bad but don't fall for that. I took my car there to be repaired. They call me to come and pick my car up when I arrive and look at my car they did not do a good job and there was further damage to my car. They try to cover it up but did such a poor job. To cut things short the rest is history. The insurance payed them.I am now in the process of getting a quote from Toyota to get my car fixed the right way.

My car had some deep scratches from an accident and I didnt want to go thru insurance. My dads friend recommended this place and I'm so glad. The staff was nice and knowledgeable and I got a good deal which was GREAT! I work in insurance so I know its a pain doing car repairs. Picked up my car in a few days and it looked brand new again. Thanks Son!

This place did a terrific job with my 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, they made sure to outline exactly what needed to be fixed to my insurance company (because they missed several problems in their estimate). The only issue I had with them was their poor communication. I had to keep calling them to get a status and didn't receive promised call backs. If they improve this I'd say 5 stars. I was very happy with how my car turned out and how they were able to openly explain the process of getting it repaired and give a fairly accurate timeline for the repair completion.

Really amazing people!! Had my car done 3 days early!! Washed and cleaned my car! Had a rental waiting for me. First time here and it felt like home! Ask for Don and A Lice really good people! I highly recommend using them!!!! Also life time warranty!!

They were very helpful with getting my car fixed after a hit and run. they waived the deductible and also helped with me getting in a rental. very satisfied with the speed of repairs and will refer this shop to all my family and friends.

We dropped the car off for an estimate and left the car for the work. They did an excellent job, and handled billing the insurance company without any troubles. We picked up the car a few days later and it was as good as new.

They were very nice and courteous, because they came to my house to pick my car up. They also kept me in the loop with what was going on with my car with the insurance company. Also they had my car finish in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

I will never go there again. They don't keep their word. They told me that my car would be ready in three days once all parts were in. I told them I would bring them my car once all the parts were in because I needed transportation. Once my parts were in I dropped my car off on a Friday at 9:30a.m. I rented a car for a few days. The car was not ready as promised, so I had to extend my rental for several more days. I asked when would my car be ready and they said give them a few more days. When I finally picked my car up after a week, they had broken my washer fluid reservoir, gave me less than the quoted quality parts, and re-used some of the damaged parts. When I brought it to their attention, the answer was that the owner was out of town therefore, I needed to come back. And the broken windshield washer reservoir, they claim they didn't break it. I was riding with it until the parts came in just fine. Now when I pour fluid in it, it runs right out. Also, when I went to pay with my debit/credit card they said they didn't have a machine to swipe the card. They were so bad that I didn't go back when the owner returned. Terrible service!

I am very satisfied with the job that Charlotte Paint and Body did on my vehicle. Overall, the experience with this company's service was good. I got rear ended in my new car that I had just purchased only two weeks before. Needless to say, I was pretty distraught and emotional over it. The very next morning I received a text from someone at Charlotte Body and Paint asking me when I would like to bring my car in. I was shocked because I had not even had the chance to call any insurance companies. So I replied to the text asking this person if the insurance companies had already settled and their response was that I was not at fault and when could I come in. So I did. I took my car up there right away. When I got there they looked at my vehicle and took me inside and that is when I realized that no insurance companies had been contacted. I believe that accident reports are made public and CBP reviews the reports and then contacts you to help you. That is my theory. I was never told how they got my information. The lady that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful but I must admit I felt a little mislead that I had to use them to get the work on my car done. I blame myself for not being a little more informed about how these things work. I have never been in a car accident. She contacted the insurance company on my behalf and gave them all of the information and then handed the phone to me. She also gave us a good recommendation for a Chiropractor who has been helping my husband and I with our neck pain. It all happened so fast. It was so nice to have an advocate call the insurance company for me! However, I still think that this approach to getting my business was a little misleading and too aggressive, at least for me it was. The lady there helped me get into a rental car because my insurance pays for it. I had the rental car for exactly 15 days before my car was ready. I think it took this long because CBP had to order a new bumper. I kept in touch with them via text, which was nice because I work during the day and have little time for personal calls. However, I had to follow up with them first for an update. Even a text letting me know the ETA would have been great. I picked up my car last night and it looks really good! It appeared to be washed and vacuumed, a nice touch that I was not expecting. I was also given a $100 rebate which was nice. Their business card says that they give you a 20% rebate/cash back, which is not the case. A 20% rebate would have been $156. I know this because the insurance company sent me the check for $781 so I had to pay them when I picked up my car. In all fairness, I did not realize this until now because i just saw the advertisement on the business card when I went to write this review. Maybe they will send me the $56 rebate in the mail? If so, I will happily write another awesome review!! I would recommend this place to others because of the work that they did on the car. The car looks great.

If I could give an negative zero star I would this is the worst business in Charlotte, NC pulling into the parking lot looks like a junk yard first instinct keep driving. My car was taken here for a simple scratch on the driver side door when the owner Doan advises me to leave the car there on a Tuesday the car sat on his lot for 2 weeks without even being touched and bunch of non sense about waiting on insurance company for a quote? Why would I fill out all this information for the owner or his workers to not call my household and or insurance company for 2 weeks. This place is unprofessional and do not conduct business in a timely manor. Do Not Waste your time coming here!

Excellent job! When I got my car back, earlier than expected, it was impossible to tell the car had ever been wrecked. The bodywork/paint matched perfectly. I have used Charlotte body shop for years and won't go anywhere else. A Lice help me she was very helpful and very professional.

I am very p;eased with this shop, not only did they respond promptly and courteously but then offered me assistance with the peripheral problems that arise when one loses access to their vehicle. the repair work was done quickly, and the car was returned looking GOOD, detailed. Again I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend this auto body repair shop to anyone in need of repair work, minor or major!

Do not take your car here I repeat do not they re scam artist especially MIKE if he calls about receiving your police report hang up immediately they will try and make you think that they work with your insurance company or whom ever insurance you are using and will tell you they guarantee you a $150 rebate which that is the catch to get your car fixed there then they will try and take $50 of that MIKE and say they can get you a $500 deductible all lies then they will force you to get your car fixed there and make you sign papers and while you re going to cash the check call enterprise for you and have someone from enterprise pick you up at the shop they won t give you any kind of estimate and will rush you off from the shop everybody in the shop are ghetto and unprofessional they will lie to whatever insurance is paying for your car and add more damage to your car intentionally just to get more money out of your insurance company and will lie they will never give you an invoice of your repairs nor show you any paperwork where they purchased all your parts they do half ass work and don t purchase all the parts needed for your car they will cover it up with paint until you realize it s not right Don is so rude and disrespectful I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN WORST BODY SHOP EVER!!! They need to be shut down!!

I would recommend Charlotte Body and Paint to any friend or family member. They help me from the time I picked up the phone till I picked up my car. Also they help me with my deductible this is a good place to recommend your family and friends. I will be back if I ever have another accident because they made me feel at home and was very professional.

Had problems with Enterprise, the team here really did everything to help. The owner gave me one of his brand new loaner vehicles while repairs are being done on my vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me. Special thanks to Kara for her diligence. An the owner Don. Stay blessed.

A car ran a Red light and slammed into my daughter and I on Sunday 8 /13/2017. My car was not drivable and The responsible drivers insurance company wasn't moving quick enough. My daughter and I were hurt from the accident and I was upset because I didn't have a car. On the Monday morning Shawnte text, letting me know that she saw that I had an accident and knew I' was stranded. She offered to help me get a rental and I called her right away. She explained how she could help. I was very impressed at her sincerity and I accepted her assistance. Within 7 mins an uber was outside waiting for me, I didn't have to pay anything! She did just as she said. She explained their services, and also provided me with information on my next steps after this accident. She's very professional and knowledgeable and I would advise everyone to reach out to her for your collision needs. She's AWESOME!! I now have peace because she guided me on how to get my rental without any money coming out of my pocket! Don't read these bogus reviews with negative things to say about this company, because I experienced their services personally and will say they are WONDERFUL!

They have the very worst service they messed my car up not one time but two times ! They use used parts off of other cars got paint on my windows and seats ! I m currently in the process of taking them to small claims court! They promise a life time warranty but refuse to fix the things they messed up on my car ! They ll give you a rental car act like yours is being painted but in reality it s just sitting already finished with used parts for another vehicle

Don the owner is great and goes out of his way to please the customer. He definitely earned my business. Cara is very professional and pleasant to work with and puts the customer first. I wasn't very happy with Nicole not keeping me updated through the process and making me feel like a number but Don and Cara definitely made up for that.

I wrecked my car on Valentine s Day of this year (2019) and the next day Charlotte Body & Paint called me! At first I was kind of iffy about it, but 2 weeks later my car was fixed, looking brand new! Thank you guys so much for helping me at a bad time. I worked with Bobby, but Kara & the owner Don were awesome also! I would highly recommend anyone to these guys!

I want to say thank to Mr. Don, Mr. Bobby and Mr. German for fixing my Challenger for me right before my birthday! They were bery honest and made sure my car was taken care of. My experience was nothing but a blessing and I appreciate them for the hard work and I would recommend anyone to come to this body shop. Their professionalism was beyond a 5 star!

If I could give them negative stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I am from out of town and I ended up being hit by a truck down here in CLT. The initial adjuster recommended this place, and being from out of town I went with it. Big mistake. They had my car for a month and half. When they returned it, the driver's seat looked completely different and they didn;'t even put the belt buckle back on. The door doesn't shut all the way and I have several mechanical issues with the car. I've gone back three times and followed up countless times about them sending supplements in to the insurance company. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU RIGHT ON THE PHONE SAYING THEY SUBMITTED SUPLEMENTS. They don't ever call or communicate and they are highly unprofessional. Finally, I am taking my car elsewhere because my car still isn't running properly. Horrible, horrible experience.
